    At the end of March, @bt_uk hike their prices by inflation (CPI - currently 8.8%) PLUS another 3.9%. However, their service guarantee payments (e.g. when your broadband speeds aren't up to scratch) are changing by....0% - nothing at all. That's the BT #customerexperience #wato

    @ShaVerZ_ @SkyUK @bt_uk Sky don’t fix line faults, Openreach do as its their network. When you moved from Sky to BT you stay on the same line you just pay a different provider for the same broadband. I’m not surprised its never gone down because the fault was resolved? ********

    Mental that the Arsenal Everton game isn't on TV in the UK tomorrow. @SkySportsPL @btsport and Amazon are doing such a poor job. Away in australia last week I was sat in a bar with every 3pm kick off on the tvs around me. Sort it out @premierleague

    You're telling me @bt_uk that to keep up supplying my TV and Internet due to inflation you need an 11% increase next month. My current deal for a new customer is £40 which is £21 cheaper than I already pay! Shocking. I bet they don't get the 11% increase in March. #byebyeBT

    @bt_uk It’s nothing more than exploitation in this current climate and you know that. The service is patchy and has even been down for full days - so your claim of investment is a stretch of reality!

    @bt_uk my dearest garry. The wifi box itself is extremely new? i've had the same horrid speeds for so long. Your company just isn't remotely good. thats why every single reply i see is so negative.

    @GISALEGEND @bt_uk @MartinSLewis Down the road they’ve started to. Probably be a fair while till they get to my road. We’re on the fastest we can get currently.. it’s crazy lol.
