@bt_uk have been trying for several days to get thru to yr call centre with no success. Nor can online chat help. Even your complaints dept aren’t taking calls! I want to cancel our Account with immediate effect. How is it acceptable that a telecommunications Co won’t take calls?

@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

@bt_uk @samneeclogg And it funny how bt go on strike and my speed slows down im xancelling my direct debit until this stops im on halo 3 and should not be below 57mbps but im only getting 17mbps yet again it getting a joke

@bt_uk The service is an absolute mess. Didn’t refund my months bill due to no internet for 7 days. Went to upgrade to full fibre can even send the new hub out in time for the engineers to install.

@bt_uk I had a broadband installation due between 8am-1pm today. They've still not turned up and I've not heard anything from anyone, no text message, no voicemail nothing I booked the day off work, this is awful service Not a good start
