@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

@Hells4Heroes @bt_uk I pay for line rental and super broadband for 18 pounds a month on #nowtv. I was a @sky customer for 21 years, paying 100 pounds. Left!

@bt_uk Thanks, I've tried but they ate the worst company to deal with. They make it as difficult as possible to contact them. This would not have been an issue if you guys had not mucked up the replacement in the first place.

Placing an order on 26th September 2022 for our line to be active, it’s now the 22nd of October and we have been told that we now can’t have internet until 23rd of November even though a engineer came out and activated it yesterday? Terrible customer services!!! @bt_uk

@BTCare a week of phone calls and god knows how@ling waiting listening to crap music. Passed from dept to dept. After 25 minutes on hold after a call back today passed to technical as told a fault on my line is the issue. Technical guy says NO FAULT on line at all.

@bt_uk I have repeatedly tried to have my elderly, vulnerable parents with disabilities re-connected after you cut their service “in error” 3 times no reply when promised, over 3 hours call queues time, taking time off work to try to sort it. what do we have to do to help them??
