@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk It seems to have improved by itself for the moment. The issue arose after we lost full connection during the night so maybe they were just the aftershocks...

@bt_uk That's the showing at both hub and disc. Problem worse than before as hub is still not reaching the room. Need another disc to connect to the already installed disc BT gave me.

Yet another chasing email from @bt_uk today asking for return of our Smart Hub 2 when they haven’t sent us another, haven’t told us when our service will be reinstated or haven’t acknowledged my #complaint of 10 Aug. Only a fortnight until I escalate this to the @financialombuds

@bt_uk That link states "there is no problem" but running the troubleshooter states "we're working in your area you MIGHT have a problem". But Texting yeilds "it's down, eta xx:xx" So is it working or not? each method tells me something different down for 15hrs so far...
