    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @SketchLisa @bt_uk Go to EE. I left BT for the same reason, the first thing they say when you phone them with a problem is " if the fault is found in your property then you will have to pay. EE are absolutely brilliant, they are very prompt and keen to sort out any problems. An excellent company.

    @bt_uk My internet has been down since late last night, BA21 area. Any info or anything to sort this would be great, hub is blue but no internet through ANY devices

    @BTCare 72 hrs of repeated broadband drop outs in south wales. Haven't had this issue for years. What's going on?
