@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

@bt_global @BTCare @bt What is a BT technician? Somebody who can tell you that you have something wrong with BTcloud but cannot help because of zero knowledge. In most businnesses a technician is somebody who has technical knowledge and can help. Am I wrong?

So @bt_uk lied to me about the package I would receive to sign me up to a 2 year contract (Presumably that call was recorded) yet when I call to get a resolution they won’t do anything except try to sell me a higher package. Cheers! 🤬

@bt_uk Apparently that in itself takes a minimum of 48 hours?! You guys are supposed to be a communications company... I have never known such poor internal Comms and certainly with customers, why does everything take so long? (And then not happen full stop most of the time!)

@bt_uk Hi, I have already spoken to them and have raised a complaint (still waiting on the complaint number). It shouldn’t have to come to that though. Even the lady that raised the complaint expressed her doubt at me being able to get it resolved without me giving this info. 1/2
