@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@btbusinesscare do you make a habit of overcharging people for products they dont use? You have been billing me for months for a product I NEVER agreed to. Have it all in writing. Absolute crooks

  • JimboSlice1723 Jimbo. (@JimboSlice1723) reported

@bt_uk shocking service today! Moving from a personal to business account, get charged tomorrow £320 and after being on the phone bouncing from 1 idiot to the next, the call drops out. DD cancelled as that is not owed and I will await your call or stroppy letter to sort it out

  • gandaIfbeard you_dont_know_me (@gandaIfbeard) reported

@bt_uk My network went down yesterday. The initial fix date was yesterday, but that has now been pushed to Tuesday (21st) - Would you be able to tell me what would cause such a long outage? Happy to DM

  • AVFCTranstweet ‘Emery Week We Follow’ (@AVFCTranstweet) reported

🤬Absolutely appalling service by @bt_uk , when questioned on the 14.4% increase to bills, the operators response is ‘blame the government’. Disgraceful, when questioned on the inaccuracies I was encouraged to put the phone down and ‘ask someone else’.

  • sharonmcglad Sharon McGladrigan (@sharonmcglad) reported

Finally saw light when @bt_uk engineer fixed broken fibre told we didn’t have until I try to order a TV aerial. Now starts a new saga….🤯

  • essexredE10 steveo (@essexredE10) reported

@bt_uk not according to your technical department who said it's a known problem that your new hubs dont work with skyQ.

  • liars_parade liars_parade (@liars_parade) reported

@Charl_H79 @EE @bt_uk The joke of the matter is, EE have since split their phone plan and data plans, so you get billed for the handset and your network access. I understand why prices go up, but I don’t understand why they’ve applied that increase to both the phone and the network plan.

  • Beedeedee5 H Beth D (@Beedeedee5) reported

@bt_uk well done BT! My mother has a ‘No Cold Calling’ sign on her door yet you knocked today, went in the property and convinced a vulnerable woman to change to your services. And also the service you offered had no land line despite her having a falls alarm for her safety!!

  • snazzywassock Jorichards.one (@snazzywassock) reported

@bt_uk I found out about the price in the email. But you seriously think it’s ok to discuss a price with a customer and then fail to tell them in the 20 mins chat they’ll only have that price for 11 days out of the 2 year contract? Order has been cancelled.

  • Justin187421 Justin (@Justin187421) reported

@bt_uk Okay thanks .I forgot to say I could get on via the website that's what made me think it was an app issue .
