@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk still massive issues with BT Broadband in the SK6 area, despite hundreds of customers complaining of desperately slow or non existent connections your telephone advisors deny there’s a wider fault in the area. Somebody needs to take ownership of this problem.

@bt_uk Is it because BT is still a virtual monopoly, your prices are exorbitant and your customer service is appalling, especially your call centres and chat? Just a guess.
