@bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

@bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

@btsport I note that you are talking about using Fox cricket commentary when Vaughan not involved and your own when he is working for Fox. Aussie commentary is awful. Pls use your own UK based team all the time or better still take the TMS feed from BBC

Dreadful service from @bt_uk failing to upgrade to full fibre for an existing customer when Sky have succeeded for neighbours. 3 appointments cancelled, one 1 1/2 hours before it began. No phone now either. Clueless!
