    Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

    Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently, lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I've lived in my area for over 1 year and never had any trouble with internet connection, but, the past few days have been really bad. I was wondering if anyone could look into this for me? It's making WFH really difficult. I'd appreciate any information on this, if possible.

    @bt_uk My bt is still down engineer due in 5 days, took several calls and countless messages to try and get my mini hub turned on. Your automated phone diverting customers to a BOT is rubbish.

    @bt_uk Will be interesting to see if this works out ok. Just upgraded to Halo3 from Halo1 & have sent text for a handset. BT mobile signal has been fine so far, but hope it isn't affected by upgrade as not in a good mobile coverage area.
