    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk Do you know how long after our service switching it will take before our phone lines are on? we currently dont have working mobiles because we cant afford to keep them topped up so currently have no communication other than my computer
