@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

Sorry for our silence over last nine days. Our access to BT Business Broadband is down and has been so since 0500 on 3 March - NINE DAYS without access due to an admitted error by @BTBusiness still not corrected despite repeated requests/broken promises. Where is @btbusinesscare
