@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk I appreciate that you don’t give a **** but after holding in five different calls - cut off twice and called a liar by k e of your team - I have no answers as why you have cut me off. One less customer as of Monday.

@bt_uk if anyone is thinking of joining BT please don't. They can't deliver what they say they can. There whole house WiFi is a joke it does not work. The halo 2 is a ripoff and not worth the money. When you have trouble not much help,so if you need broadband look some elsewhere

For over a month my BT Broadband has been dreadful: poor latency and sub 24mbps download speeds. For the last 5 days it has been on and off endlessly. @bt_uk i pay £50+ for 63/72mbps speeds and I don't get close or even get broadband. Can't wait for VirginMedia to be in my area.

@bt_uk can you assist Jays virtual pub quiz with his internet, he is shouting out for help and not sounding good for BT as there are thousands logged on and his BT internet is letting him down. Not good press for us at BT
