I call again & more promises then I get a text asking me if I would recommend them to my friends - I suggest you avoid anything BT like the plague

James Jenkinson (@j3nk1) reported@bt_uk Ye It seems really hard to rebook an engineer to put me bloody Internet in my dad had waiting from 1pm to 6pm yesterday and never showed and never had the courtesy to call us either as we speak am still waiting on the phone to be transferred to an engineer been waiting ages......
