@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

Watching Maccabi Haifa v Red Star Belgrade live on @btsport. Never realised Haifa’s shirt sponsor was Volvo. The marketing joke potential is huge there. They ought to do an advert in Stamford Hill if they qualify, you’d hope!

@bt_uk Today WifiCalling is experiencing a widespread outage and because BTMobile withdrew it’s 3G Signal Box (at little/no notice) we can’t make/receive any calls or those oh so important text messages for purchases, internet banking etc.. What a great decision to withdraw the 3G Box!

@bt_uk @bt_uk our contract finished for fibre 100 with halo 3. I can get the same from @SkyUK and save £235 over 24m. I can save £91 as a new customer to BT. Why should I be loyal customer? Can you respond pls?
