  @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

  @bt_uk I cancelled my service on the 25th July. The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. However ive just recieved another bill and My BT says another is due in September! Can someone dm me pls

  Yo @bt_uk @BTGroup I signed up for a £32 a month broadband, now yous are charging me £52 only a few years later, yous make a 30 day notice of cancellation so yous milked another bill out of me after receiving your "excellent customer service". Corporate greed, never again

  @TupperwareNFT @bt_uk Problem is both sides claim innocence. But onus is on BT to prove they made the request (community fibre can't prove an absence of something). It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre

  @bt_uk Your guides basically said I’ll have to dispute it with Vodafone. You’re expecting me to pay for a service that was cancelled when I switched to Vodafone. I even had an email stating my final bill would be £15. Loyal BT customer for over ten years

  @bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?

  @Walesguy2 @bt_uk BT can't fix this. Many customers have had this problem, I'm one of them. They hope you will give up.
