Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently but lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk Not on my street! No customer service, 60min wait time on calls - I’ve had no broadband for two weeks. Not acceptable- can’t get in touch with anyone to sort. Great advert for Virgin!

@bt_uk Apparently not. Nothing has changed, just keep paying money for very slow speeds, drop outs and virtually no upload speed. Then, get told have to pay more money for it. Absolutely ludicrous
