    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph @Cbomb91 6 months of hell from BT, 9 weeks and still not dealt with complaint... ongoing issues monthly. Now taking complaint to ombudsman

    @bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

    @bt_uk I have genuinely had enough of your service now. Expecting a £96 refund but instead for the 4th month in a row after I left you have billed me again. This time it's now apparently overdue. This is genuinely unbelievable

    @bt_uk Speaking to support on the phone anecdotally this seems to be a significant problem. I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)

    @bt_uk VERY disappointing with the service from your agents! I phoned as I wanted to take my service with me when I moved. Told I needed to take a new contract - 20% more expensive than current one. Told I would have to wait a week without broadband. Then lied to me!

    @giffgaff still waiting no engineer appointment ask for that useless link i cant even send message, blocks me with a ticket issued message, no customer service is a big red flag but inspite of that will give you 1 week i hear nothing i shall go elsewhere who knows maybe stick with @bt_uk

    @btbusinesscare I’ve just tried WhatsApp and the same issue. No response. Is there a phone number to actually speak to a human ??? 🤬🤷🏻. I’m being threatened with legal action over an account I closed months ago and I cannot speak to someone ??? Your robot doesn’t understand!! 😱😱

    @bt_uk Hi, I am trying to access my bill but have been receiving the message "Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment, We’re trying to fix the problem at the moment. Please come back later" for the past 24 hours. Can you please assist.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the advice but I am not wasting more time, trying to get hold of you. Part of my complaint is the amount of time wasted trying to sort your error out. The onus is on you to show some customer service and have the decency to contact me following my complaint.

    @bt_uk Hi still waiting for compensation for fault that lasted from December till March this year.Have spoken so many times and had fault logged and complaint escalated however still no compensation but you are on the ball taking out new higher payment for April.
