@btbusinesscare I took out out a new customer broadband & phone with you last week. A engineer came out on Friday to install a box on the outside of our office. The stage 2 of the install (router etc) now I’m being told isn’t until the end of the month!

@bt_uk @BTCare we have had no WiFi or landline since 30th March. Absolutely disgraceful paying for a service and getting nothing! Been told it won't be fixed until 5th April.

@bt_uk Everything has been sorted but the engineer didn't leave a router. He said everything was done, tested and working and there was nothing to follow up on but I've since been told that we should have been given a router. Can you help?

@bt_uk It's model ID 0059, but I don't beleive the issue is on the device. This started happening after a server outage over the weekend that appears to not have been correctly resolved.
