@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@Smicht Theres lots of options. Purchase devices that have data 4g or 5g sim space in it. You simply look at best signal in area. Or look at Bt wifi fon, @bt_uk are always approachable just look at Bt Basic for example. Laptop internal aerial that can join hotspot

@bt_uk It's connected via an earthnet cable, no issues with anything else, broadband light is showing constant blue light, 2 mobile phones connected via WiFi still strong signal

@bt_uk Your web site is absolutely terrible every page I have tried to access to night is asking for password and two stage verification can not get any customer support to resolve issue with E Mail or Broadband
