@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk But that's the first thing you advise people to do. Look at the service checker. Even though you know and your managers are OK with it being more than a day out of date. That's basically closing down inconvenient customer issues that you ought to be escalating for a fix.

@bt_uk I just want to make sure that the add-on doesn't renew next month. I want to keep my contracts as they are, but the add-on was required as a one off and I don't want to pay for it after this month, so I'm checking whether I can cancel it now and use it till the end of the month.

@bt_uk It's the network that needs updating! I've talked to your engineers. Every week there's one huddled over a box of wires, fiddling around, knocking other customers wires out. It needs a overhaul.
