Lost @bt_uk internet. Tried everything so then told someone will call in 20 mins. Then told due to high number of calls it would be 90 mins. It’s not high numbers of calls it’s low numbers of customer service staff. Why do we always get this from companies?

@bt_uk I think things have become exhausted... You refuse to reinstate my phoneline due to your policy, and not because you can't do it. You are sending a deadlock letter, and I'm taking you to the cleaners for mis-selling a service, because the sales guy said I could use my equipment.
