@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk hey there, I’ve recently had an engineer come over to see what the problem was with the router. He mentioned something wrong with the “two twin” as my router only flashes purple? The engineer said for us to get a new router, would getting a new router work?

After being promised a repair yesterday (13 days since reporting fault) @bt_uk now informs me that it won’t be repaired until the 26th. That’s 16 days since raising the fault and 22 since moving home. No explanation or support.

@bt_uk Theoretically we Should have our number returned by close of play today. After a month of chaos and 5 failed attempts guess what? My confidence level? About 3%. Digital voice so a disaster for us. Most of the phones don’t reach half the house. No signal. GREAT.
