    @bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

    Sooo fed up of @bt_uk. My internet drops EVERY DAY. Has been like this for over 3 months. Had an engineer in who said no problem within property. Unacceptable #service Anyone know how i can break my contract & go with someone more reliable? @WhichUK @Ofcom

    @bt_uk you are the biggest lot of scamming bastards. Nothing but crap service, sending people out over and over and over again and robbing us blind of 70 odd pound a month with no fix. I hope to god you let us out of this contract because if you don’t I’ll ruin you’s.

    @bt_uk how much longer are roadworks by yourselves, at the end of my road going on for? Since it started I can’t get internet much, by neither wifi nor 4G, barely any calls getting through/being received, ppl can’t hear me as lines bad etc etc etc. Paying for diabolical “service”

    @bt_uk Moved house October 14th, BT. Promised connection OCTOBER 24. Engineer didn't show; then string of problems, cancellations and re-orders. Promised a call 1.3-2 today re priority connection. No call. We have no landline or internet at home. PLEASE HELP!!!

    @bt_uk what is BT doing around Bonnyrigg area in Edinburgh? since the 21st our internet connection has been extremely unstable with constant (and sometimes huge) packet loss.

    @bt_uk We ordered phone/broadband/tv through EE and they said it would be delivered through BT due to the phone line element. It was an SGEA service rather than on OGEA service.

    @bt_uk I’m seriously getting annoyed now. Switched to you only 2 months ago and had no end of issues. Now been without internet since Tuesday, which also means no TV. Engineer can’t come till Tuesday. I work from home and it’s costing a fortune to use mobile data to work

    @bt_uk We have a aerial but that wasn’t working when installed and the engineer that came to fix it said we didn’t need that.
