We have full fibre to the Premises FFTP in Skye after investment from @ScotGovernment why then is there such an issue with @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk connecting us up £8,000 quoted and £600 quoted and lots of sucking of cheeks @KateForbesMSP

@bt_uk Why do I have this feeling that BT is behaving like a scam outfit in this day and age. Customers not having service fit for purpose and avenues to seek redress or complain not readily made available and accounts shifting even on social media

My BT Internet has been hit & miss last few days. I've experienced far more issues since 'upgrading' to the Smart Hub 2 Halo, it isn't as reliable as the old BT Hub yet I'm paying more 😕 @bt_uk #BT

So @bt_uk ... is it really acceptable to penalise a customer who has been with BT TV and Fibre Broadband for 7 years, by asking for a £440 cancellation fee when moving house with a temp accommodation gap in between?!? Had no intention of leaving BT, but you’ve forced us out!!!
