@bt_uk Hi, I don’t have a landline number to check. The blue light is on, I’ve checked the cables and reset the hub but my laptop is trying to connect. I’m using 4G on my phone as the wifi is not working on that, or my iPad

@bt_uk Well BT you surpassed yourselves this morning, call from engineer who had no idea my 95 yr old mum had a care line ! Lack of communication yet again, wake up, without us using your service you would be out of a job!!

1/2 So my @BTCare internet has been dropping out for weeks had an engineer out said theres no problem blamed it on my @skytv box have now booked for sky to come yet my wifi still isn’t working on any devices dropping out don’t think the sky box is the problem here 🙃

@bt_uk why can’t you connect my internet already?! Had an engineer booked for Tuesday and they didn’t show up. Called to work out the problem and the next slot is another week away! I’ve had nothing but problems since July when I signed up and I still don’t have internet…

@bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(
