Looks like 48 hours of no internet at all, and no support at all from @bt_uk . Fault on their end with booking engineer means they can’t book another engineer to fix the issue they caused last week.

@LuuigiLM @bt_uk this is ridiculous. We’ve not even moved in yet and the service has been completely shoddy from the get go. Hours on hold to speak to someone incompetent or to get hung up on. Sort it out.

Not a good start to life with @bt_uk over an hour now trying to get through to check if my internet is about to be cut off. Pretty terrible communication so far regarding full fibre install from @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp

@bt_uk Bt should be offering the money back to all customers ive been having problems for a while now with broadband working for a day then dropping out working for a day then dropping out have to come home from work and get the complaints from everyone trying to work from home nitemare

@bt_uk Yea, you offered me a new package conditional with 24 month contract when I am halfway into existing contract. That is an unfair service to force me into a new contract - current one Dec '19 and refuse to allow me move my phone and broadband to enable me a tv package elsewhere.

@bt_uk Hi, I am trying to join sky but have been told that I can have it as you didn’t make BT fibre accessible to my home, due to me using virgin that is totally wrong I know they are other homes using virgin media, good way to treat a disable wheelchair user.
