One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

Wes Parker (@WesParker23) reported@bt_uk absolute joke of a company! Promised us we could leave our contract back in March due to poor wifi and not being able to work from home efficiently. Still billing us in September! Stop direct debit so they get the creditors involved. Bullying the consumer!
