@bt_uk I’ve had to ring Openreach Facilities Management myself to report this matter as the so called, online, complaints system is hardly adequate, especially for an issue that occurs every growing season. Thanks for your help.

Absolutely shocking my @bt_uk broadband has been out since Monday and spoke to an advisor and told I won't get an engineer until Monday coming. Absolutely great no Internet for a week! Tell me again why I'm paying for this crap service?!!

@bt_uk Dee, we were contacted (email) saying sorry we were leaving. We had no intent to leave. We called (4 conversations) pre cut off. Given assurances. May 30 we were cut off service anyway. I’ve made 5 calls since then.Yesterday being the last. No one can help it seems.

@bt_uk Internet has been down all morning and haven't been able to contact an advisor due to your celebration of them. You recommend using the app but I can't do that as I have no WiFi and my house gets poor signal.. Appalling service really
