@Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk Every frustrating phone call ends with BT claiming that they'll sort it, yet you don't. My mother has Parkinson's and other health issues, she doesn't need this continuous nonsense.

@bt_uk thank you but it was meant to be done by 8th then yesterday it said 9th today it says 10th . It’s very poor service . We are meant to be working from home but can’t . We can’t use other devices or other services. Not impressed BT

@CloudsAndShit @TyTalksTechblog @bt_uk All good stuff mostly but as it was a single tweet answer to a massive issue it was a basic answer. The internet/tech is here to stay but parents who give a **** & companies who take more responsibilities are things we can change

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk A lot of them never grew up. They had all of the tools required to block out any negative opinions, be they valid criticisms or personal insults. They never thickened their skins or changed their minds. How many times have you seen Marxism or communism trending?

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk Take the former justice minister in Scotland. A man so fragile he decided to make and eventually pass a hate crime bill carrying a 7 year sentence for saying mean words at your own dinner table over some mean tweets. He's broken his own law many times but he never gets punished.

@BTCare Finally been fixed. Didn't see your reply as no internet. Do we get compensation for lack of internet, poor customer service (from some of your employees)& the fact I had to travel to office in order to work?

@bt_uk I hope @bt_uk get shut down, you cannot treat vulnerable people like this. I think I will be taking advice from @CitizensAdvice and you can swing for your full payment.. The service I received from you was absolutely crap anyway

@bt_uk I can fit the entirety of this farce onto a tweet! Needless to say BT are amongst the worst company's to deal with. So glad I'm with Sky.

@CloudsAndShit @JasonClauson @bt_uk A better solution is to limit what your child can see or do. There are many child filters and software that allows you as a parent to decide. Not a company deciding for you.
