@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk your broadband service has been out since last night in Glasgow Eastend. LOS LED light on the wall is red and wifi router light is solid amber. Yet your page shows no fault in the area. No fix till 25/02, how will one keep working and home schooling?

@bt_uk No, bt told me it was an error and wasn't entitled.... Trouble was it was after the 14 days cooling off. Came across as scam rather than an admin error

@bt_uk Your Fault's Team have supposedly dealt with this twice- booked 2 engineers, neither of which turned up. I asked to escalate it, and was told that cannot happen till the 3rd non-attendance, which says a great deal about BT's aftercare service to its customers!

@btbusinesscare how many times do we have to report a problem with our broadband? We were promised this additional dongle would mean you would know about a problem but it still isn’t fixed wish we had never swapped

@bt_uk Absolutely appalling service. My 84yr old father in law who lives alone with no other means of contact has been with out a phone for OVER 30 DAYS!! Nobody in your organisation seems to be escalating the issue. Do I need to go to the press? It is unacceptable.

Been on hold to @bt_uk for 51 min without speaking to anyway and then at 8pm they just close the phone line down!! What a joke! Not only that they have made a right mess of my home move. Can't wait to get through to them and cancel the whole thing! #bt #wasteoftime #dontchoosebt
