@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

Complaint BT Broadband - Update. Ordered 4th Nov, Due 18th Dec - looks like 2nd Mar - 4th date given for installation - will also slip as exterior work due today DID NOT HAPPEN. Are @bt_uk about to let me down a 4th time.

@bt_uk I understand CPI increase but how can CPI be 68.12% in just over three years? I just feel that there all these adverts about how amazing fibre is. I can’t get it in every room at home i call about it and nothing happens but no problems increasing my bill

@BTCare I'm a long standing customer,your prices are going up, I've just tried to exit my contract and been told I need to pay 423 early contract termination. Other companies who have had a price rise due to inflation are being allowed to leave there contract no penalty. I'm not
