    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @bt_uk @yavannauk Hi Mat. I have sent 3 DMs this evening. Your colleague assured me someone would be happy to help if I "still" experienced problems once the new hub was connected. Given the fault is on the line outside my home, I am indeed still experiencing problems!

    @DreyfusJames @bt_uk I was with BT for years - bloody awful: service constantly dropping out, never able to get through to anyone, disaster!

    @DreyfusJames @bt_uk Yes I know this. Had a BT manager arguing with me and calling me ‘darlin’ with respect to our four week comms blackout last year, us and six other houses. They were rude, lied and their arguments idiotic. Their infrastructure needs and overhaul , but hey shareholders come first!

    My issues with @bt_uk customer service have now closed. Yes I had disappoint when schedule appointments did not happen without any communication with myself. However, the service I have received since from customer resolutions has been exceptional. At Xmas too.

    @premrugby stupid ref and tmo, **** decision. That was a careless, dangerous jump by the Exeter player and Dingwall had absolutely no choice but to try and duck out of the way. @BTSport all said the same.

    @bt_uk I don't have 30 mins to wait on the phone so BT can give a poornexplnantion. I've had to wait at home for x2 5 hours period waiting for an engineer to come and then cancel. Hopefully another service provider will have better customer service than BT
