@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk And the issues I’m having is paying you for the fastest broadband service and having my router lose connection multiple times daily, had an engineer out a week ago scratching his head, did something at the sub which lasted 5 days now since yesterday multiple disconnects in 24hrs.

@dafties @Record_Sport @chris_sutton73 Laughing like a wee boy about rangers on a btsport live broadcast? There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Sutton's conduct wasn't that professional either but if I'm honest wasn't far off my thoughts at the time.

@bt_uk Was due a call on the 14th and 17th according to the portal that tracks the complaint but got neither. Was due the replacement mini hubs 15th and then the 17th and not had those either. All in all a shocking experience and I did warn them that if I didn't get a call I would tweet

@bt_uk BT has left me with no broadband! Upgraded on Thursday and switched off at 12:30am. Openreach have confirmed nothing wrong with network. BT say nothing wrong there end. Wish I had never tried to upgrade. I have been left with nothing for £60 per month. Shocking service!!!

@bt_uk 1/5 Complaint-VOL013-612582541921 : Broadband install booked for the 1/9. You did a survey in Aug. 1/9 rolls round and you cancel ON THE DAY. I call support, they say I’m not entitled to any compensation despite working from home…and you don’t know when it can be fitted!

@bt_uk Customers are left to their own devices to set the boxes up, Sent videos to help fault find, do home diagnostics to see what connectivity is like, workout your tv package choices through trial & error etc. This is fine if you're tech savvy but if not? I'd say go to sky every time

@bt_uk So you are not able to keep me connected as per the promise when the broadband goes down?
-
Dragon Bluecloud (@DragonBlueCloud) reported
@bt_uk unbelievable the amount of lies your customer service team feeds me. Two months without broadband - what do we get for chasing up our order: lies. How difficult can it be to place an order correctly with Openreach. We've placed at least 5 orders!!! How can it go so wrong?

How awful is it trying to watch @btsport now. On browser it buffers every 20 seconds. Unwatchable
