    @bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    @bt_uk This is an extremely vulnerable person who relies on the phone to get hold of her family and who has an oncall system linked to her phone line as well. Someone needs to message me to get my mother's number to discuss this issue because this is a mess.

    @bt_uk Your service is terrible! Multiple engineers, multiple calls! Each customer service representative not LISTENING and doing what they want! No engineer turning up today after you told us they would! Stayed home ALL day! Absolutely appalled. broadband dropping 400+ times a day!!!!

    @bt_uk 12 hrs on phone trying to resolve issue with @netflix as part of my bt tv package. Still unable to activate after 6 months. Bounced between 8 employees. One in Values (?) dumped me at 3.30 pm - time to do school run? Service excellent ? Not.
