Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently but lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk @BritishGasHelp what is the point of having dedicated bereavement teams who don’t actually action your request? And when you ring and email they don’t answer or reply? Or worse when they do answer tell you they can’t help because it’s all done by computer! #bereavement

@bt_uk is there some problem with your email@servers connecting to Outlook this morning? Cannot do anything from my laptop - just send/error received messages - but all seems fine when I try emailing from my iPad. Very annoying given what you’re charging me! 😡😡😡
