@BT_UK you are a complete shambles. 2 months no service, 3 lift and shifts, 12 engineer visits..... and still no clue how to give us broadband... thanks for helping with the home schooling.....

@bt_uk Hey, Do you have any inkling to when the uk wide broadband issues will be resolved? The time to fix in my area keeps getting pushed back and it's starting to get silly for the proposed fix. The last one being pushed from 3am to 9am!

@bt_uk Cancel this contract (GP00725924) - NOW. My wife does not have time to deal with your skulduggery. She has spent the last 2 days trying to cancel this contract and due to either your incompetence or more likely your deliberate trickery this seemingly can't be done. #bt
