Ill get the usual BS they are giving me the speed, but why should I pay the same monthly fee for (dialup) broadband as someone who actually gets FAST broadband?

It ought to be possible, without publicly shaming companies on here, for customers to get something which resembles service. Especially when trying to spend money with you!
