@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@bt_uk I have just called your contact centre and was completely misinformed about the price and packages just so you could get me to sign up for another 24 months. Absolutely fuming that I now have to ring you back tomorrow to cancel after being misold a service.

@bt_uk I recently upgraded my broadband and was sent a digital home phone which I did not want and wasn't mentioned when I initially upgraded I do not have mobile signal and would be unable to call 999 in a power cut my old landline has now been stopped.

Don’t both going with @bt_uk tv if your thinking about it ,our boxes hasn’t worked for months as they reckon there coming to fix it… erm no you can replace it it’s 6 months old 😡 40 mins on live chat is a bloody joke! Paying every month for a service that we can’t fully use!!

@bt_uk My daughter has been contacted but everything is too slow as she doesn’t have internet. I can’t believe she hasn’t been offered a temporary solution like a 4G hub as a 10 day repair is way too long especially as she’s a new customer

Thanks @bt_uk for all the stress you have caused today with my house move. Guaranteed appointment simply cancelled with no reason & no notice plus then a weeks delay before you may be able to visit. Disgusting lack of service or care for your customers

@noelkrusty @bt_uk Mine has been like it since Friday. Biggest mistake I made was switching from standard fibre (to the cabinet) to Fibre to the property. It's been down 4 times since December 2021...not just for an hour or so, for DAYS. I think there is some major issue in Towcester...

@bt_uk Ok… so if I were to cancel the order (as per the 14 day cooling off policy) and then re order, I’d get the £90 voucher… this feels a bit pointless?
