@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

So according to ryan on @bt_uk live chat, bt's policy is to use poor security and insecure security questions and answers. It is against their policy to allow customers to use secure answers to their security questions. #cybersecuritytips #CyberSecurityAwareness

@bt_uk Thanks. I get that you can’t tell me the details. My problem is that I have requested written evidence that BT told me that it’s fraudulent and that hasn’t been provided. The bank is unhelpful and won’t go ahead with an indemnity claim until they see this.

@bt_uk A very pleasant member of staff based in England resolved the issue during a call that lasted over 40 minutes. As a new customer to BT TV I'd be hoping it doesn't happen too often. The attitude from the staff member however was very impressive.

@parttimeblank @davemeltzerWON AEW is actually more accessible here (BTSport is a paid sub, ITV is free). But it's on at stupid times, and the ITV catch-up player is the worst thing in the UK.
