@btsport @Arsenal I’ve heard better commentary on local hospital radio. It doesn’t affect the quality of the game though which is pretty poor.

@BT_UK you are a complete shambles. 2 months no service, 3 lift and shifts, 12 engineer visits..... and still no clue how to give us broadband... thanks for helping with the home schooling.....

Sick to death of @bt_uk poor service, been in the house since Aug bank holiday numerous calls and still not sorted, 1 engineer came and the speed was slower b4 he left than what it was when he came. Another engineer coming now. Absolute joke #joke #poorservice #3rdworldcompany

@bt_uk appalling service. House move screwed up, no internet for nearly three weeks, two confirmed dates when internet was meant to be up and running and both passed with no service. Endless hours on hold, hung up on, broken promises, clueless staff. Disgraceful - NEVER EVER USE

@bt_uk I really am at my Witts end with your company. Call backs promised, that haven’t happened & still being charged for a mobile contract cancelled 4 years ago. Add to that the poorest internet service in history...appalling way to treat loyal paying customers.

@bt_uk Hi Rita, it is really terrible. We are meant to be working from home but can't! Checking the progress of it does not help me. I've been told so many different dates now someone needs to actually do something to help.

Shockingly bad service. I was transferred to the department I wanted and told I would have to wait for four minutes. I know times are difficult but I don’t have two hours to waste each day trying to get hold of Home move. @bt_uk
