@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph @Cbomb91 6 months of hell from BT, 9 weeks and still not dealt with complaint... ongoing issues monthly. Now taking complaint to ombudsman

@jamclarkey @BT @bt_uk My bad but they was supposed to call me back and check on it. They messed it up not me I'm not paid to mess about with my hub settings.. blive me I'm more than capable but why should I? I didnt ask for BT Digital Voice they upgraded me without a discussion

@bt_uk For my deliver to arrive on Friday, as confirmed by BT Agent, it would have needed to be booked via Tracked 24. It was booked for Tracked 48. No misunderstanding here. Customer service from BT and Royal Mail atrocious. RM won't give me parcel until Monday now!! Want it escalated.
