  @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

  @bt_uk I got a call from Chris just after 8pm,basically everyone I spoke with at BT said it wasn’t their problem and that you outsource all your work to open reach,so take it up with them! I pay BT for a service and youre happy to leave vulnerable people without a phone line.Disgusting

  @bt_uk my business Wi-Fi is down and the only person who is authorised to talk to you (my manager) is away indefinitely. We need Wi-Fi to function please help.

  @bt_uk @bt_uk. Still useless. You identified an internal fault and said someone would come today. Nobody came. Rang you AGAIN. Was told that OpenReach came, checked outside and went away. Really? The elderly person is listed as a welfare case. Terrible terrible terrible 👎

  Recommendations required for broadband. Currently with @bt_uk but their customer service is crap. Do any of them provide a decent service for a reasonable price? #bt
