    Either my @bt_uk VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently, lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Had. I 𝗵𝗮𝗱 problems last night when no one at BT is able to be contacted. This morning everything is working. It's almost as though you plan issues when you know your staff are away and 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 be contacted. 🤔

    When troubleshooting a device that won't connect to the network, why do I never remember that the problem is usually my bloody @bt_uk router that needs to be restarted. Sorted - 30 mins later than it should have been #SwitchItOffAndOnAgain
