@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk Thanks James, but no tests needed at the mo as had a few recently. BT says what I get wont more than that and that i should be happy with the "service I hired" but if not, that i can cancel as long as i pay the fee. not a nice treatment for someone that tried to be real patient

@bt_uk Today’s the day I hear from my case worker Jack at @bt_uk will be updating me when my internet will be installed after 5 months 2 weeks 5 days I am excited I hope they don’t let me down as they have the last 5 months 2 weeks 5 days I will also get my money back HURRAH

@bt_uk ... get some strange responses like ‘what happens if a football match is cancelled’ rather than advice how to cancel your BT service. It seemed like the customer service dept were having a joke or something.

@bt_uk No it’s fine. I cancelled my account. It did take 35 minutes waiting on the phone though. Would’ve been better if I could do it online or a callback option was available at the call centre. FYI on the FAQ section of the webpage when you type in ‘how do I cancel my service’ you...
