Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

Was told that OpenReach came, checked outside and went away. Really? The elderly person is listed as a welfare case. Terrible terrible terrible 👎

We’ve had no landline or internet for a week now! Residents are phoning their suppliers, but are having no updates! This is getting beyond silly!!!!
