    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    What is wrong with @btsport ? 2 weeks ago i logged in on the BTSports app, everything was fine,watched the match without any problems, this week how ever (Tuesday the 3rd, i went to log in to watch the Villarreal v Liverpool match and it kept saying i typed the wrong details.

    @bt_uk I've an engineer coning out on Monday about my wifi. Ots been going on and off all day today. Something clearly is not right. Why do I pay for a service for this to happen time and time again

    @bt_uk Had a guy at my door today claiming to be an agent for BT and Money Expert. Your scam team weren’t convinced he was legit but said they’d get back to me in an hour before the guy came back, but never did. I turned him away but want to know if I just denied a good deal.

    @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk (1)I had now been looking at a network upgrade as part of the broadband universal service legislation however after searching my address told that my line receives speeds of 10mbps therefore ‘not eligible to request a network upgrade for this address”…

    @bt_uk Thanks Catherine. That's why I'm complaining. I've done that over the past two weeks and the alerts are not working. They are working on your regular HD channels, which says to me that it isn't a software issue on my box (all updates are installed) and....

    Some people are paying good money to watch @btsport (not me) but they persist in forcing this terrible female commentator upon us. BT seems to have forgotten that it's the customer that decides what they want, not some woke executive at BT Sport. They have lost the plot.

    @bt_uk god i hate BT at my new address, over 12 months of issues and poor connection and they are happy to continue takinging my money whilst I struggle daily. Hopefully tomorrow's visit will finally fix my issues because if it doesn't I'm terminating my contract
