    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @btsport r crooks our bt sports subscription hasn’t been working for months and they keep taking us in circles One guy genuinely tried to help us called us multiple times but just closed the case at the end assuming it was gonna be fixed which it didn’t

    @bt_uk still haven’t fix the fault on the line of my 96 yr old friend, living alone, a lifelong BT customer…no usable phone since Thursday…BT call this a “Welfare” response. She has an emergency button that requires her phone-line. PLEASE retweet to get some more exposure.

    @pauljsmith74 @bt_uk The problem is, its open reach. I only have two choices, virgin or bt. I cant get virgin so im stuck with bt. Every other isp runs off open reach, which i think is unfair.

    Sorry for no streams guys, if anyone is to blame its @bt_uk . As soon as my line is repaired, ill be back. Apparently i have to be out of service for 1 month before im allowed to flex 💪 my right to cancel without penalty. Which i think is wrong!

    @btbusinesscare This is an EE issue not a BT issue that you can deal with. My contract is through EE not BT.

    @bt_uk No landline service since noon yesterday Saturday 14th in Enniskillen BT74 in particular. My elderly aunt relies on it as she has no mobile. Any chance of fixing it, no doubt the repair men will drag their feet for treble time on Sunday. @StephenNolan
