@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently but lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

If I am REGULARLY without service with @virginmedia can I cancel internet without a fee and move to @bt_uk or is their a cancellation? Honestly this is ridiculous at this point

@The__Farmster @bt_uk Same for Virgin Media here in Ireland. **** existing customers we want new ones only. I canceled my service and had the wife sign up as a new customer.

@bt_uk Anyone else had appalling services from @bt_uk? The worst thing I've ever done 3 months ago is order FTTP, now have no broadband at all and a phone number none of my friends or family know, no sign of resolution either

@bt_uk Absolutely sick of this. An hour on chat the other week going through all my router/service, to be told it needs an engineer to come out, to then get a message to say nothings wrong. Then a week after someone from BT knocks on my door saying lots of people in area..
