Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently but lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

@bt_uk Your service is terrible! Multiple engineers, multiple calls! Each customer service representative not LISTENING and doing what they want! No engineer turning up today after you told us they would! Stayed home ALL day! Absolutely appalled. broadband dropping 400+ times a day!!!!

@bt_uk Friday 13th indeed for those of us in KY12 and KY11. No broadband since late yesterday afternoon. My contract is finishing so this outage of 17 hours and counting, combined with selling BT Sports is the final straw
