    Internet down this morning in Whitstable, anyone else have the same problem with @bt_uk ?

  • MattFrostie74 Matt Frost (@MattFrostie74) reported

    @bt_uk Yes we have tried all sorts. The problem is with the length of the line, and how old the line is. I am a contractor who works on the BT Openreach network, so do have an idea of what common issues are. He is on the Gt Ryburgh exchange in Norfolk, the nearest cab is 7 miles away!

  • alcalton Alistair Calton (@alcalton) reported

    @bt_uk how can I register a problem with my ultra slow broadband without waiting on hold for forty minutes?

  • Markquilson Markus (@Markquilson) reported

    @bt_uk Currently waiting for the text service to offer me two appointment slots. Which isn’t ideal as 2 is very limiting especially for those who still have to work.

  • 94williamsk Kai (@94williamsk) reported

    How it’s taking @bt_uk a month to get me broadband and 3 weeks to activate a phone line is beyond me? Thought you were supposed to be number 1? Thanks for ignoring my complaint aswell 👍🏼

  • Luckbao ⚓️LUCҜβΔΩ⚓️ (@Luckbao) reported

    @josephhrtn @btsport @btsportcricket Come on aren’t things bad enough

  • GeneticallyMod5 Genetically Modified (@GeneticallyMod5) reported

    @omitbdf @BTCare Have had the same issue with BT last week and got the same response.

  • javelinsam Javelin Sam (@javelinsam) reported

    Hi @bt_uk I've got an engineer coming to help figure out why we only get 1mb WiFi speed. The appointment text says they will arrive between 12am and 2pm tomorrow. So.. From any time after midnight tonight?? Can you guys be a little more specific?

  • FoxtonMatt Matt Foxton (@FoxtonMatt) reported

    @bt_uk the issues are when I complain about the poor & inconsistent service I get, (barely 1mb download among other things) the reply is always, well our tests say it's fine, even my youview TV thing isn't able to pick up BBC channels, and barely works.....

  • _Paulsicle STAY AT HOME | Paul Palmer (@_Paulsicle) reported

    @PleasantKenobi @34SeigeRhinos @bt_uk I wonder if it's based on the area because we've had the highest speed package from Virgin Media for years and never had an issue but I know lots of people that have. Sucks that BT has done this though especially in a time when so many people are working from home. Holiday? :P
