    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk hi we have a bt box pro and we keep getting problems with the recordings. All our recordings say “failed to record” but they were there fine earlier. We had a different problem a few weeks ago with the box resetting itself and it we lost ou recordings then too.

    @bt_uk I am wanting to know why I took the day off only to be told the engineer wasn’t coming, well after the event and this despite getting a text asking me how it was and whether it’s been fixed. 2 months and still counting for BT to sort this issue out. Sounds familiar to others ??

    @bt_uk Not happy that I had to hold on for 45 mins to talk to customer services about a fault on my dad's landline. When I got through I still couldn't get an update on the problem.
