    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @bt_uk This is utter rubbish I get a 30 meg download and a 1.5 meg upload - devices are either slow, freezing or disconnecting

    @Gardmuir @bt_uk It’s completely ****** bud, every provider except virgin has had issues so seemingly an issue with openreach, tomorrow earliest it’s getting fixed supposedly

    @bt_uk Hi, currently broadband only customer, looking to add TV aswell due to Sky hiking their price from next month. Just need some help with that. Understand box needs hardwire to router? Not possible in my house. Told powerline plug is the answer? Would this not affect speed?

    .@bt_uk I signed a contract with ypu for a set payment per month which your salesperson said would not vary. You are overcharging me by £13/m. Please arrange a refund, your call centre said they'd do this in December. It's still to be actioned. Terrible customer service.
