    @bt_uk Hi, my internet was supposed to be activated on Friday (23rd), but it wasn’t, I contacted yourselves yesterday and was told it would be activated by midnight (24th). Today I still have no internet! - I need this resolved today as both myself my partner are WFH. Help!

    @bt_uk why are you giving my cousin sophb66 a hard time? All she wants to know is why she was totally ignored for 4 days whilst other customers were getting your “first class” service? Don’t you think this is totally wrong? Aren’t all your customers important to you?

    @madebygoogle Yeah done all that. It’s a @btsport specific issue because a message appears on tv saying that I can’t cast to that tv anymore. Same for all other tv’s. I can cast anything else.

    Annoyed isn't even the start of it... @bt_uk your customer service is appalling.... 45 mins on hold to one rep who cuts the call off and then another 30 mins to the next one who transfers me to a closed department and again cuts me off....

    @bt_uk There’s no EE signal in our area - so the ‘always connected’ promise with Halo was useless! It’s no use having your mobiles either - same reason.
