@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk internet dreadful spoken to help line & we need an engineer only trouble is there no engineers as they are on strike Not a single appointment between now & Xmas. 2 businesses being run from home that are now in jeopardy thanks everyone at BT.

@gillditch55 @bt_uk Yeah it is a bit but a local telecoms engineer from your yellow pages or phone book should be able to help do this once your Digital Voice service has gone live.

@bt_uk Appalling treatment from BT today. Broadband fault on and off since August. Stayed in twice for an engineer. No shows. Now told that because I’m a teacher and can’t do 8-1 or 1-6 slots Mon-Fri, they can’t help me. “We’re a big company, can’t change the system” SO CROSS!

@btsportfootball @btsport The only thing we learnt tonight is how inferior Scotish football is, compared to a Premier League team. In my opinion Liverpool were pretty poor, but I felt Rangers would have struggled against a WSL team.

.@bt_uk 6 days to send an engineer to fix our broadband, what a joke. Would be faster to change broadband provider at those response speeds lol

@bt_uk We have a fault. Your help desk were helpful but couldnt help with the engineer visit as none available this year and ask us to call back everyday to check if any become available which can take up to an hour to get an answer.

Well that was nice of someone from @bt_uk. Just phoned my Mum's mobile that is on my account and was asking if we wanted a deal on broadband. We have BT broadband on another account in my Mum's name.. but this guy when she explained that basically called my Mum a Liar. Rude AF.
