@bt_uk So this pretty much concludes the shrugged shoulders / finger pointing / brick wall response. And all what I was looking for is a date to expect some action on a fix for a service which has already been broken for over 7 days and affecting a large number of home owners.

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph I have an unresolved issue with porting my number. Four months and still fighting, no one rings me back. Hours on phone. Many 3hr+ calls. No one at BT will take responsibility. How can I resolve this?

@bt_uk This number was a waste of time. I got a voice message saying I need to send a message and give my landline number. I DON'T HAVE A LANDLINE NUMBER. Fibre now down for 7 days. You are taking the definition of CBA to whole new levels.

It seems pathetic, it’s just talking about a game but YouTube’s had such a huge impact on me. Never did i think this would give me platforms like BTSport & BBC News to campaign against things i really care about. For the first time in my life i can really say im proud of myself
