@bt_uk For a few weeks, I'm staying with my eldery parents whom have renegotiated a broadband with BT. I have never witnessed such an unprofessional lousy service they have received from BT. I would not recommend BT; they are a disgrace. The events have made my father ill

@J_PaulDevine @LGUK @bt_uk We left BT broadband it was awful, never got over 10mbps went with Utility Warehouse, now it's around 26-30!
