  @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

  @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

  @btbusinesscare What is going on with my bt account?No Internet connection from 10pm last night,unable to even use 4 or 5g, can log into account to even see if theres a problem as it wants me to use a different email for a username,only have one email which the account is under?!

  @bt_uk I do call - every Monday, get told order failed they will re-issue told to wait 3-5 days . I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL

  @bt_uk What are you doing to help stop fraudulent BT and EE scam offers reaching your own customers? These are becoming more frequent sometimes multiple ones in a day.

  Hugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution

  @bt_uk 10am this morning Internet down apparently a fault on my line earliest engineer appt Monday? 4pm this afternoon the Internet is still down, according to your line checks.....No Fault on my line. Internet however still not working. Make up your mind... Fault/No Fault?
