@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk twice they've now hung up on me. So your engineer can't be bothered to do their job and your advisors hang up if you have a complaint. Wow, quality service you provide

@bt_uk 12 missed engineer visits, escalation has done **** all and I’ve been without internet for over a month. Please get someone to call me ASAP who can actually help.

@bt_uk shocking service. Been on the phone for over 5 hrs over two days trying to sort my BT broadband out. Was told the ‘order failed’ and now even though I was assured it would be delivered the 9th I’m now told it’s the 16th Feb! Shocking

@bt_uk Hi, I’ve been trying to cancel my BT cloud subscription for a few months now, every time I call, your staff say they will do it, refund me that month but then I get a charge the next month! How on earth do I cancel?

@bt_uk Yeah sure it wasn't the case. Then why is it the engineer didn't bother telling us? He asked us to keep our door on the latch for him because he'd only be 2 or 3 minutes yet here we are. Tried calling but your staff says they can't cancel the order as is the same day

Oh woeful @bt_uk communications - just getting the easy stuff wrong. Broadband slower than the contract stipulates. They send an engineer quickly (that's the hard part). He can't find fault. They ask me to SMS to rebook but the SMS number doesn't work. Call to rebook.

@OpenreachHelp Frazer, unfortunately @bt_uk seem to have some communication issues with you regarding our fault. The dig team has been on the 11th of Jan and nobody has come back since. 12 missed appointments to connect us.

@Lunnoe1 @bt_uk I'm 15mths down the line, passed from pillar to post, had 121 days of no internet, being compensated but I've still no Broadband...get out now whilst you still can is my advice.

@bt_uk I suggest you ask your service user what they think of your service. I was hung up on twice today... guess it gets them through the calls quicker & all part of the training.
