@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk I have no mobile signal and no broadband for a week now. I rely on Wi-Fi calling. I am now facing being without TV, Talking Books and broadband until the NY. I am on the vulnerable list - heaven help the rest of your customers!

@bt_uk Your colleagues are stating the issue is with BT Wholesale who haven't signed off the switch over, and if this were to happen the issue would be resolved. Which seems to suggest it's easily resolved but a broken process is preventing it. Which makes this even more ridiculous!

1st world problems I get .. but BT have cut off my broadband + phone due to a fault +say they can't reinstate until 31st Jan. What a fun xmas we are in store for (not) thanks for absolutely nothing @bt_uk #crap @skytv don't let me down with the new service install in Jan.

@bt_uk You've left me without internet for 2 1/2 days because of two errors made by you & your engineer. I can't work until it's fixed and your policy is apparently not to compensate loss of earnings. I literally cannot afford to pay my mortgage and bills this month.

@bt_uk Ok, so is this fault an outage for many customers or just me because i see my neighbours wifi still on so im guessing their broadband is fine, which tells me its just my brordband thats out. Thx.
