@StockportCounty Such a shame that its on BTSport. One of the worst channels around and definitely not worth a £25 one off! Will therefore be relying on social media coverage.

  • rickyb86 Ricky Bowman (@rickyb86) reported

@bt_uk Hi, broadband dropping out all morning. Any issues in the Durham?

  • treesieT Bat Kitty (@treesieT) reported

@bt_uk Well your sidekick Openreach can’t even give me a stable service!

  • jeffnewton1 Jeff (@jeffnewton1) reported

@bt_uk Lost internet access for much of today. A one hour phone call to BT revealed a phone mast near me was being repaired. Are you able to text customers IN ADVANCE to advise of loss of service ? It would save customers phoning your helpline with the same question !
