    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @SkyGroup #skyglass will never work for us until broadband is improved. Even with @bt_uk’s super fast full fibre 300mbps, it is so unreliable and frequently stops Netflix streaming - not sure how this can ever be reliable!!

    Ninth day of no broadband and no support to provide a 4G hub instead of tethering to overheating mobiles, is that really the best @bt_uk can do? No further update on the fault progress or fix date either… endless.

    @O2 hiya Have been having trouble using data on my iPhone in the Sittingbourne area lately is this a problem with ur masts or with @bt_uk Is this going to be fixed soon? As along standing customer with 02!

    @bt_uk Yes I reported it Friday evening, was told that it would be sorted over night and will be working in the morning (Saturday), phoned again Saturday morning and was told it would be Monday now. Have never had these problems with previous internet providers.

    @bt_uk Dear BT , it’s been 7 days … no response of your request to call me ASAP …???? Can you listen the call as one of your advisor first refused me to open complaint and tried to misguide me and another advisor open the complaint and closed without my consent …..
