  @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

  @bt_uk And yes, have forgotten and reconnected the network sweetbreads times. No improvement. We'd like the router checked but can't register a fault online without a landline.

  @bt_uk It's giving me a code for a PS5 but I signed up to receive an Xbox Series X code. How can you mess up this bad?
