@BT_UK you are a complete shambles. 2 months no service, 3 lift and shifts, 12 engineer visits..... and still no clue how to give us broadband... thanks for helping with the home schooling.....

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Had this with #bt_uk, who took advantage of elderly relative with @DementiaUK and sold her a broadband package with full sport. The installer came round and asked where her pc or laptop was. The vile scumbags then took 6 months to cancel after she passed. Hid behind GDPR.

@bt_uk Hi this is still not sorted. 5th promise now broken by BT. Can you please help today or not? We are now at the stage of seeking legal advice as your company is not only distressing my elderly inlaws but have broken contract and still continue to charge them for a service 🥵

So @bt_uk the village has in the past year had cable installed. Only found out by speaking to the people ripping up the pavement. So if I tied myself to a 24 month contract with BT and cable internet becomes available I CANNOT use the better service for 2 YEARS !!!

I am paying £53 to @bt_uk for my broadband (70Mbps) and landline. Seems excessive to me. Just went to the #BT website as a NEW customer. Same BB and phone package costs £28. Wow I am a complete MUG for allowing BT to rip me off for £53. ALL offered packages are cheaper than £53 !
