@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk I’m gonna phone once it’s been two weeks after the engineer has been. Constant drop outs and lower speeds than I should be getting. Engineer comes out “yep it’s fixed, no more problems” then it works fine for a few weeks before going back to square one. Fed up with it.

@bt_uk It’s been weeks since my parents have had a landline service. My mothers in hospital and my dad 83 he’s been messed around on the phone for weeks. You now want them to pay the bill. Sub standard service

Entered into a negotiated broadband contract with @bt_uk in July. Received contract etc today I discovered the deal never went through & they managed to cut my landline in the process. So the contract I received is worth zilch & now they have reneged on deal. @btcomplainer 1/2
