@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently, lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

@bt_uk thank you , I followed your link and reported the number. It's a different number every time, I have a block list with a few dozen . no idea where they come from, if it was telemarketing why would they hang up?

@bt_uk email received re - changes to a digital phone line. We currently have the ability to make calls on a normal landline in the event of a powercut, but won't be able to once this comes in. Yes we have mobiles, but v patchy service by all providers. In emergency we're screwed

Like many others, I've been switched by @bt_uk to their new 'digital voice' service which means I now can't use my landline if I need to without a new phone... are BT supplying these free of charge to customers now in this situation? 🤔 Plus if you have a power cut you're royally

@OpenreachHelp @CatColloms you see how Dan is glazing over the first response to this? How many times can you say the same thing and not say "don't worry - WE will call Sky and sort this" no, that would be asking too much. Heaven forbid you would be proactive #openreach #bt_uk #complaint
