@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk well done for today, I reported my broadband not working at approx midday, mini hub is already sent out and problem fixed before 3pm. Plus the lovely lady at Newcastle was incredibly helpful, sorry I don’t know her name.

@bt_uk we’ve had multiple mixed messages so far with updates saying it’ll be fixed in 4 hours, by 3:15pm and even by the 8th March. Is there any confirmation on the progress of the issue in the BD22 area?

@bt_uk Well he didn't even show up or bother to ring me to say that he wouldn't be able to attend so I am afraid I have a severe LACK of faith in BT now. I have spoken on the phone to customer service and they have opened a complaint.

@bt_uk whyyyy is my internet so slow?😫 It is impossible to teach children remotely when the current download speed is 5mbps! We have recently been sent a new router but it is still so slow!🤞🏼

@bt_uk hey, I have the network terminal in my understair cupboard and I think it’s limiting the potential of my router. I’ve tried using a micro filter in one in my living room to move it out and it doesn’t work. Any ideas?
