    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk BRAND NEW CUSTOMER - I DM'd after being cut off last night. Was cut off on the phone after a 93 mins wait! I've managed a virtual "chat" to someone who said I needed to spk to your Orders Team but they don't take calls!! What am I supposed to do!!! STILL CANNOT WORK!

    @bt_uk I am at the end of my tether here. Been told my FTTP services would be good today… guess what yet again no service. Getting ready to cancel at this rate tbh.

    @StuartCharman2 @bt_uk Hello it also happen my account for 2 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with recovery_recovery_account1 on instagram I saw his advert on tv he was the one who got me back into my account he should hlp you

    @bt_uk can you tell me what is happening with the Internet issues in Wolverhampton please? Is the issue being sorted as it seems to be getting worse. It's affecting our business from being able to operate properly!

    @bt_uk Email is a no-reply mailbox, 150 line is closed down, unable to post on forums. If I can't place an order I want to stop contract auto-renewal so I can choose another provider - is there no way for customers to contact you?

    Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing
