    Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    @bt_uk you guys are beyond shocking customer service , engineers the lots SHOCKING , internet connection bad beyond words !!! Talk about causing stress I’ve spoke to bt on the phone more than my own family , waste of my time !!!!

    @bt_uk Have the engineers been working on this outage, since the 16th January? When was the complexity discovered?..it’s not good enough. My patience is wearing thin.

    @bt_uk upgraded to halo3, received hybrid connect box, booked via website your expert visit for today. Guess what, no visit and no update!!!!. Now spending weekend trying to navigate your self service to find out what happened.

    Seems being a longstanding customer means absolutely nothing to @BTCare, so be careful if they offer you an upgrade only costing a few pounds more, because you will be stuck with it.

    @bt_uk Still have No line, can't receive and make calls??? Was told due to outage. And would be fixed by Friday 4pm.....erm...still Noline or internet!

    Always a shame that @BTCare chose to reward 10+ years of customer loyalty that has earned them over £6k in fees from me by charging me £400 to get out of a contract 8months early and only took out as it was only £2/month more than my previous deal.
