@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@KevinP184 @btsport I heard him going on about the temperature of the incident not being high enough, the only thing high is Walton. Total idiot. The whole @btsport staff need reviewing. Idea for a show. Like the Voice but for commantators and pundits.

@rioferdy5 @GlennHoddle On @btsport talking absolute common sense, Soucek red card was a joke, why cant refs see what ex players and fans see, 22 views mean its not clear and obvious and refs are afraid to let us hear the garbage they are talking when discussing VAR!

I appreciate the world's still in a pandemic! But please give me the strength to hold on the line to BT!! @bt_uk @BTGroup paying for a service that doesn't work and being told the only thing I can do is upgrade and pay more! What a brilliant business model!

@virginmedia @virginmedia have just put back my installation by another 4 weeks after originally delaying it by 3 weeks - no internet now for 10 days with 3 kids home schooling and 3 adults WFH. It’s appalling.. @bt_uk how quickly can you help us get broadband? 🙏🙏please!

@bt_uk Sorry BT. Been a loyal customer all my life and always thought you were worth the price difference. Not any more. Whilst Zen Ultimate Fibre 2 uses the same lines, I believe I will received a better service with their Wi-fi in every room addition. Zen does not make wild boasts!

@bt_uk Seems to be everything this morning! I pay about £58 a month at the moment, I’d like someone to contact me please with a better rate because right now the cost of it isn’t worth the service!
