    @bt_uk We shall see if Friday brings any delivery of bt router and phones for fiber. If not then it’s now been no connection since Friday 1st December, including no emergency 🚨 connection because of disabilities . I can’t wait to spell out the laws been breached by #BT

    @bt_uk hello, your BtWIFI service is completely unusable and probably the shittest thing anyone could spend money on, why have a product out for people to use that doesnt work? Dog level hotspot

    @bt_uk STILL no Open Reach engineer, still no broadband service/TV. What is the point if you just keep putting off an update, was 1st Dec, then 13th, now 23rd. So no service for Christmas despite order being placed on 22ND OCTOBER. ******* ridiculous.

    @bt_uk BT IS WORST SERVICE ever horrible connections a friend off mine switched to BT and now he regrets it so badly most days it kicks him off line

    @bt_uk Yes you can still help me, I have check that link and there is nothing about an engineer/specialist coming out. This is the 4th week now and nothing, when will we be getting an engineer/specialist to connect the line up....

    @bt_uk Is it acceptable in the 21st century that you can’t get broadband, I moved house 200yards down the road and nearly 3 month later you still can’t get me activated??
