@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@4shaann @bt_uk @stimmo64 Kind of wish they’d gone further and cancelled his subscription! Or if he is a BT broad band customer also switch him off randomly during future matches!

@bt_uk Hello. I am trying to speak to someone ( or do a online chat) about my bill …. and i cannot find a number where i can speak to someone . Your 0800 800150 number is useless . Why do you make it so difficult to get through . Your customer service is appalling .

@UtdXclusive @StrettyNews so much easier to sit on the sidelines and criticise than be part of the solution. Hope Scholes gives it a rest for a couple of years. Maybe @btsport can mix up their panel to being some better energy. The Rio, Scholes, Hargreaves combo is so negative it stops me watching.

@btbusinesscare What is going in with BT OnePhone - and if you know your own systems are broken, why not tell your customers? You have no problems sending advertising emails but can't communicate when your systems break? You need to change the management of that whole unit, useless all of them

@RorySmith @OliverKay I find it all a bit strange from @btsport perspective. With the Champions League being their main offering would it not make sense for them to help rather than hinder the progress of English teams? I'm sure their viewing figures/advertising revenue is higher with English clubs

@bt_uk I’ve tried emailing but never get the right dept. With your internet social tariffs, can you still be capped on speed if you have FTTP??
