@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk The extra hour wasted trying to speak to customer service, without any success. Customer Service incorrect name, can't change to lower tariff despite being out of contract.

@bt_uk Very poor customer service, BT forcing customers onto EE without putting customer service in place meaning we are still paying full contract rate for our 2 mobiles, rather than SIM only deal.

@bt_uk Hi, the mini-hub has arrived but it isn’t working at all. I keep getting told that the monthly allowance has been used. Meanwhile, whatever dumb issue is occurring, has the router constantly resetting itself multiple times in the space of minutes.
