    Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    @SpoderBrad @bt_uk Power line adapters can operate on the same MHz frequency as the router causing problems. Bin them and get the Wi-Fi disks from BT. I use a Wi-Fi disk on the PS5 upstairs on the boys bedroom, hardwired to it and I can achieve over 250mb 👍🏻

    @bt_uk Hi Garry I reported the problem with my hub at about 6 pm on Friday & was told I would have a replacement by today. I just spoke to help desk who said that the router had not been sent out yet and now it is to arrive tomorrow- really? Why not today? Are you shut on weekends?
