@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

20mins into a phone call to cancel my broadband with @bt_uk and still yet to speak to someone. Contract has run out. No notification of this. Been charged significantly more this month. AND a phone call is the only way to cancel the contract? Money grabbers 😡

@bt_uk Does BT really have a customer service department? I have been ringing 0800 145 6789 for the last 39 minutes and am still optimistic to be able to speak to someone.
