@bt_uk I am done waiting for help. I have cancelled my direct debit so perhaps when you don't get my money someone will call me. I have put a complaint into Ofcom whilst waiting for someone to answer the phone. 40.39 now. DISGUSTING

Since I scheduled my @bt_uk to end next month. My service has been appalling. Not been able to access tv services once. Either sort it or please end my contract now an dont bill me for this month

@bt_uk I have had endless amounts of phone calls with BT and they definitely don’t want to help!! Avoid at all costs. Wrongfully put a default on my credit file and making my life hell trying to get them to remove it! Go with @skytv i haven’t had any problems with them!

Apparently the UK ISP @BT_UK is "protecting" users by outright preventing them from connecting to sites like @PancakeSwap or @beefyfinance. The solution appears to be turning off "BT Web Protect" in the Security section of the "MyBT" Portal. This should never be on-by-default!
