@bt_uk looks like I made a mistake sticking with BT! I have been a customer for over 30 years. I recently moved and had to accept an extremely inferior supply to what I had and it’s costing as much per month?

@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

  • MMCGO3 MMCGO (@MMCGO3) reported

@lollujo @bt_uk I’m not sure if it will be of any use as it’s an expensive fix but in our house we were dropping connection everywhere so what we ordered were these things called DECOS. You’ve probably already seen them, they work really well, we have one deco placed on each floor of the house

  • WhatsupNikki Nikki (@WhatsupNikki) reported

@mark_impactedu @richardbranson @bt_uk BT is cheaper for the same shitty service. For me it’s about saving money on the shitness.

  • keith091270 keithsmith (@keith091270) reported

24 hours later, despite trying Live Chat and Twitter messaging, BT still can’t answer this simple question. Been onto their website and guess what? You can’t cancel Sport channels online. Help section is useless. Complaint registered. @bt_uk you suck.
