  @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

  @bt_uk Hayley from your digital voice department In Ackrington is sorting my issue. This is about the 10th call we've made regarding issues hopefully she can fix the issue for good. She was friendly enough, I couldn't get mad about the situation cause she was so sweet
