@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk Ok,so where do I start.Random disk connections, random full disk resets, missing Ethernet backhaul integration (even though you ADVERTISED THIS FEATURE!),no device steering integration even though it is in the internal browser config software, lots of DHCP issues. do u want more?

@bt_uk Absolutely AWFUL service! I've never been so appalled by a company in my life. ELEVEN people I've spoken to now and none of them had any customer care skills. Yes we need to be nice in these times but you still need to care about your customers.

@bt_uk For the past four days, our internet has gone down at least once a day. Yesterday it was twice; today we’re up to five times. It usually reconnects, but this is a complete pain. I’m in CV3, are you aware of any issues?
