    @bt_uk Yes, I know these are wireless speed tests. Do I have to do them all wired to show you the the connection is still varying? I don't think the problem is with the equipment. I think the problem is with the line and capacity or cross-talk/interference. There must be a reason

    @bt_uk The lady we phoned earlier already did that and she did a scan on the hub and found nothing she said she was going to phone back on Wednesday to see if there was an issue hub went wrong after that

    @RoryMuir3 @bt_uk Thanks, Rory. It's the variability of the connection that drives me crazy. The problem isn't the equipment and as all suppliers would still have to bring the broadband in on the same copper cabling to my house, I don't think changing providers would help.

    @bt_uk There is a problem with my broadband connection, every 20 mins or so it conks out, I restart the hub and eventually it comes back on, it is frustrating

    @bt_uk has there been broadband issues in Greenwich area? My broadband just stopped working this morning and I’m not sure if it’s just me or a larger issue in the area. Thanks!

    @bt_uk called to cancel part of my business package and told I have to sign a new 36mth deal to retain my business number plus pay £250 to cancel part of the package. Have been a customer for 30yrs. Once contact ends, I'll find another supplier. Rubbish service!

    @bt_uk Hi We has an engineer to come to fix a fault with our broadband where the hub was disconnecting from our devices we thought he fixed the issue,our devices are still connected to the hub but no internet and the hub is on blue
