@bt_uk It's a bush Android, issue seems to be the new features when live streaming the rugby. Picture doesn't come up, intermittent sound then a message saying " may not be available in your region". Thanks

Both original games and replays for Wolves v Man Utd and Middlesbrough v Spurs get televised. Tranmere go from 3-0 down to 3-3 at Premier League Watford, and yet their home replay doesn't get shown. Year on year on year @BBCSport and @btsport should be ashamed of themselves.

@btbusinesscare So I want to escalate my complaint. A complaint that has been ongoing all year. To do that I need to fill in a complaints escalation form on your website that doesn't work or phone someone in billing who says they don't have authority to help and that someone else will call 1/2

@bt_uk are really unbelievable. Can’t someone who actually wants to give customer service call a customer and not send texts asking you to quote a landline number that doesn’t exist. Just a litany of frustration

@bt_uk I have been a BT customer for 30 years, until now, and its not by choice. I would have preferred to continue with them. Due to working from home since March 2020 I was struggling with slow broadband as myself and my wife both work from home now and both are on video calls

@btbusinesscare do you think that your “service” levels would improve beyond pathetic if there were suitable competition? Or maybe your are competing with Openreach to see who can mess your clients around the most. Seriously we just need a telephone, how hard can it be?

@bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.
