@OpenreachHelp Its seems you DM's are geared to fail. Not good for a Lying communication company, I thing you need to open DM's or it gets discussed in the open and people can see the company you and @bt_uk are. No more messing about

@bt_uk what’s happening with my service is that I am being ripped off badly, I was promised Halo 3 hybrid with an EE router and have just been told that to get that, I need to pay £60 a month for broken broadband. You advertise that service for £29

@bt_uk you are trying to charge me double the price for a service that doesn’t work because I am a loyal customer. I’ve had an engineer and tech out twice in a month and still no stable connection, we have had a mini hub switched on and off 4 times in a month!

@bt_uk I’ve been a customer for a year, receiving slower than average speeds & now must pay more to get what most other customers get?

@bt_uk Thats better than violently tearing down statues and trying to compel people to kneel down and make other wierd gestures. Other groups used words. Which is worse? Kneeling is a sign of submission and the last thing you do as an oppressed/oppressed culture. A fist sits better.
