    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    Broadband sorted for the new place. 500Mb download speeds and half price for the first 6 months too! Thank you @bt_uk - excellent service from your staff today. 👌

    @bt_uk you are a bunch of liars fibre was installed yesterday only for the engineer to **** up the installation and now I have to wait 4 weeks for a resolution I was definitely miss sold this garbage 😡🤬

    @Mumsyto2 @bt_uk me too, don't use landline much but notice incoming calls not connecting and no dial tone to make calls out. BT diagnostic says I have an unresolved billing issue....WTF I pay by DD and up to date.!!

    @bt_uk Hi Laura, thank you. I did, but it was the same date as sky gave which was 14th feb. Just wanted to see if you could help to reach someone from openreach team to flag or contact me if there is any cancellation and reschedules pls.

    Bit sad. Have left @bt_uk today after 30+ yrs after our broadband had a 200% price hike. Terse comms and email should downgrade to Basic but browser account login is blocked. Whatever happened to keeping the door open for the future? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp
