@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

Clearly these football commentators don't understand chess. Whoever the girl is, saying it's like chess because nobody wants to go for it at the moment. Has she never heard of openings like the Sicilian or the King's Gambit? @btsport #btsport #EuropaLeague

@btsport Decent sports coverage but PLEASE stop the preaching. People watch you to see and enjoy sport, and people are turning off with your forcing opinions down their throats.

@bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove Also have this issue. The most bizarre situation. Everything works fine, until you start to stream BBC iPlayer, then it works for a couple of minutes before bricking the whole hub. The hub stops working for 5~ minutes & then resumes as normal (until the next time you try iPlayer)

@bt_uk how can I speak to someone? It's a 30 min wait... I've spent hours on the phone to you. I make an order you cancel it then reorder it and cancel it then send equipment and then ask for the equipment back or you'll charge. I can't keep wasting days chasing your bad service

@btsport @Arsenal I’ve heard better commentary on local hospital radio. It doesn’t affect the quality of the game though which is pretty poor.
