@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

@bt_uk Hi Aled, yes it's just calls to Japan. I don't call to any other countries. No problem with UK calls. I have 'International Freedom' on my BT account. I'm not happy If making calls to Japan keeps failing like this.

@lmaher33 @EamonnHolmes @bt_uk Hang on sure and he'll tell you what he's in his bank account! Who cares what he got paid? Since when did it become your business? or in fact anyone elses business. It's Xmas, think of something nice to say. How about, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all!

@bt_uk Yep, and I shall look forward to another 45 minute wait for the phone to be answered and a 45 min conversation to order what I had already ordered on the 8/12! Just what you need when you are moving house! Really disappointed at the level of service.

@bt_uk I was “acutely lonely “ waiting for a bloody engineer that didn’t appear this afternoon. Would you like the bill for my loss of earnings? New customer. I’m furious.

@bt_uk No he hasn't, to be honest he seemed very disinterested as he never arrived until 18:10 and I had to call if him a couple of times as he rang earlier and said he'd be with us between 1-2pm. I thought it best if I contacted you myself as I really need this resolving asap.

@bt_uk I already block them but unfortunately they’re never ending. Surely these numbers can be traced and the relevant authorities can get them shut down as they’re trying to defraud people, Also they’re claiming to be the person’s internet service provider
