  @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

  @bt_uk you still haven’t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!

  @btbusinesscare hi all - are there broadband outages today SO52 area? Our offices are reporting the internet down so all employees have left. I need to know if this is a known issue or a localised issue. I have logged online and the website isn’t working where you check status?

  @btbusinesscare Thanks Engineer due tomorrow.. it’s been a problem on/off for 2-3 weeks but being a dental surgery my BT line is my important one.. I have a separate line though

  @bt_uk hi, an engineer was meant to visit today as my internet has barely been working since it was installed about a week ago and no one has turned up? i’m a new customer and beyond unimpressed, regretting switching to your broadband
