@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk @bt_uk 5 days ago you promised me that someone would call regarding, what is now, nearly 6 weeks without internet access. Nobody’s been in touch. Absolutely abysmal service. You obviously don’t care, so it’s now time to cancel the order and give my business to someone else

@bt_uk how do I check on any local outages, we have had nothing but problems with our sky internet for which you provide the fibre line for it. I must say that it is a complete pile of utter c%&p. I have been in contact with sky who have escalated it to yourselves once again

@bt_uk I can't believe how bad your service is. Why am I paying for 200mbps bur only getting 17mbps? Nobody will answer the chat and your phone line says thanks for calling before hanging up! This is shocking. #ComplaintIncoming

@bt_uk It's now got worse. Eventually got through to chat online. Told I need an engineer visit, but won't come on a Saturday. I have no holidays left to take for B.T. Then my wi-fi goes off again during chat. This is horrendous service. Paying for a substandard service.

@bt_uk Hi rang them and they were going to call back. Which the guy did, unfortunately I had to run to the vet with the dog (literally 5mins before he rang back). Will he try again this evening? He said he was in till 7pm. Feel bad for what I'm sure he thinks is me wasting his time 😞

Cold C "Hi this is @bt_uk loyalty, just checking all things are ok & your service is right ?"..."well no, Ive complained a number of times about not being able to call abroad and it still isn't fixed"...."err, we don't deal with that".. "what do you want then ?"...call hangs up..
