Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently but lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

@bt_uk spent 3 hours on the phone this morning to BT. To be repeatedly hung up on twice, called daft for reporting a fault online and transferred multiple times without being told!! No closer to making a complaint than I was 3 hours ago!! Clowns!!

@bt_uk I recently switched to BT, my service went 'live' yesterday, but the BT hub has not arrived yet. It was dispatched on the 14th, with no update to the tracking info since. I know there have been strikes, etc. But at what point can something be done?
