    @bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

    @bt_uk hi who is responsible for the telephone poles that the phone lines connect to? My broadband has been down for nearly 3 hours and no advanced warning of this. Apparently the pole has been deemed dangerous since 2020 so this is not an emergency job.

    Hello @bt_uk I was part of a three way call earlier, not started by me. Bad crackling heard by other two whenever anyone spoke. We ended call and I started one with the same two people. Only thing different is who initiated the call. Any thoughts on where the issue lies, please?

    Just to let everyone know that @bt_uk are a shocking company to deal with… been in contact with them for over 4 months now about internet that is not fit for purpose.. all management are ignoring the fact and no one wants to actually deal with the problem… internet off again😡

    15 years with @bt_uk to be trated in a very poor way. Moving houses and they can only freeze my account for 2 months. Do they know how long does it take to move house? £550 to terminate a contract that has already been offered to the new owners? Never again!
