@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@EE @btsport I’d love to but as @EE have left us with no internet for 18 days (no closer to a resolution than day one despite being told by their staff on more than one occasion it was being done that day or the next) I can’t.

@bt_uk Look into it u are looking into it, it’s had a open complaint for 9 months you send me a letter 3 months ago saying your still looking into it. I give up with u guys iv got 3 months left on my contract and then am gone.

@MrDanCarroll Wow that’s actually terrible - how hard is it to distribute it to schools who then distribute - @btsport go direct to the schools with the vouchers like @VodafoneUK have done!

@bt_uk Sky is the provider but the issue is with BT. Openreach were advised by Sky of the issue on 30/12/2020. Zero update since from BT to Sky or me. Myself and my wife are key workers and I am calling my MP today
