    @BT_UK you are a complete shambles. 2 months no service, 3 lift and shifts, 12 engineer visits..... and still no clue how to give us broadband... thanks for helping with the home schooling.....

    @bt_uk I am not normally one to complain publicly but I am soooo disappointed with your customer service today. Have been on the phone for 45 minutes trying to organise for wifi to be installed and now been put through to a new person to start the process all over again 🙄

    @bt_uk I’m trying to post on your community support forum but it requires my email address to be verified. I’ve attempted to verify it at least five times but each time your email has apparently been resent nothing has come through.

    Despite never even discussing or considering a change of contract @bt_uk I went from £22.99 a month to £99.99 for a phantom contract for broadband alone that doesn’t exist. “No notes, managers can’t take calls, and perhaps some people pay that” were answers I got #charlatans

    @BT fibre one connection in SE8 5RZ is so slow i don`t even get speed, we are in an age of full fast fibre, this is just becoming a joke now there are other compaines with 100mbps download & upload with straight to home full fibre speed ,@bt_uk still use older line but no speed

    Surprising SMS text message from -BT- claiming that my broadband and Digital Voice service will be starting tomorrow. News to me, no prior comms received by e-mail or post. Is this a scam @bt_uk ?
