@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

Hey, @bt_uk - care to explain why not one but THREE engineer appointments have been missed or cancelled now? Because an account credit isn't going to make up for 5 days without Internet access and bleeding my mobile dry just to sit on hold with your help line.

@bt_uk 70 minutes being passed between chat agents again tonight trying to get an answer to a simple question about the move to Digital Voice.. all I got was “i’ll be right with you...” Poor customer service.

Honestly @bt_uk I don't know how you can call yourself a communication company. Yet again very little is happening, and we only had an engineer here in the house a week last Monday. The phone is still crackling and the broadband is still reliable in its slow shiteness. #r4today
