    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    @bt_uk I feel terrible for the really helpful people on the end of this, because it is not their fault, but BT "aims" to fix the problem by 6pm on MONDAY! I trust they will compensate me for the cost of the 4G I will have to use to replace the broadband connection they have disabled.

    @bt_uk @skytv It has been over a week that there has been an "outage" within the Redbridge area, IG3. Why has this not been fixed? No correspondences or message to let me know of updates. Very poor form?

    @bt_uk Can you please tell me if I took out a 2 year contract with you because I thought it was 18 months. Also surely you are in breach of contract by not providing the service that I am paying for. It took 11 hours to update and install my mobile. That can’t possibly be right.

    @bt_uk Dobt waste my time. I left BT ad they provided stupid answers and blamed either me or BT fibre. Was told I have to have poor service for 30days b4 I get £20 compensation and can only make 4 claims so £80 max per year. How many BT customers were made £100 compensation. ZERO

    @bt_uk @appledore75 It's Boris Johnson fault for asking people to work from home. BT never upgraded it's Infra structure. So you will never get more than 10mbs. As you 10yrs ago.

    @bt_uk In all seriousness, you said the 15th, I contacted you on the 14th to see if there were any issues, I was told all looks good, yet here we are, no service. Now I have to ring again to find out why. Why can you not reach out? Why can you not let me know? This is rediculous
