@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk @IndieBastards mate just accept the fact your internet is ******* ****, u rised my contract price by and i got nothing better but keep on getting slow wifi and keep on disconnecting! And now the whole *** internet is ******* not connecting and dont ******* say ooooh did u reset? I ****** did.

@drl @bt_uk Beware they’ll have you paying £20 a month more than new customers if you’re lucky enough to get a working service. Mines been off since an engineer came to upgrade me at 8am yesterday morning. Support is horrendous to get hold of

@bt_uk No unfortunately, there is no know. Service outage, however, all the SIM cards on my account are having the same problem, calls cutting off after a few seconds of being connected, data going slow and unable to connect.
