    @BBCWatchdog would be great if you could investigate @bt_uk for misselling broadband high speed package to rural areas and refusing to refund customers and reverting them back to their lower cost packages. Customer service dodging tactics and long queues to speak to anyone.

    @bt_uk I have spent 7hrs on the phone with @bt_uk trying to resolve this. Old account was deleted & when I tried to place a new order - twice! - it was cancelled with no explanation. Told to "try again on Monday"!! Spoke to approx 10 different people at BT. Still no help.

    @bt_uk Sure. I’m a Halo customer and logged a fault online with Broadband as it keeps dropping out at the Hub. Am I supposed to be sent the mini hub to keep my BB going??
