@bt_uk @leertet This is no good for people that can only use the app. If you don’t get this sorted soon I’m going to cancel my subscription. BT Spot is the biggest bag of 💩. Sky sports would never do this to us.

Kudos to @bt_uk for maintaining service standards to rival the 2020 shitshow. Two vulnerable 70yr old customers left without a landline or broadband for the entirety of Christmas week & still no closer to knowing a resolution date. Broken promises, misinformation, utter shambles.

@bt_uk our broadband has been down since 24th. Unable to reach anyone via online, SMS or phone. Been on hold for over an hour this morning & now placed back to beginning of hold process! Is there any other way to provide support please?

Just an update for you all, @bt_uk have still don’t absolutely nothing. Into the 6th day with no internet or landline. The worst customer service, don’t go with BT.

(via the laptop that we've set up for him) the engineer says "Oh it'll be on there somewhere." Bloody useless, and he's left grandad unable to watch the old films that he loves & that bring him a bit of comfort in these hard times. Disservice not service!!😡🤬 (2/2) @bt_uk

@bt_uk send my 86 year old grandad (who's been a BT customer for years) a new box & tell him that an engineer will fit it today Engineer turns up, with a 'can't be bothered' attitude. Installs box but doesn't explain anything to him & when he asks how he can watch films (1/2)

@bt_uk Been on the phone complaining about broadband speed problem been promised 3 different times would be solved been on the phone for over 1 hr but operator refusing to put me through to his manager absolutely awful service customer service rude sarcastic
