Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

Saranvan (@Saranvan4) reported@bt_uk any word on sorting out our internet? You cancelled the engineer and then altered the order to say their visit was completed, but thankfully we have evidence. Probably some of the worst service we've ever had within the last week.

A final bill will be produced that will credit back any excess days at that were billed beyond the point of cancellation.
