    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @Woodhall_ @EthanJxR @bt_uk 100% agree, swapped from BT had hassle daily to Virgin and haven’t had a problem since. Only thing I will say is Virgin ain’t the best if you play wireless, but for Wired connection it’s great.

    Hi @bt_uk, is there a way to alter how quickly call divert kicks in on the new Digital Voice service? I can't see anything about that online.

    @bt_uk really wish I could have WiFi in rooms other than my lounge and one bedroom.. Can't even get a bloody signal in my dining room which is next to my lounge.

    @bt_uk @EllisHoward94 Yeah, BT fibre broadband has been down since yesterday at 3pm in Surrey. The advised fix time keeps being pushed out without a meaningful update.

    What's more on my @BTCare complaint is that BT are blaming @OpenreachHelp as apparently it was they who failed to keep to yesterday's appointment. But it was BT who forget to tell us as the customer! Now they say it will be at least another week before the install :( #Annoyed

    @bt_uk I'm sorry but last time I gave my details to your colleagues, 2 weeks ago, nothing came from it, it was not followed fully. I am very disappointed with the speeds in TW5 post code area. I feel I've made a mistake with BT SIM also. Major issues with BT Sim and Iphone
