    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @Graham_Day @bt_uk Try turning it off and on again and change the micro filter and check your phone line. Sure the problem with your equipment

    @btbusinesscare Openreach keys to successfully business. 1. Monopolise. 2. No customer service, that would cost money 3. Just blame the supplier if anything goes wrong, so it's them that get all the complaints and investigations. 4. Don't bother meeting appointments or working. 5. Profit.

    @btbusinesscare They are so lazy they can't imagine someone walking one house down the street. At any rate this was all openreaches responsibility. To ask the neighbour for permission prior to our first appointment and certainly prior to the 2nd. 3 months and these idiots haven't done a thing.

    @btbusinesscare I have someone managing this case at BT. However they keep getting lied to by Openreach. It's impossible for a customer to directly complain to openreach. Is it even possible to report them to the ombudsman? Open reach hide behind the supplier, always. Openreach answer to nobody.

    @bt_uk Laura, apparently the engineers will be back on Wednesday. I am massively disappointed by BT's service levels and will be looking at alternative providers for her once she is up and running again....

    @bt_uk hi, can you guys help? I'm a BB customer but I keep getting letters for the previous house owner, despite returning them marked no longer at this address. I just got off the phone with accounts who said I should get in touch with the previous owner to ask them to call you

    @btsport totally shocked by the customer prevention department- have tried 2 add package to my account on 28th - today after 56 mins being told it won’t happen because it’s not working ! Managers won’t speak to me and now am unable to watch the rugby ! Totally poor service !

    @btbusinesscare I complained to BT who contacted lazy, lying openreach. Lazy, lying openreach had told BT the neighbours refused to give permission. The neighbours informed BT that's completely untrue. They never expect us to be able to just go to the neighbours and confirm.

    @bt_uk It says in my agreement that if it goes down, it’s automatically switched to 5G mobile service. It’s why I upgraded again and again. I don’t even live in a rural area. My neighbours enjoy excellent service from sky and virgin. Annoying that BT fail but charge the most
