Another day, another poor excuse of customer support from @bt_uk. KPI for repairs is 48 hours - we are now 13 days without internet. No support or alternate provision particularly as we have an SEND child.

@bt_uk having issues with my digital voice not connecting, phone plugged into hub, broadband working fine, just says check line. Tried ringing and you keep hanging up and the online help doesn’t recognise the number!
