@girl_tinder @bt_uk A similar thing happened to me with Sky. Turns our you're automatically entitled to compensation for each day without service, which takes the edge off but still a nightmare dealing with those fools

@bt_uk reported loss of internet to you on 22/7. Promised it fixed by 28/7. I offered to pay for an appt but still told we keep being missed as low priority. Now another week later no internet, no call and my partner self employed remote worker! Pls help.

@girl_tinder @bt_uk I’m sure they’d miraculously get in touch if you stopped paying. Imagine if *everyone* who is locally affected stopped paying - bet it’d suddenly become a priority for them to sort then. @bt_uk be ashamed of your poor service 😡

17. It feels like the moment one decided to leave, no matter how long they have been your customer, @bt_uk starts treating them like crap. Loyalty doesn't mean anything to them. I just can't wait to send the new @EE sim back as I don't want to be dealing with them anymore.

@girl_tinder @bt_uk Not as bad as the bother I’m having trying to get my bag back. Airline can’t help, and both baggage handler and courier who I was told picked it up won’t answer. Work so far understanding but I’m not sure how long their patience will last. Mines already gone

@RichieUK_TTV @bt_uk Another reason why I went with a different provider outside of any Openreach network entirely, earlier this year. I was barely getting 30Mbs on their network but now I'm on 300/300 for half the price!

@girl_tinder @bt_uk The two times in my life when I thought I actually may have a heart attack were caused by @bt_uk! The worst customer service ever. Caused mainly by the split with open reach.

15. disconnect after 7 days. He did not have a clear answer to that. To me a 30 days notice is that service will be live for 30 days. Trusting @bt_uk's 30 day notice, I had opted for an activation date of 30th August with the new provider. Now I am left with no internet access.

@bt_uk bt are a load of rubbish! I've had no Internet for a month, called 12 times, been sent 4 mini hubs all do not work. 5 engineers booking - days messed about, no one showed up. 2 routers. Still no Internet. World's worst broadband company there is. 🤬🤬🤬
