Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@DiadroGaming @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Maybe I can help here. Do you mean that they can get fibre but you can't? Or do you mean that you have fibre too but there are differences in your estimated speeds? Or are the estimates the same but the actual reality different between neighbours?

@bt_uk Hi. Please can you help. My mother in law has received an email to say her engineer has been cancelled. She received a text asking if she still needed the engineer which she thinks she confirmed she does. Can you check to see if she will have an engineer coming.
