@bt_uk You will be glad to know that at 5pm yesterday my phone line and WiFi dropped! So much for sharing the New Years online with friends and family! Futhermore Your service is shocking and a 7 day fix is not good enough!!!

@VamboRools @bt_uk Unlucky, my previous house I went from ADSL+ to fibre in the same day with BT and I only had to wait 5 days for it UK Government internet policy is terrible
