@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk I've checked my line and Router settings and I am recieving the alotted 35/8. However when I bought the packaged the line was doing 50/15. The issue is my 8 upload is not stable when streaming to a certain server/application which i need. My line seems to be unstable recently.

@bt_uk It's all the time, I've tried multiple servers but it's almost like if I use any twitch(dot)tv server it throttles me down or something. I've sent some details via DM thanks!
