@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk there is a new issues with my BT TV box. Whenever I try and catchup on an ITV channel or open the ITV Hub app, the box freezes and has to be restarted

You know what really help with your viewing figures @btsport @BBL ? More adverts, I've almost managed to watch at least 6 consecutive minutes without someone screaming at me to buy a peloton bike or a wife beater burying aftershave in the desert and it's terrible

@MarcAllera @bt_uk @EE I moved house on the 27th Nov and BT were schedule for Saturday the 28th Nov. At the 11th hour you cancelled and reset the date for today 10th Dec. Today we got service but our neighbours lost service and we got their number. I waited 5 hours for a response help!

@bt_uk who is the best contact to discuss you DigiVoice service? I switched over and have now found our house alarm doesn’t work and has a constant beeping failure! After an hour and a half on the phone my wife got nowhere! #digitalvoice #bt

@Ignite_coach1 @bt_uk Mines the same. Tweeted them a screenshot and said the order is fine, they just need to cancel some orders to re-assign product numbers to help with allocations.

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk So I finally sort of have an update... a single text to advise it is all postponed to the 23rd of December... hmmm... still no reason, explanation or apology from @bt_uk so disappointing to see BT letting down their advisors and customers.
