Hi @bt_uk The fibre installation engineer hasn't shown up. Your tracking site is rubbish and keeps my in a loop with no answers. Your phone service has 20-30 min est wait time. I need to know what's going on :(

@bt_uk I spoke to someone last week and I was told there was a mast issue. The issue has continued and spoke to someone today. I'm told speeds are good but doesnt explain the loss of internet signal. Have now been told download rootmetrics and test. Call back in 3 days!

@virginmedia I’d like to discuss cancelling the service or a significant price reduction). The latest increase to £45/month for 100mb broadband is almost double the cost of @bt_uk service at 150mb.

@SkyNews About time @bt_uk lazy shoddy greedy BT pulled its finger out of its hole and actually got fibre to every UK address.. They should have been forced by legislation years ago.. No more of their cities only profit first crap! 1Gbe now!!!!
