@bt_uk I taped a call - to show what has happened to my line, but your employee didn't want to hear it. I'd like to know how BT can close my complaint because it reads very much like the employee just wanted to close the case to look competent ....and not solve it.

@bt_uk I 'Feel this way '(*standard paragraph there) because of the way the complaint has been handled.....Which is justified. Would you like to read more>? And if BT is genuinely really sorry that I 'feel this way' then it will remedy the work done by Openreach, won't it?

@bt_uk hi why does nothing on your MyBT pages ever work? Trying to get a switching code and the website on any browser I've tried just refuses to show me a code. Every thing I've ever tried on your customer pages has always not worked and needed a phone call
