    @bt_uk Garbage avoid BT broadband it’s bad and don’t deliver what’s on the box. A scam broadband that needs to be dismantled.

    @bt_uk my landline phone isnt working, whatever i dial i get a constant beeeep, i cant log into my bt accounts as goes to 2 factor aut. and no passcode is coming to my email address? internet is still working, strangely, need help urgent

    @virginmedia Of course really bad customer service that is unable to activate a new service 24 hours early despite it being an emergency regarding the health of my fiancee. Feel like I may be getting in touch with either @skytv and @bt_uk as I've never had this issue with there CS

    So, following @MartinSLewis’s good advice I finally sort my broadband deal. Stayed with @bt_uk but regretting it now. Took day off work for engineer. No one turned up.😡Promised call back didn’t happen. Text says next date mid-May! Terrible service!

    Just watching #PoundLand on @btsport and I never realised the Bridge used to have a barbed wire, electrified fence! 👀 I knew the 80s were bad, just not that bad

    @bt_uk i managed eventually to get into my bt account and 'raise a fault' , so far it cant find an issue? but neighbour did some internet searches and apparently problems with bt in my area? so dunno.? have you turned analogue off on my line without notifying me? .....
