    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk Hi. I have spent 45 mins on hold to get through to your team to then be cut off. My hub is due for delivery today but my postman has confirmed it is at the wrong delivery address and I'm due to be connected tomorrow. Please help, I work from home!

    @bt_uk Didn't really reply to my point, the hub only supports 802.11ac, to really benefit from the 900mbps, the router needs to support 802.11ax when will BT refresh the router?

    @bt_uk I’ve been waiting for a month for a successful installation. Two engineers have come yet we are still not connected. All we’ve received is broken promises, no Wi-fi and now no telephone.

    @bt_uk @btsport Hi @bt_uk - Existing customer, trying to get BT Sport HD. Seems impossible to do online without you insisting I need a new 4K box (I don't need or want). Can't get through on the phone. Any ideas for tonight? Thanks.

    @bt_uk , place an order , wait three weeks for no one to turn up , or even have the decency to give any indication - phone text pigeon smoke signal - anything. Absolutely disgusting, shocking customer service.
