@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

Been trying for the last week to renew my broadband with BT. I must say they are an absolute shambles and their customer service is as poor as you can get. I have been a loyal customer of their’s for many years, but not for much longer @bt_uk

@btsport when are you going to fix your smart TV app so it won't buffer? 60 meg connection and it buffers every couple of minutes. It's a well known issue so please don't try and fob me off with the usual "self help" steps. Netflix and Prime can both deliver a smooth 4k service.

@bt_uk Huh, only seems to be a problem with wifi speed vs ethernet which is normal, was expecting it to be DLM putting us at the absolute minimum banded profile again (which really shouldn't happen anyway)
