  @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

  @bt_uk Thanks Elaine, but I don't see the point. All I'll get is the usual "I see a caseworker is dealing with your complaint, they'll be in contact in a few days". I don't want to be pushed into DM's, hidden from view. I'd like an answer in Public. You all know who I am by now anyway.

  @bt_uk omg what an absolutely rubbish company for customer service. Placed an order in July and still not what I asked for. Engineer booked yesterday, stayed in for 2 hours but did not arrive. Tried to call but in a queue for over an hour. Shocking service no one cares.

  Hi @bt_uk, got red LOS light on openreach modem and solid orange light on BT hub. Have tried online advised fixes, nothing working. Been waiting 45mins on the phone! HELP PLEASE

  @bt_uk Thanks all the same, but ive been through that many people and their managers, all with the same computer says no attitude. So i have been forced to make a complaint and i think leave you after 34 years service.😭

  @bt_uk As you know they won't modify the contract in the 14 days cos YOU sold it to me. Only option is cancel my contract, send back my phone and reorder the 15/30 gig deal. I'm not accusing you of trickery, but the customer is paying the price.

  @bt_uk No good really. I have logged a complaint with Ofcom now. Think we will be parting company. I cant trust a company that blantantly lies. But no one seems to want to help. Also what happens to the lying salesman? The stress and no land.line for 3 weeks is unexceptable
