@bt_uk @BTGroup @educationgovuk That’s great news but what about the rest of us ? Our broadband has been down all week - kids are using mobile phones to join classes and no one can tell me when the service will be up and running. Poor customer service team

@bt_uk Done that. Sky are getting nowhere with you. This is an Openreach BT issue and I want someone to sort it now. You can’t hide the provider when the issue is a BT network issue. Who should my MP contact at BT and also the media? (I am speaking to a number of outlets)

The fact @bt_uk can call 42mbps WiFi speeds “superfast” should be illegal. I get over double that on my mobile network.

Our Lockdown Learning support scheme extends BT and EE’s partnership with @educationgovuk to provide unlimited mobile data for @bt_uk and @EE customers who need it most. Plus we’re giving away wi-fi vouchers for BT hotspots across the UK and zero-rating educational websites.
