    @bt_uk have provided genuinely the worst service I have ever experienced from any company I’ve ever had to deal with. Nearly 3 months and still not even a phone line installed

    @bt_uk We currently do not have access to a phone line, is there any other way we can seek help? The hotspot has now stopped working and will not even load pages, it was quite expensive so this is disappointing

    @Markymgr @bt_uk Junk BT’s crappy wifi kit (it’s terrible - esp. the Whole Home stuff - truly shocking). Replace the whole lot with a TP-Link Deco M9 mesh and you’ll live happily ever after.

    As per @bt_uk if you search for a mobile deal, then you have a hard search on your credit history and this will reduce your overall score. Be aware of this process, if you want your credit scores to be ruined, such a stupid process. I cant use @UswitchUK @Gocompare such a shame.

    @bt_uk In this day I thought that you could provide a service where I could just stop international calls or even customise my incoming call database.

    @bt_uk trying to speaker to an advisor for last two days . Fed up with Q system and holding . No advice on website. Have BTTv remote control has stopped working , changed battery x2 HELP !!!!!

    @btsport how can you advertise as being a great broadband provider when you can't even manage a simple installation. My parents have been waiting 4 weeks and all you do is give them lies. Poor customer service. Worse than Virgin.
