@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@thebeerybear @bt_uk In my experience on and off with BT over the years, the actual services I have are pretty good - however the customer service is absolutely dreadful.

@bt_uk Internet not working again, getting a bit boring now. At least once a week it appears tk be down for at least a few hours during the day. Not really what I signed up for!!

@bt_uk Yes, so I have Ring doorbell devices and they struggle, this has been the case since we’ve moved here but it is now causing the devices to not capture or work properly so it’s now an issue and @ring say it’s a broadband strength issue

@BTCare I’m out of contract & looking to extend or leave within the nxt 2 weeks, but I need guarantees as the service I’m receiving today is unacceptable and I should not be paying for!

@bt_uk i have now spoken to two people brody and cian reference a refund of £50 to my account i am still waiting it has now been a month this customer service is awful if nothing is sorted to soon i will be contacting the financial ombudsman
