@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

Our broadband contact is up for renewal and I just can't work out BT's pricing structure? My interpretation is they're saying is as a valued customer of almost 4 decades they want to charge me almost twice as much as a new customer? @BTGroup @bt_uk #BT

@bt_uk Hi. I received 2 calls today saying it's from BT. Caller told me I will not be having internet connection for 24 hrs then preceded to ask me about how I pay my bills, if I do online banking etc..I put the phone down. The num is: 042738704089. From Pakistan. Was this BT?

Hey @bt_uk why are you unable to stop the crank calls I get claiming to be BT internet support from offshore call centres that want to fix my router and scam me? I get several a week. Make it stop!

Really disappointed with the service from @bt_uk. Unhelpful and taking money for services not being used after contract has expired. Even doubling the charge after the agreed term. Disgraceful!

I've had 3 junk/scam or silent calls today starting at 8am and two on my mobile @bt_uk they are all coming in via your 0843 service. it's really beginning to grind my gears now... surely you are in control of people abusing your systems like this? cc @Ofcom

@bt_uk So how is it you can’t find anything but when I called and spoke to somebody and reported a fault they did find a problem and said I needed an engineer. Says it all really. Your service is not fit for “service” #bt #wifi #rubbish all style over substance!

@DJSnM Surely you remember @bt_uk? I left after they switched on family filter,it was greyed out in the web portal and call centre told me all BT networking was under my control,not theirs. I went to @IDNet and they chat technically or write down what you say & pass to engineers.Amazing
