@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk BT absolute awful customer relations I have now made 2 complaints regarding their refer a friend offer. Have not received the rewards and they have not acknowledged or responded to my previous complaints. Do not believe anything they offer they are complete charlatans

@bt_uk hi - been on a call to you for 1hr 15m. I’ve moved into a new home. It’s a full fibre property and it looks to me like the previous owners have taken the box under the stairs. I need an engineer but your call centre don’t seem to have a clue. #help

@bt_uk Hi there, reported an issue yesterday with your fault tracker on the website (internet is down, router flashing purple). Received confirmation email and text but when I go to the site today, I can’t see a fault logged under my account. Should I resubmit the fault?
