@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk Hi there we had trouble getting a new hub a engineer ordered. But you was very good sorting out. But our new hub arrived with no plug and extra sticker. Which is going to be a pain for us😢😢

@bt_uk You obviously did know it was happening because they would have been instructed by you to carry out the work. The fact your modes of contact on your website are not sufficient is poor. Apologies to your social team for them having to deal with my complaints but AGAIN....

@bt_uk Some cables were unplugged while my shop was closed and when everything was plugged back in and switched on, the business hub has a flashing purple light and both phone and Internet are not working. Help would be appreciated

@bt_uk ... if you could only provide me with a phone number of someone to speak to regarding this nightmare I could them stop pestering them and speak to someone who is involved in today’s proceedings to raise my complaint. I am VERY infuriated by the whole situation.

Hi @bt_uk anything up with login at the moment i just a "Something went wrong" when trying to login to My BT. I use a password manager but have change p'word just in case with no luck.
