@bt_uk Accidentally purchased the wrong sports pass (wanted the boxing for tomorrow night) spoke to customer service who have refused to refund. Even tho I’ve only just purchased the pass just now in error.

@bt_uk dont put the blame on someone else, admit you’re wrong for once and fix your sport app, yet again the audio is miles behind the video and it’s not just me it is happening too. Do something about it and stop making excuses for once

@bt_uk hi the BT sport app is always out of sync with the picture. The app I use is done on a Samsung smart tv. Never have an issue watching it through the website on my Mac though.
