    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @BT Just got a letter from the above. They put it up again, how can they charge us more for the world's worst internet speed. It's worse than DIAL UP from the 90's. You are an embarrassment @bt_uk . One night last weekend we got the dizzy heights of 9mb/s. 🤯

    @bt_uk I ‘upgraded’ to halo 3+ internet from BT, I got a nice hybrid modem, ‘to help if the internet goes down’ a week later I’m told I have to return it otherwise I will have to pay for it? So I’ve sent it back. How come I have to send something back that I’ve paid for already?

    @bt_uk internet down in NR18. Conflicting responses your portal says not fault @BTSopenreach say Outage but neighbours have internet, think someone being economical with truth

    Why is @btsport such a poor streaming service. Lucky if i get a minute without buffering. Is 70mb not good enough?

    @bt_uk internet is really slow and bad, when you try to contact them to solve the problem, they put you in a loop that you can't find a way to fix it, DISGRACEFUL service

    @bt_uk So my neighbour can sign up now for "Full Fibre 900" and pay £55.99 for the next 12 months, and I have to pay £62.68 a month for the same service? Is that treating customers fairly? Shouldn't we both be paying the same price? @TheFCA

    @bt_uk Just had one of your agents tell me they'll call back in 15 mins due to tech issue on your end.. 1.5 hours later... Still waiting. Poor.

    @bt_uk what happened to the Broadband guarantee in every room my internet has been "OFF" all afternoon. How many more times do I have to put up with this crap service.....
