  @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

  @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

  @bt_uk When are you going to sort out the problems you have. I CANNOT log into my account have not been able to for two days now. What the heck is going on. Awful company, need to get rid of you. Shame really I have internet, phone and 4 mobile phones all going. Had enough😡

  @bt_uk Speaking to support on the phone anecdotally this seems to be a significant problem. I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)

  @bt_uk Help! We’ve had a lightening strike n our router has gone off n will not switch back on. We’ve rang the help line 3 times n it keeps finishing the call without giving us the option to speak to someone even though their check assumes there’s nothing wrong. Advice please!

  Almost a yr after i left...and im still getting emails and texts from @bt_uk telling me my bill is ready .. plus they never paid me the money they owed me #BT #EE make it stop

  @bt_uk you’ve emailed me saying I can view my bill, can’t get into my account. Is there a problem with your website ??? Been like it all day and I’d like to see my bill !
