I’ve been paying for BT Sport for over a month. Your service is disappointing. Your website doesn’t have a search engine, there are no premier league games with top clubs this weekend being broadcasted and games aren’t even available for catch-up @btsportfootball @bt_uk @btsport

@bt_uk Thank you. They keep on being promised a callback but it never happens. Eg someone was due to call my dad between 6pm and 8pm last night. No one did. Can you guarantee someone will phone this time?

@bt_uk They don't need to help me, all you need to do is let the department know, it's in your company not mine, why should I have to waste my time on the phone to highlight something to a different "department" within your company, that is a pathetic reply.

Phoned up to cancel my @btsport subscription due to them losing Scottish football and the Bundesliga,and the agent on the other end was surprised that I don’t want to keep it so I could watch the EPL. Not everyone wants to watch the most over rated league in the world.

@bt_uk My parents, in their late 70s, have been without phone or internet for four weeks now and no-one from BT seems able - or interested enough - to fix it. No-one has any answers. People keep promising to call back and don't. Can someone help?
