    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk is annoying though he upgraded me from 4 to 10 gb but i bet i never use more than 2 gb i just more or less agreed to stop him mithering now im stuck with ee , there needs to be law when people phone for assistance you are not allowed to push sales on them

    @bt_uk I’m due an upgrade in February 2022 but the iPhone 13 isn’t on BT mobile but it’s with EE but I don’t want the EE network as I moved from them to BT how do I upgrade to iPhone 13 on BT network?

    We moved broadband providers for a reason and @BTBusiness is just as bad if not worse @btbusinesscare and they haven’t even set it up yet

    @bt_uk do you think keeping people on hold to your fraud department for 48 minutes with no human being shows your concern about banking safety? I’ve had to hang up now so will start the whole rigmarole again in the am. Not happy. It’s a bloody fraud department ffs.

    It's been 5 weeks without broadband and @BTGroup has been appalling. I am sitting at home again today waiting for an engineer @bt_uk has cancelled all previous 5 appnts without notice. Horrendous service, multiple failed promises and lack of any ounce of customer care 😡

    @bt_uk I seem to have entered a twilight zone. I have a Now TV package via BT but there's no details or a cancel option on 'my BT'. Tried calling but no answer

    @bt_uk Thanks for your help today but I am very very disappointed in the service being provided and the fact I am paying for this. A month is simply not good enough!
