    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk made my the person on the phone who said, I quote, "I knew what you were going to say before you finished". The further good news is you use a third-party to correct your lie/issue, who you constantly say 'are nothing to do with you' so can't help.

    @bt_uk With respect, I know you can't help and nor did any of the seven other people I spoke to on the phone, I am warning others of the shambolic service they may receive. I was clearly not the only one by a long way not told about the aerial situation in a sales pitch given comments

    @bt_uk Today is the second day my BT broadband has been intermittently cutting out. G77 6FE postcode. Reported a fault yesterday. No update. Already paying "Fibre" prices for a pathetic 15mbps download speed. Please fix.

    @bt_uk I spoke to my Internet Provider at 1pm today as I had no Internet. They told me your exchange is down. When will it be fixed? I live in Bristol

    @rodgers_rachel @bt_uk Hi. According to my conversation with BT earlier there's a widespread outage affecting much of Bristol. Some major optic cable failure. They said they're on it but no estimate for when it will be repaired. Just thought I'd share that.

    @bt_uk Given me a handset but not an answer machine. I have a perfectly good bt answer machine which now doesn’t work with the new service so that goes in the bin

    @btbusinesscare Several members of your team have been supposedly dealing with this for a week and have done absolutely nothing to help as yet, I am now looking into legal proceedings for security breach and loss of business
