    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk I have smarthub2 with disc. My laptop is in the same room as the hub upstairs but continually connects to the disc which is downstairs and has a weaker signal. How do I rectify this problem

    @bt_uk You’ve missed the point! They’ve refunded it as a mischance. The issue is the threatening language. Time to leave BT

    @bt_uk New customers £26.99 per month. Been with BT a long time, my new contract will be £40 per month. Which it will not be as I will be moving providers. What a way to treat your existing customers!

    @bt_uk So it's now almost a month without broadband, phone & TV. Jon from connections called today to say he will call again next week - this seems very casual and absolutely nothing has happened to help us for nearly 4 weeks!!

    @bt_uk I got through. You cost me around £500 since you don’t listen to clear repeated instructions. You are the worst. Never got the call back to discuss this, as I was promised. I get a third of the speed I used to get for £2 less. Oh dear

    @bt_uk who is the best contact to discuss you DigiVoice service? I switched over and have now found our house alarm doesn’t work and has a constant beeping failure! After an hour and a half on the phone my wife got nowhere! #digitalvoice #bt

    The trouble with the connected home is that when @bt_uk let Kelly Group loose on their fibre it breaks and then nothing works.
