    Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently but lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

    @bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph @Cbomb91 6 months of hell from BT, 9 weeks and still not dealt with complaint... ongoing issues monthly. Now taking complaint to ombudsman

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    @bt_uk Why's my internet speed less than half it should be right now? That explains why my downloads have been **** for the past few days. Any help with this or you guys going to keep charging us for the speeds we pay for and give us less than half of it?

    @bt_uk Interesting. Someone in BT has prepared a complaint and processed it and judged it without any reference to me. That's not what I learnt in law school. No letter of course. No refund and yet I am still being charged without explanation.
