@bt_uk a family members email account has been compromised, followed everything in your guide and rules are still being made. Phone line is also down to lock out existing connections, unacceptable!

@bt_uk Have no service from BT and after trying the automated online checks called customer services to speak to a human. A recorded message states that their systems are down and suggest calling back tomorrow. I work from home!!! Really poor service BT...

@bt_uk Hi, I am moving house and the logistics do not allow me to carry on with you. I have tried to call but the phone lines are down and have tried to go online but it just sends me in a loop of upgrades and packages. I need to do this asap, can you advise please.

@btbusinesscare I have been cut off from an online chat twice! Why are your help lines not in operation? BT service is absolutely diabolical! Great you can bill a business that is no longer there!

@bt_uk 10 days since you installed FTTP. 5 of those without any connection! Incorrectly created account means I can't report it as broken, fobbed off with excuses multiple times. Customer services unavailable! Seriously regretting choosing BT.

No 4G since June due to a dispute over a repair to a mast in Hampton Hill and now broadband down with no fix until Sunday. What kind of service is this @bt_uk ?
