    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

    @BTCare losing my patience! Had intermittent internet since Tuesday, more off than on. Tried contacting via text help no reply so called 3 times to speak to advisor for them to put me on hold for over ten min then to say they can see no fault ! There clearly is!

    @bt_uk Yet another of your deadlines come and gone. It’s 2 months and 6 days since FTTP was installed and it’s still not working. This must be a new record for appalling service.

    @bt_uk Broadband keeps dropping spoke 2 an advisor - was told I'm on the basic package so I won't get the speeds promised & said I would need to pay 4 an upgrade. I said the problem was no service - got passed to the Business team (wrong team). #badcustomerservice #buyersbeware

    Completely let down by @bt_uk’s chosen aerial contractor, TSG. Utter utter utter waste of space. Why am I not surprised that this utter shower of crap has an utter shower of crap contractor taking money for doing bugger all. WTF is wrong with corporate Britain today?

    @bt_uk no im a renewing customer you have a fancy page telling me its gone down just over £1 which means for my fibre i pay 69.99 a month but new customers can have the exact same for £49.99, as you can appreciate im currently thinking im off to @EE full fibre 900m £50
