  No no no. After weeks of problems @bt_uk. I DONT need my conversation closing on DM by saying turn off your device and then on again. My case IS OPEN. Not fixed.

  @bt_uk hi my smart hub is just glowing green and has been for a couple of hours. Tried turning everything off and back on but nothing changes. In SW London. Any suggestions or is there a problem?

  @OneRandomDolly @bt_uk Just go with Virgin Media Dolly, their wireless router is really good coverage. BT are one of the worst value for money ISP around. You can decent deals with Virgin aswell.

  @bt_uk It would appear that you still have the ability to fast track people despite engineers being so busy. Faulty lines that are still semi-functioning can be prioritised, so why can’t those who have absolutely no service at all? So far you have been no help at all

  @samcerulean @bt_uk I want to change provider, but they are going to charge me almost £400 to leave the contract 😭😭😭 I'm absolutely sick of it, how hard is it to say "onay, you have an issue we cant fix, you can leave the contract free of charge"
