Ive never dealt with more of a useless, piece of crap, shite broadband service in my life @bt_uk you lot are honestly shocking, one whole month of no broadband and poor and I mean poor service. State of it is beyond crap.

@bt_uk No my call back never came, but this is what I expected to happen and I am already looking at where I can take my custom, which was tv, including sport, broadband, phone oh & 2 mobiles. Ross from loyalty services, plus 2 staff on your chat, are what lost you a customer of years!
