@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk Never had this issue with my ASUS router when It was on my FTTC connection and that was using Band Steering. I guess as you are not using SIP over FTTP in my area I’ll just put my ASUS router back on the WAN link instead then :-)

@bt_uk worst and rudest customer service call ever today when trying to sort an issue with my account, not listening to me and accusing me of causing the problems and not being helpful at all. Made me feel like so stupid. Thanks alot BT!

@bt_uk Well you get a lot of complaints BT. If people say Sky is better than BT on broadband well you have serious problems... I'm so pleased I stuck with virgin media.. Though all these companies are a nightmare when you try to contact them..

@bt_uk You have had plenty of calls and emails to help, sorry to see that the big guns can’t contact me to discuss but when there are unhappy customers they go missing 6 figure salaries they are on for what. 7 weeks

@bt_uk Sorry, I will not DM you, your customer service is the worst I have dealt with in years, loyalty is earned, you have a long way to go. 7 weeks to get broadband and TV.

@bt_uk you have sent correspondence and what looks like a broadband router to my property addressed to someone who has never lived here. This has happened twice in the last 12 months, both times addressed to the same person.

@bt_uk I’ve referred my complaint to the ombudsman. Broadband/tv/phone activation date 4th FEB AND STILL NO CONNECTION OR SERVICE! Horrendous customer experience

@virginmedia I called and whoever I spoke to still insists that it has to be paid. Unfair. I was a @bt_uk customer for 11 years. Never had to deal with this type of nonsense. As soon as this contract Is over I will be back to my @bt_uk
