  @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

  @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

  Hello As an existing customer, I thought I was supposed to be offered what new customers are offered, but the cheapest renewal is £15 more than what a new customer is offered. Please can you clarify, thank you @Ofcom @bt_uk

  @bt_uk How about you deal with our problem - any assistance, a human who understands and is willing to sort out mother’s broadband issues after weeks and weeks of nothing would be appreciated.

  @btsport @EE @SkySportsF1 I`m not sure who to contact about this tbh but my BT box TV guide is showing the Indycar race should have started at 18:00 on Sky F1. Instead it`s yet another re-run of today`s F1 race. This is not the first time this has happened. Really poor.

  @bt_uk Good Morning Had a fibre installation in June Unit fell off the wall .a bad install ,have had hours of phone calls ,engineers were promised but never came ,what do I do now

  @bt_uk Issues with “customer service” You sent a renewal, the price is too high I want to cancel (give notice) 2 HOURS on a chat only to be told I’m too early for notice?? Why isn’t this being brought to my attention when I stated the cancellation date? Very frustrated 😤

  @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.
