No broadband for over a day now, i work from home and yes they sent me a 4g hub, which pumps out shocking signal and im actually better of connected to my phone. Also, no fault resolution date and openreach are now on strike. Shocking!

David Williams (@davidwilliams83) reported@bt_uk my nan has problems with her landline. She has tried calling and waited on the 151 line and then it keeps cutting out. We texted 61998 and had no response. I don't live near her and she doesn't use the internet. How can I get her some help?
