@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

I regret getting @bt_uk WiFi when I moved into this house. It never works and customer service said they can only guarantee WiFi at all times if I upgraded to a different box (more £££)???? Like wha?? I was guaranteed WiFi with the box I got now what's going on 😭

@bt_uk we have now been waiting over 2 weeks for hub and discs to be delivered even after numerous phone calls....very disappointed with your service....can you advise us who to call? We have spoken to customer care about this issue and they have resubmitted orders twice!!!!

@bt_uk my 77yo mum and dad have been without a phone line for 3 months. My mum is involved in many charities and community groups. Cant receive calls due to your incompetence at sorting out the issue. Now been without broadband for a month and promised calls but nobody calls.

Can anyone recommend a decent company for my mum to get a landline, broadband and TV? @bt_uk are an absolute disgrace. She moved house early Dec then due to mistakes made by BT didn't get connected until mid Jan. BT have now cancelled her service without any warning or reason.
