    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @Graham_Day @bt_uk Try turning it off and on again and change the micro filter and check your phone line. Sure the problem with your equipment

    @bt_uk my bill has randomly gone up by £5 and also I’ve noticed you’ve been overcharging on the attached mobile contracts across 3 sims. Been trying to call and can never get through. How can I submit the complaint in writing?

    @bt_uk Switching to mode 2 fixed the issues. Resulted in a roughly 600x reduction in jitter a d 30x improvement in throughput. I'm a software engineer, I'm interested in what clearly broken feature mode 3 turns on. I can't be bothered to go and look at becon frames, now I've fixed it

    @JimJones1425 yeah the thieving parasites at @bt_uk want people in our street to pay them £20,000 to install fibre down our street!!!

    @bt_uk I've just cancelled my 700 minutes unlimited package. We don't use the landline much. I accept there is an increase each year, however, this is above the rate of inflation. At the minute rises like this do not help customers already in a difficult position.

    @bt_uk Really poor for a customer to agree to a new package & be given a price,then be told 5 days later it's increasing. If you agree to a new deal, it shouldn't be increased so quickly. Was completely lied then about a price, now I'm told if I called 5 days later...

    @btsport Would like to thank Gemma in your tech department in Newcastle. For her help getting my BT Sport HD package back working, after a few days of calls which no one seemed to know what the issue was. Cheers Gemma.

    @bt_uk an email warning me that I’m about to reach the end of my data allowance, followed 40 mins later by an email saying I now owe you an extra £40 for data is not helpful. It’s terrible. I had no idea I could even go over my data allowance.
