    Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    @bt_uk Just received email that we are receiving the min contracted speed to our house and the case has been closed. We didn’t instigate this. Engineers/Bots don’t find this so. Our problem is with the signal strength through the house. Please reopen. Please try again.

    @bt_uk So a drunk driver hits electric and telephone pole down outside our house at midnight electric co puts in new pole within 2.5 hrs OPENREACH UK says will take 6 months thats whats called SERVICE in my opinion NOT SERVICE no internet or TV 6 months modern living WAKE UP OPENREACH

    @bt_uk Please help! I’ve got a new BT account and should have rec,d a BT reward card. Spk to agent who told me to contact pure card. Emailed them 3 times and called 5 times. No reply to emails and call gets cutoff when I try to spk to agent. HELP!! Simon Slater

    @btbusinesscare Had a problem with my phone line. 6 hours on the phone to you guys and 3 promised appointments before an engineer attended the property. 3 weeks to fix the problem then 9 DAYS to remove the divert. You must be proud of your customer service

    @bt_uk Absolutely atrocious service. Account should have ceased 12/7, even had email from BT in June to confirm. However account still current and now advised cease date will be 02/08. Spent hours since last weekend trying to get sorted but no luck at all.

    @bt_uk BT Mobile network at LHR is dire, barely 4G no 5G at the gateway to the UK. Dismal.
