Hi @bt_uk since you switched me over to Digital Voice, the quality of my phone line has gone down, with that as well my caller ID function no longer works. You switched me over on the 14th.

@BTCare I reported a broadband fault (which resolved itself) was told I’d receive a mini hub, never received it and have had an email telling me that I’ll receive instruction on how to send it back! Help pls

@bt_uk Another day and another 24hrs without internet from @bt_uk. Oh, and did the advisor contact me as soon as possible as indicated in their last message? No, of course they didn't. Appalling customer service. Counting the days until my new service provider comes on line.
