@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

Not happy at all with @bt_uk support on Twitter - they gave advice (which didn’t work) that contradicted their own previous advice (which didn’t work) & when we point this out they simply stopped talking - leaving us without a service we pay for. #notgoodenough

@msmith850 @btsport Matt i did say that Australia could win the Ashes today, i'm not far away. you got to give that to me. plus i said England would be all out for 100, 31 for 4 [ 0 for 4 ] As your answer to your Question, It's been England worst day and it got very very very worse for them.

@DanMcSUFC @btsportfootball @btsport Poor show by Bromley. They shouldn’t have allowed them to put it in the small section where the blues fans were when they had other areas in the other 95% of the ground!!

@bt_uk Hi, it’s not helped. Just says there’s no problem outside, it’s staying connected for 1 minute then disconnects. The text service says it’s not working for the festive period. To reply back on the 29th, I can’t wait that long

Can’t stand these long winded apologies for “bad language” picked up during live sports broadcasts. Get a grip. I enjoyed that exchange, let’s have some more of it. #btsport #TheAshes
