Have had such a shockingly bad experience with @btbusinesscare - have been waiting since November to get broadband installed into the church for live streaming. Time to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Any recommendations?

@bt_uk So having read this, I will ask again! So now I am on digital voice via my BT hub instead of the ONT why do I need the battery backup system inside the ONT as I will no longer benefit from the fact the the ONT is still alive that upto now I could make calls during a blackout??

@bt_uk Good Morning - hoping you can help. Our entire street suffered a phone/broadband outage yesterday afternoon. Everyone had their connectivity restored last night with the exception of me. My phone line is still completely dead. Please help!!
