@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@BTCare BT bot has ran a diagnostic test on line,Comes back fine. 2 children are having to hotspot their laptop/iPads via mobiles for school work. Even my own phone keeps disconnecting. Please help!Reset doesn’t work!

Forever frustrated by the awful connection provided by @bt_uk, I’m sat right next to my router and still can’t get a strong enough connection for a zoom call without it cutting out every five seconds 😢

@bt_uk house move should have been completed on 23rd of December. Received equipment and order is still open, been a month of no internet on my account. Can I leave BT and get out of my contract because of this terrible service?
