@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk As a new customer I just want to accept that package the lady offered me. Not be thrown around and ignored and be treated like an idiot. I have a reference number. But apparently that was not good enough. So he passed me on until the phone hung up. 2hrs!

@bt_uk Hi Aled, yes it's just calls to Japan. I don't call to any other countries. No problem with UK calls. I have 'International Freedom' on my BT account. I'm not happy If making calls to Japan keeps failing like this.

@bt_uk Yep, and I shall look forward to another 45 minute wait for the phone to be answered and a 45 min conversation to order what I had already ordered on the 8/12! Just what you need when you are moving house! Really disappointed at the level of service.

@bt_uk Still have the issue all day without internet , whats going on? At least can I get a explanation. The technical service is useless. I been hold in call Trying to have support for check but the lines say only they are very busy.

@bt_uk Hi Nick, engineer did eventually turn up but there is apparently a problem with the line to the house. I've tried ringing your customer service but was on hold for 55 minutes! I have limited internet which drops in and out. Engineer said line needs replacing.
