@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk Virgin Media has installed fibre broadband cable outside our home some time ago with its connection point sitting ready to be connected outside the front of our house. Can BT take over and provide fibre broadband service to our house? I don't see why if it is not possible.

@btbusinesscare You fixed issue tweeted 3/10/20 after 5 wks & waived acc charges. But in next bill you wrongly charged & took £600 for 2 engineer visits. Your team agreed a complete refund. 3 wks on and despite numerous calls there has been no refund. How do I get my money back?
