    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk Hi Dee, we don’t have Ethernet ports we can use. Please can you investigate why the works in the area have impacted service? We normally get 20mb+ download minimum. How long to resolve?

    The Internet around my way just lately has been p*** poor. Currently been sat for 10 minutes, trying to watch @YouTube with "Loading..." in the centre of the screen. Sound cut out half way through a video just now. Ridiculous. @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Are aware that during the summer over 40 million Scams in the UK.the BT Call Blocker Phone I had before.i upgraded to a new one.i suffer from severe health problems it's making me anxious

    @bt_uk Unfortunately they are moving to a new build which for some reason does not have BT service. Outrageous that you can penalise people for cancelling who due to no fault of their's you want to charge them £200 for the privilege.

    @bt_uk great customer service...NOT...upgrade broadband, send out contractor, lose all broadband, 48hrs still no hub delivered....

    @bt_uk They did give me an account number your help desk are deleting the bill accrued, but I’d still like to know who and how someone was allowed to order services / products using my details when I don’t and never have had a BT account
