@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk The engineer was really good and contacted you to sort this out but we are understandably disappointed that although you were aware of the problem you have stopped his existing service and switched him to one he can't currently can't use.

@bt_uk The WiFi remains connected but the service isn’t there. It’s not a problem with it being in an extension lead. I’m not sure about the lights as I’m in a different room in the house. How about you investigate the issues with the service that you’re failing to supple?

As much as a draw keeps us in the frame to qualify the overall performance was nearly as bad as the dipperpool game a better team wudv beat us easily really can't see it getting any better @Malachians @btsport @mrjakehumphrey.

@bt_uk Experian and Equifax both tell me that BT should update to correct the file as the data owner, rather than subject me to a lengthy complaint process that lasts 4-6 weeks. Seems unfair that I’m penalised through no fault of my own.

@bt_uk upgraded to BT Halo3+ 17/10 failed 27/10 resolved 1/11 failed again 3/11. Need my landline connection no mobile signal very disappointed with my digital landline connection as it doesn’t work. Pls sort it BT
