@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk , you decide to change a home phone line to digital voice after I stated No and never ordered now my extremely vulnerable father is on a third night with no home phone line and no way to contact outside his home his care alarm doesn’t work without the phone line .

@bt_uk had an engineer out today to fix a broadband issue. Since its been "fixed" the hub has lost internet access EIGHT times! How is anyone supposed to run a business, or use @HiveHomeUK or @ring systems with a totally unreliable WiFi service? Not acceptable! #fail

@bt_uk internet connection has been awful lately Today's been the worse. Slow at best, but mainly just not working. Hub lights go orange then blue then orange etc.

Why does my broadband go down at exactly the same time every evening? Like now, for only a few mins but buggers up anything I’m watching on TV? @BTCare can’t find any reason.
