  @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

  @bt_uk My bt is still down engineer due in 5 days, took several calls and countless messages to try and get my mini hub turned on. Your automated phone diverting customers to a BOT is rubbish.

  @btsportcricket shame couldn't watch the recording of the live action - yet again recording cut off before the finish. Anyone else having this trouble with awful @bt_uk tv box?
