    @bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

    Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently, lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    @bt_uk I cannot put into words how disgraceful the service has been from BT. Back and forth for 2 days and still no resolution, just the same reply over and over again. I'm beyond upset and stressed.

    @bt_uk It's OK, I have raised it with ofcom. You won't be able to fix it and I'll have false promises of call backs and more days off work to wait for engineers. I just wanted to let people know what terrible customer service we've had

    @bt_uk Brian, thanks for the quick reply. Is this Halo option available for a customer on a 40Mb ‘BT infinity’ (previously called) plan? Your website suggests it’s only for services over 74Mb, which he didn’t have previously and certainly doesn’t need.

    @bt_uk internet connection diabolical these last few months, dropping in and out. Engineer visit today, couldn’t fix it so said he’ll pass it on to @Openreach. Account says ‘you have told us your fault was fixed!!!’ Well it most certainly isn’t. ‘Promise to keep us connected’ NOT

    @Lou1983R @bt_uk They are probably the worst communication company to deal with. As a new business we have lost over £7000 in the past 3 weeks due to there incompetence. Good luck in getting anything sorted with them.

    Sorry all, stream is looking off the cards, as once again I'm getting a steady 0.59mb/s from my provider. My patience is FAST wearing thin with the shockingly slow resolution from @bt_uk It's been over 3 weeks now!!!
