    Hey @BTCare - Why do you charge new broadband customers for kit delivery and taking over a phone line, take it as part of a direct debit and then sneakily pay it back to the customer's bank a week later?

    @BTCare Is it possible for one person to own this problem? I've spoke to various people on here today and via your call centre over last 2 weeks,I've sent an email to bt customer care over an hour ago today and had no response to that. I want a phone call today please to get this sorted

    @BTCare Sorry. This would be the 5th time today I’ve done a live chat. I’m getting no where. I don’t need to order. I have your service. What I need is to speak to somebody who can understand my issue and resolve it. I did have this person in connections team.

    @BTCare I have your services currently. I ordered on the 3rd and was live on the 18th. I tried to give you my custom 4 times believe it or not. The issue I have now is what I’m receiving is not what I originally requested BT said they would honour the original deal as wasn’t my fault

    @virginmedia ive been given 3 text messages saying the same thing. An engineer is working on it and an engineer is on its way? cant take that long to get it fix!? surely i cant be without internet & tv for 2 days!! @btsport @SkyUK what's good?

    @RuggerHugger70 @btsportrugby Quite possibly but then they’re both playmakers, unlike OF. Don’t get me wrong, he’s probably be one of the first names down on the teamsheet but he’ll never set the world alight - which shouldn’t really matter, unless @btsport are bigging you up for that very reason.
