    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @btsport Is Jake stupid? Does he not realise that there was a restricted summer & conditions that haven't existed before...It's not just a squeezed schedule, it's a horrendous schedule that endangers human beings.

    @bt_uk I have been on hold waiting for my call to be answered for 45 mins now. I waited 40 mins on Thursday then someone was supposed to call me back, they didn't. Shocking customer service

    £70 for full fiber internet from @bt_uk and the speed for the last month has been below 30mbs. To think you want to keep me a customer, awful way to go about it. Don't bother responding with stupid excuses. #avoid

    @bt_uk Why choose anyone else? Maybe because they might deliver and install without the chaos I'm experiencing? Was due Oct 23. Still waiting. Customer service v polite....but I'm still waiting.
