@bt_uk I mean the issue is the phone not working and a lack of mobile signal, so what am I expected to do?

The Evolution Of Life (@TEOL85) reported
@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp The new poles installed in TW13 made all the WiFi strengths from 3 quarters to a touch down and the upload speeds for podcasts and radio uploading have been slashed to half the strength it should be. Router not gone orange so working fully now but speed is lower in postcode.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Or is it a case of let it settle down you are expecting everything to be the same speed when it's a almost a complete new wiring so this stuff will happen for now like when you just got broadband installed the first time again. Lol

@bt_uk any idea why I have been waiting for nearly 7 weeks to be connected to your network? I keep being promised call backs that I never receive and have to keep chasing just to be fobbed off again and again. Absolutely atrocious service on every level so far.

Hywel Daniel (@HywelDaniel) reported
@EstelleHitchon @bt_uk Basically, they transmit broadband over your electricity wires at the same quality as it comes out of your router. I now have the same quality signal in every room in my house. Pretty impressive and very simple to use / set up. 👍🏻

@bt_uk Hello 👋 I’ve just come off the phone to customer service and they have upgraded me to the 100GB sim, Do you roll over any unused data into the next month? Thanks

@WeAreOpenreach @BT_uk Here's an idea, is there a safe GDPR compliant way to make sure that those who were asked to shield during the pandemic could be on a priority list for engineer support? Let's make our national infrastructure work for those who need it most.

@bt_uk I have no good phone signal and your engineers cut our landlines? I have to leave my son in the house alone to send these tweets....☹
