    @btbusinesscare once again BT lets me down with an engineer call out. Why do you think it's ok to miss these when I put staff on overtime waiting for the call out.

    @bt_uk Decided to charge me for broadband on old contract even after taking a new contract out prior to my contract end date. This is an absolute joke and need this looked into. To crown it the customer service have no good words to say either. A new provider on the way.

    @OpenreachHelp Wow, @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp you have a full house today - is that any good? The DSO needs to contact Aaron Toor with an update on B94 5JU - so your engineer turned up yesterday with no job details, but had traffic mgt, but no cherry picker - how inept! 13 days and this is crap👎👎

    @bt_uk @phi_jan Our home internet has been offline for about a month. We have had several automated messages telling us when it would be repaired. It isn't, and you are still charging for your "service". Any plans to fix it?

    @bt_uk We haven't had any landline for weeks. We've reported the fault three times. We have never had so much as a phonecall from anyone. Landline still not working. Any chance that you could actually do something about this?

    @bt_uk We're with Virgin and if we got a BT sim it works with EE who don't work here either. Already tried EE. But thanks with your help.

    @bt_uk you say you provide internet to my address,knowing that @WeAreOpenreach has a problem with the supply line to the property. Today was supposed to be my installation, now I must wait for thier 'review' by this friday? What does that even mean?it's been 2 weeks!

    @bt_uk My partner has already spent over 5 hours on the phone to you across Thurs, Fri and today so unless you can bypass everything else and process the order instantly I don’t think DMing any details is going to fix this. Definitely want to cancel our contract as soon as possible.
