@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk what’s the best way to cancel an engineer appointment tomorrow. IVR doesn’t allow any connection to talk to someone. No chat option found and the online system doesn’t work!! Maybe @TalkTalk customer service is better!

@bt_uk Hello. What’s the issue in the N4 area pls? I’ve already DM’d, done the online troubleshooter thing & the issue is getting worse and I’m getting more irritated every time the stupid router restarts itself (which has been approx 4 times in the last 10 mins)

@bt_uk I have no dial tone or Internet , this is happening every couple of months and takes ages to "fix" then repeats. I also get asked if I'll let them close the complaint every time before it's been fixed, why would I? Terrible customer service.

@Hells4Heroes @bt_uk Sky uses the Openreach network, which is the same network other broadband providers like BT and EE use. Maybe worth a look

@Hells4Heroes @bt_uk I will no longer have BT anything. Firstly because they’re hopeless and secondly because they are no longer British owned, which wouldn’t matter if they did a good job, they don’t. I have Vodaphone BB, never a problem, speed good, cost low. Runs BB & 1 mobile around £43 a month.
