@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk Upgraded my account last week and no new router been delivered, when I spoke to customer services told to track order on line, says complete but nothing received, transferred to someone else but still no luck. Not good is it?

@bt_uk order placed 5/1 engineer due 26/1 am turned up 27/1 pm. engineer disappeared again.... Any idea when service will be installed?
