    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @bt_uk He advised he needed access to a neighbouring property for some reason, so apparently my service (or lack of) now depends on the availability and cooperation of my neighbours. Basically, he knows what the fault is but cannot fix it, which begs the question, why have engineers?

    @bt_uk what are you playing at with my Mums account??? She has been waiting for you or openreach to sort out the broadband issue in her area & now her orders have been closed and you’re demanding she returns her equipment! This is a joke now, when will she get her broadband!!!

    @bt_uk I’m leaving BT forthwith as they’ve not dealt with my upgrade or complaint. Will they care? I doubt it very much!

    @bt_uk He said he, and I quote "left a note".... The issue isn't within my property, it's in a box located on a neighbouring property which is "shorting out". So the engineer left simply saying he'll let me know when it's fixed, which leaves me in complete limbo, no further ahead.

    @bt_uk Just spoke to BT regarding my FTTP delay. I'm glad BT has finally realised the benefit of good and fast and local (UK) customer service. I phoned ready for a rant and ended up thanking the bloke for his help.

    Excuse the moan, but @bt_uk are the most useless company I’ve ever dealt with. After a *month* of failing to fix an internet outage, they marked the issue resolved when it wasn’t. Now back to the beginning, being told to wait another week for an engineer.

    @bt_uk mines ****** , and after being told 2 appts ,no engineers showed ,and Still not working , 11/11/22 , been waiting 1 week , and 4 x 30 mins waiting on phone only to be cut off ,, absolute joke
