    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    @bt_uk absolutely useless. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Been trying to cancel a contract for 2 weeks - no call back, no response from emails and no body answering phones - terrible & disgusting.

    @btsport pretty sure I sent a text to cancel bt sport after my 3 month trial but it’s not been cancelled I hope I’m not going to get charged for this

    @bt_uk First day with you guys, No Hub, No BT TV Box, no internet connection, waiting now for over 40 mins in a telephone queue, frankly abysmal service alround, can someone resolve my issues today?

    @bt_uk Thanks, Aaron. However, it was dispatched last Thursday evening, arrived at Yorkshire DC on Friday morning and that’s where it’s stayed since! The service went live yesterday and my previous provider turned my service off. No update from Royal Mail.

    @bt_uk Funny, because during my complaints about it being postponed, it was postponed again. It isn’t getting fixed any time soon. The date and time will just get pushed back every single day. We’ll still be experiencing issues in 2021. It will take that long and I know it.

    @bt_uk I had a diagnostics check by text today, I've been given a VOL order number and have been told I'm getting an engineers visit. I don't want one in case I'm charged but I can't cancel as the website doesn't accept my order number.

    @bt_uk Internet was meant to connect yesterday it hasn’t. Been on hold twice combining over an hour. Absolutely horrific service.

    Is there an award for the worst customer service experience, combined with obfuscation, procrastination and incompetence @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach if not there should be. What makes it worse is that the people who actually have to deal with the customers are great!
