I get everyone is financially trying to save money because of COVID and people loosing their jobs. I’ve called a ton of utility companies who have been great at helping me reduce my monthly outgoings. - @bt_uk on the other hand was unwilling to show compassion and help at all

  • Sunny08040962 Sunny (@Sunny08040962) reported

@bt_uk seriously poor service. Your team cannot be bothered to respond and when they do it totally disrupts the service. My speeds are NOT AS GUARANTEED sort this out or refund my bill.

  • mattsaunders89 Matt (@mattsaunders89) reported

@bt_uk would@not use by again! A simple home move taken nearly 2 weeks and has been delayed again today! Really poor customer service!

  • Thomas37824342 Thomas (@Thomas37824342) reported

@bt_uk Got to love Bt you report an issue last month still not fixed then when you check up on it they tell you you can cancel til January as they have to raise another fault absolute joke!

  • itb0ffin Stephen Renshaw (@itb0ffin) reported

@bt_uk I have a fault on my line and your estimate is 5 days to fix! I WFH in a key support role I cant be offline for that long.

  • TheOxfordArms1 Chef Bryn Jones (@TheOxfordArms1) reported from Kirtlington, England

We apologise if our phone is constantly busy for more than an hour but we are trying to cancel an account with @bt_uk but it’s impossible! Never ever again!

  • nutmegnige Nigel (@nutmegnige) reported

@btbusinesscare What is the escalation route for @btbusinesscare or @BTBusiness complaints? Your silence and lack of customer care is a ‘brick wall’

  • JoshKHodgetts Josh Hodgetts (@JoshKHodgetts) reported from Carlton on Trent, England

. @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

  • Lisaowen1983 Lisa (@Lisaowen1983) reported

@bt_uk your wifi service is absolutely shocking! Not one person I’m trying to speak to can have a conversation because all of us are having issues!!

  • StaceyEBx Stacey Butlin (@StaceyEBx) reported

@btbusinesscare I wouldn't bother. Never call back, never sort anything out and it seems now they have cancelled a direct debit aswell for an amount which shouldn't be owing. No doubt I will get a default notice aswell. Waste of time and speaking with OFCOM now!.
