@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@btsport is it just my tv that has a dominated #AUSvENG AUS commentary as I am not hearing any English cricket views, if this is case I will be switching off! It’s bad enough the live feeds are crap, but crap Aussie commentary I will not listen to, maybe that’s why sky swerved!
