    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk As myself working in L2 support, we have a dedicated group called Engineering. They making the sites basically, so they can fix it.

    @bt_uk can you please confirm of any issues ongoing in Durham area? Internet constantly going out, assured no network issues and sent new router. Still cutting out.

    @bt_uk im waiting 2-3 days without a phone for a new SIM card (which worked fine until tried in a new phone but now doesnt work at all), was offered compensation of about a fiver lol. BT keep putting prices up and not caring about customers! Time to vote with my feet

    @JennyLeeSummers @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Good luck Jenny. We had all sorts of trouble with BT/Open Reach a couple of years ago, couldn't believe their incompetence, but it wasn't as bad as this. Do hope you get it sorted, they are completely out of order.

    @bt_uk It can't. There is no way: no telephone, and their virtual assistant says "sorry, we're having trouble with our backend systems".
