@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk why does your online chat ask for a landline number when I’m just a broadband only customer? You don’t call back and our internet has been dropping for over a week. Engineer said no fault but the day before “our internet dropped 52 times”.

@bt_uk need help for a vulnerable old person who has medical conditions & whose landline was meant to be working by 31 Aug - but still no sign of an engineer visit. She lives alone. What can be done so she isn’t found collapsed again with no landline?

@bt_uk I rely on my emergency lifeline. My bb and ll died yesterday, an engineer was meant to fix it today but didn't turn up! I rang and found out it was just left open. I NEED this fixed! Do I get myself checked into hospital or what? 36 hours now. Please help!

Not happy with level of service we're receiving from @bt_uk we asked to speak to the operative's supervisor on a call to check on progress. That will take 72 hours. Sorry what ? Surely a telecomms company can contact one another in less than 72 hours !

@UKPowerNetworks well who'd have guessed... There's a problem near my home so you just rock up & turn off the power without telling anyone... Working from home. So lost work. @BTCare so no Internet so no calls what a way to run stuff #shambles #failure

Hi @bt_uk - I cancelled my monthly BT Sport subscription a few weeks ago so I’m now in the 30 day notice period Is it possible to cancel the cancellation and just continue my subscription (without any extra charges) please?

@bt_uk guys what is your sales/ customer teams doing?? Lying on sales calls, or simply not trained well enough? Now cut off after 45 minutes and no one has called me back?! Terrible service for a person who works with BT Wholesale marketing

@bt_uk That is rather missing the point? You cold call for an upgrade that doesn’t make any difference in my area, I cancel, you continue to bill me and claim you have no record of complaint or cancellation. And then suggest that I sign a new contract to get out of it?
