@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk Having with BT one of the worst experiences I ever had. Ordered two separate business internet connections for two new stores in London on the 15th of March and still nothing is working. Stay away from this company at all costs. Terrible service.

@BTCare @bt_uk have got to be one of the worst companies ever! Customer service is a joke too they never help, just rude. They ring me about a complaint I’ve made and say we can’t help ring us when you have decided what you want 🙄??

@bt_uk there’s me thinking you were supposed to be 1 of the best broadband providers. Numerous emails stating sorry, there’s been a problem with ur order. Sorry, ur order has been cancelled, sorry, your engineer has been rebooked (10th may) NOT GOOD ENOUGH
