Every radio show I've made wfh in lockdown has been a miracle. We have lost count of the many visits from @bt_uk engineers and bits that have been replaced inside and outside of our house and at the exchange 🤯 and still the problems remain. Next appt on Monday. Wish me luck 🤞

@JustEatUK @lynseyhipgrave1 @btsport You can't speak to anyone about it. I just got the same reply back from their support over and over as they don't have a grasp of English but just copy and paste preset replies. One of them screwed up and they refused to make it right. Don't expect anything from them.

@bt_uk house move yesterday and no internet at new house. Have tried all trouble shooting problems but not working. I’m hugely disappointed but not surprised unfortunately. Always shocking service when it comes to BT. Need help ASAP please?

@BTCare @BTGroup BT has without a doubt the worst WiFi. Literally has been acting up for the past couple months and every time BT is contacted they say the same thing and do nothing 🤦🤦🤦🤦
