@bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

@bt_uk shocking, utterly appalling customer service. Tried to sort a home move, spent 4 hours on phone trying to sort their mess, moved in today and no phone or broadband. Please sort this or I will cancel my subscription

@bt_uk This still hasn’t been sorted. We’ve now had 3 appointments booked to speak about this, first 2 you never bothered to call and despite requesting multiple times that you call BOTH numbers on the account you only called 1. Our list of complaints is getting longer the more u avoid

@bt_uk @BTCare home for one night after being away for 3 weeks and my internets not working, having to use my phone to watch the rugby and as I'm away again for another 2 weeks from tomorrow I have to wait until then to get it fixed!

@btsport Paying put loads just to watch MotoGP. Get home after a 12 hour shift to watch practice catch-up on the app. Find out catch-up is only for races. What the hell? Will practice and quali be added to catch-up or should I just cancel my subscription now??

I cannot believe the appalling service by @bt_uk with regards to my broadband. Not only have you incorrectly set up an additional account, you failed to make me aware and have subsequently allowed debt collectors to approach me after YOUR own admin error.
