    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @bt_uk Even after cancelling @bt_uk can't be bothered to talk to me. I keep getting messages saying they will call back within 60 minutes. Still waiting. Excellent customer service.

    @bt_uk Broadband is crap - pass it on. This is my 12th day without broadband in the last 14. Customer service don't even answer now. And they want to charge me £200 for ending my "contract" early. Good luck with that one

    @bt_uk when bt say they are providing a service. I get 0.14 mbps download and 0.00 mbps upload. I’m too far from the cabinet 2.5mls away. New cabinet 25mtrs. Complete incompetence

    @bt_uk OK, will do. I probably assumed from the information I gathered that the problem was bigger and affecting more people than it probably was.

    @bt_uk my phone doesn't work, hasn't since August. You keep working on it, keep promising dates, never do it, the date just keeps extending. No communication. Lousy customer service. Contact me asap

    @mary_suffolk @bt_uk Sorry to hear that. I asked for your help when my disabled child was out of education and EHCP support for nine months - 4 years later he's lost his whole sec education. You presided over one of the most dysfunctional organisations imaginable so wait for your kit and be thankful.
