@bt_uk Not sorted yet - apparently the new line order cannot happen until 30th Aug (Tuesday) ... and then it is up to me to port their old number across - why leave this to the customer when BT have caused the issue?

The BT sport app is so so poor your supposed to have the opp to watch on two devices always kicks you off saying to many watching and should be a charge to add more JOKE @bt_uk @btsport

@bt_uk Hi BT I have a problem, I'm trying to get my mini hub working as my broadband is down and won't be fixed till sometime tonight, but can I get through to a person to help, absolutely not, all I get is your fault bot telling me I have a problem, I'm going round in circles.
