@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Im psychic. You'll never guess what happened - Nothing. Phone call tomorrow to update....on nothing. @bt_uk shocking. Getting laughable now.

  • peppercott Serendipity (@peppercott) reported

Dad now has an email saying he will lose his email address and could he return his repeater box otherwise he will be charged £20! @bt_uk is this how you treat pensioners ? Still no landline @Ofcom you need to be onto this !

  • sallyjoanne sally lester (@sallyjoanne) reported

@bt_uk Who do I report tech problems to?

  • plowsun Dr D P (@plowsun) reported

@bt_uk No Internet this evening. Normal speed around 2MB per second. Zero this evening and yesterday. Just the usual atrocious service from BT. When are you going to do something about fibre for rural areas? What are you going to do about my zero speed? £40 per month, for what?

  • SaumenPanda Saumen Panda (@SaumenPanda) reported

@bt_uk Yes, fault reported. But BT never meets the promised fix date based on my experience in last 3 months. Do you want the fault number?

  • czoyl Colin (@czoyl) reported

@bt_uk Thanks for your reply. I posted the pic here because I thought it might help and it wouldn’t send on the text service.

  • Shawncarr0286 AHairyHamburger (@Shawncarr0286) reported

@Cullercoats11 @SkySports @btsport I'm doing the same soon also. Even soccer Saturday is ******* awful now imo. Plus what's going on with us makes it feel a waste of money.

  • Tom_712712 tom (@Tom_712712) reported

@bt_uk That’s great :) We have just had our appointment and the yellow Ethernet cable was used but the manual says to use the red. Should this be a problem? We are getting 300 rather than 900 so didn’t know if this was linked. Thanks :)

  • jmeweston Jo Weston (@jmeweston) reported

@bt_uk If only a) BT Broadband worked (still waiting for switch on after 4 weeks) or b) the EE network were gd enough to work in its absence! I've hd no network in that time, I've hd to MOVE OUT OF MY NEW HOME to be able to work. I will settle for anyone else! On way to @Ofcom #BROKEN

  • SaumenPanda Saumen Panda (@SaumenPanda) reported

@bt_uk They advised me to wait until 27th. How do I continue my work? Why not this been fixed even after a week? And from my earlier experience, I can’t hope it will be fixed by 27th. As a customer I will be sandwiched between BT and Openreach.
