    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk Not 1 manager in your multibillion pound company is available to talk to or deal with it. Small business trying to get open after lockdown and nothing but issues and no one helping

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph hi I’m trying to get resolution to a problem. BT have separated my landline number from a full fibre installation. They admit the error but can’t seem to resolve. Writing to CEO but doubt he’ll see it.

    @BTCare dealing with the sale, all UK staff. Good service. Nearly a week after the supposed install no broadband and I have to deal with people that don`t understand me and refuse to do anything to help other than say "the process takes 24-48 hours, there`s nothing we can do"

    @bt_uk @Rowly10 @btsportscore The Leicester vs West Brom game on Thursday should have been in UHD but due to some technical issues this wasn’t able to be broadcast and only HD coverage was available to both Virgin & BT customers. This issue is also why some customers also experienced some problems as well

    More spam from @bt_uk telling us superfast fibre is now available in our area. Which is weird, as when we were with BT Business as an ISP, we had VDSL2 3 years ago, but the service was so bad we moved to @zeninternet instead.. But now we're on BT's marketing email list...

    @bt_uk Hi I’ve had digital voice (handsets etc) for a while now but I’ve never received a call on it - I can however make calls ! - can this be looked at for me ? - thanks
