    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk Your techie mucked up my router remotely, didn't admit fault, lied, upset me and caused great distress over weekend. Appallingly Bad Service!

    @bt_uk Internet down for all our neighbours for nearly 48hrs & those with BT have reported it & complained. One has been given £50 compensation & was told there’s a fault,yet your link says no problems & no reports!

    @bt_uk hi, my mum has had a BT landline package for many years. I’m looking to add a broadband package for her. Does the cost of the broadband ( with landline service added) replace what she pays now or is that on top of her usual landline bill? Thanks in advance:)
