    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @bt_uk There are no faults listed in the MyBT app or website. The SMS I got said the fix was yesterday by 14:25. How is tomorrow even acceptable? I work from home in IT, and I can't work. The 4G dongle you sent me is awful. I'm also disabled and rely on an internet connection!

    Now I'm on BT 1471 last caller to overwrite the Edinburgh No. which is not the architect I've applied to for work because that area code starts 0131 4 not 6, cross-wiring perhaps! @bt_uk CAN YOU HELP PLS, LANDLINE & BROADBAND GLITCH: WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO START WORKING NORMAL?

    Arghhhh digital voice issues AGAIN @bt_uk why won't the industry pause the roll out and listen to users and the issues? Talk to @TheNorthernEcho they have lots of case studies if you don't want to listen to me.

    @BrowniejBrown @bt_uk @O2 You’re not on your own there. O2 have cut off my elderly 72 year older father in law, who has been a life long O2 customer. No contact to the outside world, or medical assistance which he relies on for medication, deliveries and general health and well being!

    @bt_uk Ongoing issue as unable to change from McAfee to Norton anti virus with BT virus protect. I have spoken to several of your colleagues and am getting nowhere fast. It’s a known issue on the BT forum on your website. Continuously comes up with ‘server error’ please help!

    @bt_uk Hey thanks James! Unfortunately they were unable to do anything, seems the letter was maybe sent in error. However, the lady I spoke to (didn’t get her name) was amazing, tried all she could to help! Thanks guys

    @bt_uk hey, I was wondering if you could help me possibly: I was just shafted by sky and charged a termination fee even though was never told about it, and had final bill month before. Was told you can cover termination fees however I’m not sure I believe @SkyUK
