Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently but lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

@bt_uk For the second time in 2 weeks the phone line & hence internet have failed. I reported as per instructions on Wednesday. We follow up today to be told no solution before 29th. So struggling to work at home off iPhone plus internet over Christmas & bank holidays. Any advice?

@bt_uk When the connection fails. The router provides a guide to try to help restore the connection. When that fails, it provides a contact number. Which is the wrong one

@btsport How do I cancel my Monthly Pass? If I go to 'My BT' and then click on 'Your products' I see 'BT Sport - Add now' as an option which is odd as I can watch it already. I see no Monthly pass displayed on the 'Your Products' page. And I see no option to cancel.

@bt_uk Tried this. You allege the hub is the issue but it doesn't explain my connection nosediving to less than 1mbps every evening after 8pm. The hub worked fine before works on the merger between EE and BT. Just tell me if your server load is struggling to cope.

@bt_uk hi - may I ask why our home internet keeps failing on us every few hours? Is there service disruptions or works being carried out? We’ve been losing coverage consistently throughout the week!
