@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk Hi I turned the hub on and off a few times yesterday. I txt the BOTs “Fix”, then “Refresh” approx 5/6 times We have had engineers to the house previously and moved the Hub to its current location I’m not spending money to get disks because I’m sitting 3ft from the hub!

@bt_uk I have a question @bt_uk why have my parents been without broadband since 18 July despite BT saying they are on to it. How will they be compensated for the cost of the service they haven't received, the mobile data charges they have incurred, streaming platforms they can't view

@EE oh dear - we’ve “upgraded” our mobiles to you through @bt_uk and we’re having nothing but trouble . My new sim won’t work . My OHs does but he. Camt scan the QR code , he’s currently on the app ,has put in the PAC code but when clicking “next “ , nothing happens ? #rubbish
