  @VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport One demographic I haven’t seen mentioned is Uni students, suddenly they’re nowhere near their home team and have no access to keep following them for 3+ years unless a convenient away game pops up, there’s a good chance they never get back into it after too

  @bt_uk trying to move house with bt is awful. Website doesn’t work and wants you to call. On hold for 35 mins so far and still nothing. Can’t wait to get out of this contract, awful awful service and company who will use every trick in the book to keep you. #shocking #bt

  @bt_uk thank you for leaving a vulnerable disabled household in a rural area with poor mobile signal without a landline to call for help in an emergency and not keeping them informed on what is happening. Fault was reported on 17th and landline and broadband totally lost on 25th!

  Honestly I fully support the @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp strikers today! We have been FLEECED by BT over the years, they have awful business practices- they need to be pulled up! Pay your staff properly… Treat your customers properly…

  @bt_uk Terrible cringe acting. They exploit their call center staff by underpaying them and the unhealthy hours they impose on their staff around the country - which is why they can promote this UK call center marlarky. People have to work these jobs unfortunately to pay the bills
