@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

I have been waiting over ONE YEAR for @bt_uk business broadband to be installed with many failed/unattended installation appts and numerous unbelievably poor excuses - including another for todays 8am appt - despite SMS & emails confirming installation (ref IMP-110419290)

My BT wifi has been down for the last hour, I've emailed and private messaged them on here and they reply with 'text this number' you will be charged, what awful service @bt_uk

@bt_uk When you say book a new appointment-do you mean book a new moving home appointment, it’s not very clear. When I spoke to your colleague on the phone yesterday about the cut cable - he said the engineer would report a broken line - but the engineer never turned up.

@bt_uk In the passed four days I've spent a total (so far) of nearly 4 hours on hold trying to talk to a customer services rep about my father in laws BT broadband that hasn't been working for months. Still on hold now 45mins and counting. Absolute useless service. Useless.

@bt_uk worst ever decision was getting broadband with you. I work from home and my Wi-Fi has been down for weeks. A total of 6 hours spent on hold and no one picks up. The fact that you guys are aware of a fault in the area but not bothered to fix it, makes it more infuriating.

I keep being batted between @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp. Moving home engineer didn’t arrive yesterday; tree cut cable from post to home; reported damage to @WeAreOpenreach won’t repair unless BT sends repair ticket; BT can’t until line is live…what do I do!?!
