  @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

  @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

  @bt_uk Sort of - I was told by 3 ppl at BT it was an area outage but later found out that was incorrect & that while fixing my neighbours line, a fault was caused to mine & my other neighbours line. It’s still not been fixed but I have spoken to someone & at least been given a date.

  @btbusinesscare I’m still waiting for a call back from your team about a phone I ordered online (they need to do a security check or something). I had an email saying I missed their call and I replied saying I’m available yet I never got a call back. This was 4 hours ago.

  @bt_uk My internet has dropped out again! At what point do you upgrade us? Total loss of service having to use 4G I'm not in a 5G area. I can't even revise for my GCSEs

  @bt_uk Disgusted with continuous connectivity issues and being told by bt helpdesk there is no issues in the area when other resources tell us otherwise. Now left without Internet in the house for at least 24 hours. Great service to be working from home!!!

  @bt_uk BT SMT your team seem unable to fix my broadband. It’s now been 1 week!!! My two teenage daughters in the midst of their GCSEs are being impacted hugely being unable to access on-line revision documents. It is being made worse by the appalling communications, ironically!!
