  @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  @bt_uk BT Broadband has the worst service. Engineers were booked in for today but turned up yesterday. And now the next appointment is 20th September. 2 months without Internet (just for an address change). Absolutely appalling.

  @bt_uk I’m not very happy. I tried last night to get TV all sports package on to my existing broadband package for £1 for the first 3 months and wouldn’t allow me to do it even after multiple failed attempts. Please help as I would like it but feel cheated out of the offer 😕😔

  @bt_uk It has not been fixed yesterday and it will not be done today. As per BT, the date is moving forward each day as of now 2/9. It is hard to believe that BT can’t fix it in more than two weeks. My work and family life ruined. BT has pushed me to move out - I have no choice.

  @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach. We ordered broadband 2 months ago. 1st survey results "lost". You wanted £842.95 for extra construction charges followed by £1733.14 for the same. Just been told you need to cancel the order and start again. Do you treat all customers so badly?

  @bt_uk @jofwx Hey there @bt_uk I've woken to bo mobile phone signal today, no service and my house WiFi keeps dropping out....any ideas why...I can't call as I have no service and no landlines phone 😑

  @bt_uk @EE well done on being completely useless the both of you......you send the wrong engineer and then charge us £130 for your mistake!....your staff at the Workington branch of @EE are horrendous to deal with. Rude & aggressive.....awful stuff around really.

  Started having a problem two weeks ago with our main business number, which is still not fixed. 63% reduction in inbound sales calls due to this issue. Not once have BT call me with an update,I’ve had to chase every time. #Hopeless #TerribleSupport #bt @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness
