    Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

    VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

    @bt_uk This is the problem. The executive level team is not working. They are giving up too easily. They don’t care about our speeds they just want it to go away. We need someone higher and I’m sure there are people above this executive team. That’s who we need now.

    As I get older I find myself more and more channeling the spirit of the tog-meister himself El-Tel in saying “is it me?” @bt_uk you could transfer a call twice and then the third and fourth person to answer tell you they can’t help! All I want is for my broadband to work!!

    @bt_uk so… 4 call centre agents, 3 separate calls and a total of 2.5 hours to do 3 simple things - renew mobile contract, negotiate broadband contract and remove a 500mb data add-on. Is that the definition of fast efficient customer service???

    @bt_uk I’m so sad…on 19 Nov an @OpenreachHelp engineer swore at me when he called to access the property to fix my broadband…I have battled depression and anxiety for years and this got me on a bad day…I had a panic attack while trying to explain this to someone @bt_uk
