@bt_uk Sometimes people who hate Christians block them for saying what is straightforward Christian doctrine. Do you think it would be fair to take down Christian posters because some people don't like Christians? @EE

  • h_locke H Locke (@h_locke) reported

Hypothesis: if one mapped the service blueprint of every UK broadband provider, one would end up with a massive venn diagram, with the customer pain point hellmouth being directly over, and universally hardwired into @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach #ServiceDesign #CX #UX

  • Ben_Jandrell Ben Jandrell (@Ben_Jandrell) reported

  • MisterWindle James Windle (@MisterWindle) reported

@bt_uk The site comes up fine, it's just when we get to the direct debit payment screen it doesn't work. No VPN or firewall. Connecting to internet via a hotspot on mobile as without internet due to @CommunityFibre leading us a merry dance.

  • Dewsick_ Dewsick (@Dewsick_) reported

@bt_uk every single night at 6-7pm til about 11pm I'm constantly having 20% packetloss and 3Mb down. I usually get 1Gb. I'm not with you but my service is using your lines. I'm actually quite sick of having to come home from work and basically can't watch a 720p video.

  • Bootybosworth hails (@Bootybosworth) reported

@bt_uk yet again BT why are you closing my complaint when I specifically said to the caller today not to!!! You have not resolved my complaint you haven't addressed my concerns and yet you have closed it again!?!? @Ofcom

  • RealSaxondale Duke Silver 🛡️ (@RealSaxondale) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Had this with #bt_uk, who took advantage of elderly relative with @DementiaUK and sold her a broadband package with full sport. The installer came round and asked where her pc or laptop was. The vile scumbags then took 6 months to cancel after she passed. Hid behind GDPR.

  • CRobertsonUK C Roberts(Occupation by force is so last empire) (@CRobertsonUK) reported

@TenV56 @CityFibre @bt_uk most modern phones have the settings inbuilt now to be a router - service providers tho, some prevent it.
