@BTCare - your “unbreakable” broadband has just gone down AGAIN in my home. This is the 4th time now in two weeks. It’s unacceptable. It’s not ticking over to EE either.

@domster @bt_uk That is not on. I think of all the vulnerable people that must be getting these visitors and not understanding that they shouldn’t give out those details. I think this is such a bad marketing idea from @bt_uk especially in the current climate with so much uncertainty

@bt_uk Thanks for your help Garry. Might be worth getting your Marketing Team to add that to the "blurb" about the service because it was a function/service we used a lot and I am sure others do too.
