@ifg007 @EveryCountry @bt_uk Poor Routers can limit download speed for sure. Might be worth also ensuring the router drivers are up-to-date first before just to make sure it’s not related to software issues (unlikely but worth trying everything).

@charles_farles @bt_uk Not really - they just have the most incompetent internal systems if they can’t rectify a billing issue which is blatantly obvious. No line therefore no calls it’s not complicated. The engineers have also been great, it’s just the machine behind it that’s failing.

@EveryCountry @bt_uk BT are great. I received a cheque, a final demand & a bailiffs letter in one post. It was hilarious because I wasn't even a BT customer. I rang the bailiffs & asked if we could go to court ASAP. He wasn't keen to pursue it when I told why I was keen for an early court date!
