    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    This is a worrying trend from @BTCare @OpenreachHelp. For the 2nd time in recent weeks we have broadband outage at the #Kintore exchange. And for the 2nd time in recent weeks they have missed their own time for resolving the issue. 14:20 Friday has now become 00:06 on Saturday.

    @bt_uk Hi I can’t seem to access the BT box office screen. When I press the Blue Y button it shows the TV guide, Apps, Recordings, but not the BT box office page. Any tips or ideas how to fix it? Hoping to watch the boxing tomorrow night. Cheers, Pete

    @bt_uk right so im sent the 4g bt mini hub as i have no bt fibre because you allowed the switch to talktalk..i have no fibre at the mo..coz talktalk screwed me..iv only had the 4g hub for around 3 days but yet you want it bk on monday...WTF!!

    @bt_uk hi BT my fibre was down for a while ( 3 days ( I’ll check the router / do you auto discount my account/ bill or do I have to apply ( make a complaint / request ??? )

    I don’t know who this presenter is on BT Sports for all the coverage this week, but he’s been utterly useless. Has no real enthusiasm and has no flow to make the show exciting. Bad move by @btsport . #FuryWhyte

    @btsport predictable useless support on logging in to app from by sport. It’s weird how their systems for taking money always work, their systems from broadcasting sport don’t. Funny that.

    @Kintore @BTCare @OpenreachHelp Seems like a left-hand/right-hand problem. According to our provider, they have engineers working at the exchange on a problem that apparently does not exist. 🤔

    @btbusinesscare Why do you not pay compensation on failed internet installations when you do if you fail on a repair appointment? Surely both are as frustrating and costly for a business?

    Very disappointed with @bt_uk I’ve been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember. Having a lot of WiFi issues at the moment. Upstairs isn’t getting WiFi & also really poor in our bedroom & kitchen. So only really working in the living room. Xbox has recorded 1mb!!
