@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk @BTCare there are serious circular links on the website. Trying to begin a "moving home" order+retain my BT acc but can't get passed repeatedly confirming my new address. The visual link process doesn't work. I'm waiting nearly 40min to speak to someone. @virginmedia

I had @btbusinesscare call me and say oh your not in contract and your paying the highest possible rate and we would love to help you. Me: so ur shafting me for having my account for 10 years and im paying double what everyone else pays Bt : yes Me: ok nice way to treat existing clients ill move elsewhere. I appreciate the call to tell me im being screwed though
