  @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

  @ComethTheNerd @bt_uk Good luck with that; most other UK ISPs are just service companies who still use BT Openreach as their providers. Unless you have Virgin cable you're SoL.

  @fraserh21 @btsport I have seen the same thing for months. I got it to watch football but it’s unusable to watch live games. You offer the app on PS5 but are not supporting it. Who do I speak to about a refund for the months of no service? This really isn’t good enough.

  @bt_uk Then I shouldn't be promised a callback within 24 hours of my complaint if you can't keep the promise! Yes this message are on all the sport channels and my TV is connected to my Hub via BT mini connectors

  Hey @bt_uk. I know you're busy. If my problem's anything to go by you'll be inundated. But here's an idea. Lots of utility customer services include an automatic callback option instead of a customer waiting 20+ minutes for an answer. How's about it? You are a TelCo after all...

  @btsport the reception on bt is frequently awful for football. Not worth the subscription
