@BT_UK you are a complete shambles. 2 months no service, 3 lift and shifts, 12 engineer visits..... and still no clue how to give us broadband... thanks for helping with the home schooling.....

@bt_uk @BTGroup Complaint VOL013-612582541921: 2 mths since I ordered broadband & you still can’t confirm when it will be fitted, despite needing it for work.String of delayed engineer visits,escalated to exec complaints & now Gemma Nicholls isn’t even responding. Is anyone there competent?

@bt_uk Part 5: They said, 'Well, you're on a phone now, aren't you?' Such a cold and callous way to treat someone. She will be without phone or internet until next week, and will have to use her mobile. Such cold and callour tratment!

@bt_uk Part 3: Is it legal to cut a customer off with no warning? She might not have had a mobile, or know how to use it. Each time she called, she was passed to Billing, then to Sales, then asked about all the details of the previous package which was all ON_LINE AND INACCESSIBLE!...

@bt_uk absolutely sick and tired of complaining about the service of the old copper overhead wire FAKE fibre BT it’s not fit for purpose WFH today YET AGAIN SHOCKING it’s 2021 COME AND DIG UP THE ROAD I’ll send AC & Postcode and complain AGAIN waste of time
