  @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

  @bt_uk hello! I reported a fault on 27th March. It was estimated it would be fixed on 30th. Assumed it had been. Just tried to assess as still having problems. The fault is still open. Can you help please?

  @bt_uk We also had an engineer here a few weeks ago but no feed back from them. Had new pole erected last week and phone line re connected This problem has been ongoing for over a year and there has been no change to our service
