@bt_uk Worst experience with BT so far. Still without internet/landline access which won't be fixed for another week. Awful service cannot wait to leave

@bt_uk Poor customer service, price rises even though BT will charge you to come out of your contract. Slow broadband, read the small print CPI price rise every year.
