@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@btsport IMAGINE paying £25 an month to watch only ufc that’s on weekly an not being able to see the first 5 fights because BT doesn’t have a ******* clue how to broadcast **** or give accurate times on anything imagine that....

@bt_uk Rubbish. I’ve had loads of trouble. Complained several times & just get offered something to improve it that raises my bill & ties me in for another 12 months or cost £100 or summit. Virgin enabling me to end contract 3 months early.
