@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk I get that issues happen but this is a paid-for service where people haven’t received what they were told they would get if they paid. Also, why is there no mention of, or apology for, this mistake on the actual app - why can we only find out on Twitter?

@bt_uk completely useless service with the ufc broadcasting again. Not only have you failed to provide the main event , you’ve made it so everyone has to see the result of a fight before clicking the video. The fight happened over 8 hours ago, how have you not fixed this issue?
