@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk Thanks problem is they have been looking at this since 14th and people have been looking at it but they keep changing the date was meant to be today now said no idea

@bt_uk Not good enough. I understand you’re trained to give “fix within 24-48hrs” response to appease customers but it’s all nonsense and clearly not true. Is someone actually fixing it or not?

@mudcakesandwine @bt_uk I even had a text last week saying it had been fixed. Customer service insisted it had been fixed and I just needed to reset my hub. Then 2 minutes later told me it’d be another 4 days. Really doesn’t fill me with confidence that it’s in hand 😬

@bt_uk absolutely disgusting service. Installation date 15th December no one turned up and no contact from BT. Rebooked for 17th January a whole month later!!!

@bt_uk hi, service for broadband has been activated but no equipment has arrived. Tracker hasn’t been updated since last Wednesday so no idea. Currently have no wifi = no tv, doorbell, music. Help!
