  @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

  @bt_uk After yesterday’s direct messages with one of your employees I thought this problem would be resolved. Unfortunately, that is already been dashed by your total ignorance not to help after you promised me you would help. It would be elevated to a higher level . Nothing.

  @bt_uk I cancelled my service on the 25th July. The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. However ive just recieved another bill and My BT says another is due in September! Can someone dm me pls

  @bt_uk What’s the point if when I call and I’m on hold for more than 10 minutes, I get cut off? Why can’t there be a simple button to press to cancel subscriptions?

  @bt_uk Hi, my internet has been down all day and it's driving me crazy. I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.

  @JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Important to add, and what makes it even more crazy, I personally contacted their Chief Executive because the BT brand I buy my broadband service from (my contractual partner) had their complaints rejected and told me to do so. There was nothing further they could/would do.

  Sorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider before GTA6 release. and getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved away from @bt_uk email address.
