@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk terrible service! Signed up in October (3 month free deal). Took 6 weeks to connect me (your fault). Now won't honour the deal. Scammers! Managers won't call me to discuss either. Just closes case with no details. Rating = 0 It's not my fault you took 6 weeks to connect.

All Walker has done is take the blood soaked dollar to win a load of plastic. The **** I just flushed down the toilet has more dignity than any City player right now.

@bt_uk See, younrun a speed test from YOUR end which doesn't relate to the speed I get at MY end. I'm fed up with your router disconnecting constantly. I've cancelled the direct debit and I don't give a **** what you do next

@bt_uk The only other thing I can do is de-register the device, not a problem as I have free slots, and then see if it let's me in. Checking the registered devices tells me the firestick BT app was last used on the 4th Dec. All I know is its not been working all week.

@bt_uk Yes, just been using it on my phone. The app isn't using all its registration allocation either. Had occasional problems with the app freezing on firestick but by forcing it to close it did start working, but now it just won't open.
