@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk any reason you’ve delivered my replacement wi-fi disc to my home address in London but the replacement smart hub to an address in Jedburgh??? Oh how I wish I’d just signed up to @CommunityFibre. I will be breaking my BT contract as the service is shocking.

@bt_uk I don’t have a phone line, but I am a @virginmedia customer. There was work being done around a BT cover outside my property apparently, is there anyway to trace if this is for cable pulling

Abysmal customer service from @bt_uk I have travelled 300miles to be here for your agreed appointment but you haven’t bothered to turn up! Enjoyed being on hold for 30 minutes only to be told I need to wait another 30 mins to speak to to your technical team. #customerservicefail

@bt_uk @LouRobinsSW Looks like it’s been roped for future FTTP cabling. It may be Openreach or another network provider using their ducts and boxes. You should have had a letter posted through your door informing you of the work.
