    Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

    @bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    @bt_uk Our neighbour cancelled their BT broadband two weeks ago on moving but BT cut off our line instead. Three global eco businesses operating from here. BT acknowledged its their fault. But refused to expedite reconnection date - now 26th. Totally unacceptable. Help!!

    @thegeefunk @bt_uk They basically try to charge us extra to get priority when things go wrong even though they should do that anyway when we are paying them for any service

    @bt_uk Hiya, I got a text yesterday saying the service had been fixed, all seemed ok but it’s gone down again this morning. We have an engineer coming out so hopefully they’ll be able to see what the issue is

    @bt_uk every evening my internet seems to virtually shut down - as if it thinks we’re all in bed! And yes, I’m using my phone’s 4G to send this!! Terrible service!

    @bt_uk What’s the point? I’ve been thru all this before. You’ll tell me the router is broken, send me a new one and once again it’ll be crap.. and I get no compensation or refunds for being without fully functioning internet. I’m fed up with how consistently rubbish it is. Sorry

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I am looking to upgrade to full fibre from fibre2. I’m being told by BT customer arrives I must chase openreach when I can have this or it goes live. Can someone help me please? What and when will it be available?
