@bt_uk two weeks late installing new broadband service , still no connection and the excuses about access to junction boxes mounting . We have a new router that’s sits as a useless ornament at present . The worst broadband experience ever !!! Dreadful ( more automated excuses )

@bt_uk So glad to have been able to cancel my entire BT telephone, broadband and mobile package and leave the aging @WeAreOpenreach network. Hello digital internet with @boundlessnetwks! This should be much better :-)

@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness Still not working apparently the order wasn’t ever made. I have now called and had to go through the security process over 20 times and spent several hours on the phone. I keep getting conflicting messages and strange promises - absolutely appalling.
