@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

@CaseyCo13527451 @bt_uk Honestly I get the frustration but did you really think they would have enough stock for all of their customers that registered interest? I’m a BT customer too paying £60 a month and didn’t even know there was a chance to buy through them.

@bt_uk I know all too well what's (not) available. You simply refuse to install decent phone lines along the road meaning that the distance to the nearest cabinet is miles away, and therefore the signal too low.

@bt_uk I have registered interest for the PS5 using my BT Sport, Business and BT NET accounts. Still haven’t received a code to buy the PS5. I am also an EE customer and have registered interest there but no code from EE either. Can you DM me so this can be sorted? Thanks
