    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @btsport sort you live stream out on your website for BT sport 2 or you will be losing a customer. Screen going black with audio in the background

    @bt_uk said they’ll give me a partial refund and as the device is out of warranty - in line with consumer law. So again, if you buy an @Apple product from an authorised retailer & it’s faulty after 1 year, you will have to pay for the repair & @Apple will do NOTHING to help 3/3

    Why is @bt_uk broadband service so appallingly crap? Intermittent connection since Christmas, multiple engineer visits both BT & Openreach, multiple cases raised, no closer to any form of resolution, no acknowledgment that compensation is due, no progress at all, complete joke

    @bt_uk I was advised to raise an official complaint which I agreed to, then was told I would have to wait for a letter within 54 days…. 3 hours later received an email stating my complaint was now closed.

    @btsport @PrimeVideo #mufc BT need to take a leaf out of Amazon’s book. BT HD looks flipping awful quality. Amazon’s yesterday was 4k and crisp. Ridiculous for money we spend
