Don’t both going with @bt_uk tv if your thinking about it ,our boxes hasn’t worked for months as they reckon there coming to fix it… erm no you can replace it it’s 6 months old 😡 40 mins on live chat is a bloody joke! Paying every month for a service that we can’t fully use!!

@noelkrusty @bt_uk Mine has been like it since Friday. Biggest mistake I made was switching from standard fibre (to the cabinet) to Fibre to the property. It's been down 4 times since December 2021...not just for an hour or so, for DAYS. I think there is some major issue in Towcester...

@bt_uk Ok… so if I were to cancel the order (as per the 14 day cooling off policy) and then re order, I’d get the £90 voucher… this feels a bit pointless?

So, if you have serious perseverance & ACTUALLY get through to a human being @bt_uk discuss your issue & get a call back. The call back comes and the manager on that call back puts the phone down on you as he’s getting agitated! Hope that was recorded for training purposes #FAIL

@bt_uk I just have and spoke to BT via Twitter and was given the wrong advice. Called you last week and thought the matter was closed. Received new home phone from you today. Seems BT has made the change but expects customer to do all the work.

@KevTs @bt_uk Had atrocious service from them over the course of 3 years in two locations and it doesn't seem to be getting any better Bring EE/Orange in and it's all gotten worse Still can't shake the bad name from years ago BT and no hope either

@bt_uk My daughter has been contacted but everything is too slow as she doesn’t have internet. I can’t believe she hasn’t been offered a temporary solution like a 4G hub as a 10 day repair is way too long especially as she’s a new customer
