    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk Hi, I’m trying to report a fault with your broadband. Wi-Fi available but no internet connection. I can’t use your service checker or report fault by text as I don’t have a landline.

    @bt_uk @ring_uk all Ring devices offline, internet is working fine though. Clearly an issue between Ring and BT, sort it out now.

    @bt_uk Having same internet issues as everybody else. Certain websites for work & PS5 not working due to a NAT type issue. When will this be resolved please?
