@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk Hi Paula - yes but with no formal update for a week now - basically put they keep trying to connect the new broadband to the wrong pole (despile a new line already up on the correct pole) this also despite having to shut down the order and then starting a new one

@bt_uk Thank you Catherine. I am sorry but I am not glad that she has to wait until Monday -that is my point. Please help her to get an apt before then. She's 86, nearly blind and lives alone...Is there no emergency service for vulnerable people c.f. gas and electricity?

@bt_uk I've been trying to contact you (in fact so have 2 other people) about an elderly relative's landline which is not working, no ringtone and no broadband. She can't report the fault herself obviously, and we can't get through. Her medical equipment relies on it!

@ann_brown2828 @bt_uk Sorry to jump on this but it appears to be a wide issue BT broadband says everything is OK and yet for 3 days in Birmingnam I've had absolutely zero service with a promise of an engineer of each of the days and it's a no show. A huge company fail Annoying #BTBroadbandDown #WFH
