    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk Help...this is me trying to get through to you today - 09.24 13mins, 09.37am 47 mins, 10.30am 5 mins, 11.43 11 mins, 13.42 34 mins...and I STILL haven’t been able to get anyone....anyone actually there to take a phone call? I have no fibre and I need help....

    @NOWTV Doesn't really help. I have an entertainment pass through my BT account. I have a cinema pass from before I signed up with BT. Both have different email addresses. How do I add my existing cinema pass to my BT account? Is that even possible? @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Contacted BT today to sort out mums mobile after death of my dad. After being passed to 4 different depts (who don’t talk to each other so you start all over again) still no solution. Eventually told them to cancel and we will go elsewhere. Very poor show BT

    The mini hubs from @bt_uk are a waste of time, just moved house and are using a mini hub till the main hub can be properly installed in the new year and the mini hub doesnt work properly.

    @bt_uk yet again poor customer service on hold then on a call for 40 minutes for them to disconnect the call absolute joke of a service 2 neighbors have placed FTTP orders then tell u they can’t ask to go through to a different department to be cut off
