@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

Appalling service by @bt_uk. I pay hundreds of pounds per year to you can cannot get to speak to anyone. Been on hold for over 27 minutes. Why not hire some more staff?

@bt_uk What happens when there is a power cut and the broadband and mobiles are down. Nobody can then even make an emergency 999 call. Surely this needs to be looked into, it’s a backward step.

@bt_uk so here I am on the phone for 2 hours as I’ve discovered I’m paying for a cloud phone service that I told you I didn’t want and haven’t used once. Requests to have it removed and pay for broadband only are being stonewalled. Please contact me urgently
