    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    I have ongoing issue with BT & internet connectivity outside UK! Using WiFi I cannot connect to get mail on phone, iPad & computer! WiFi will not connect to Btinternet server! I spent hours resetting everything, next day it’s same problem! Gmail is ok @BTGroup @bt_uk

    @bt_uk my broadband is down AND your website is down so I can’t report an outage. Such poor service no wonder everyone is moving to alt nets

    @bt_uk Around 9am this morning my fttp connection went down (amber light on the hub) and has not yet come back up. I'm based in Aberdeen. Is this a known issue and do you have an ETA for restoration of service?

    @bt_uk I must have had 10 complaints raised and closed according to your SMS messages. I want an email address where I can document in detail the atrocious customer service I’ve experienced. Are you saying you provide no electronic communication mailbox at all for complaint procedures?

    @btbusinesscare Been trying to order a mobile phone to add to our existing business account as per your current EE promotion. Had no luck using websites (yours and EE’s) keep getting messages to ‘try again later’! Can you help?

    @bt_uk I’ve spoken to your ‘technical team’ on three occasions today, each time ‘our systems are down’ they are meant to be calling me back tomorrow! Still no closer to fixing his phone though
