Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently but lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

As usual, #btcare couldn’t give a **** about loss of earnings, no phone line, no broadband, children not being able to do homework. On top of the fact I’m a single disabled person with no mobile service in order for my children to call an ambulance if I have a seizure….

@bt_uk Yeah, thing is that isn’t a thing I have received, fee free to check your sent mails, there will be a log. Can you explain why advertised renewal speed is lower than the speed advertised for the same address but a new customer then?

@bt_uk I am now into day 29 without broadband. A previous DM from yourselves stated the fault would be fixed on 5 July. As this date has now passed do you or Openreach have any update or reason to substantiate why my broadband service has not been resumed.

@bt_uk my mum keeps getting bills from you on her email address for a different customer (address revealed). never fixed despite calling you multiple times. Obv a GDPR breach that you either can’t fix, or cba to fix. Considering writing to the customer bc nothing else works 🤯🤯

@bt_uk Waa quoted £60 as needed 2 aerials,but you waived this fee,unfortunately you cant install them for 2 weeks but wanted her to pay for the contract starting 28th june,even though the aerials are not in place,so she had to cancel entire contract unfortunately.

@bt_uk Yeah you’re not reading the words I’m writing, look at the screenshots, stop reading off a script. Screenshot 1 shows what you offer to a new customer at my address. Screenshot 2 is what you currently guarantee me. SC 3 is my renewal.
