@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk Spent 2 hours each day on for the past week trying to get through to speak to someone about the wifi, the customer service is absolutely shocking wouldnt recommend if you want fast replies and good customer service, especially from the first blue chip company

@EE @btsport I only get updated if I call and block up the customer service line, which seems utterly ludicrous. Surely you know when you're expecting stock and can give an update. Have never had any issues with EE, but have been left very disappointed with this level of customer service.

@bt_uk Tried that twice and switching on and off. Had problems for month and engineers are constantly in the village trying to sort the problems out. Don’t think it’s fair we pay for a service you don’t provide.

@bt_uk my activation was 3rd Dec, today is now 5th and still nothing . Not even a letter with my account details. I’m not impressed, I regret changing providers now. I’ve spoken to someone everyday since the 3rd Dec and everyone is passing the blame but not resolving my issue .

@bt_uk I’ve been civil and understanding each time you’ve told me you would resolve and we are now numerous weeks, calls and delays down the line with no resolution. How can I trust the issue will be addressed just because it’s now been flagged as a complaint?
