@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk I’m due an upgrade in February 2022 but the iPhone 13 isn’t on BT mobile but it’s with EE but I don’t want the EE network as I moved from them to BT how do I upgrade to iPhone 13 on BT network?

@bt_uk We have been without a working landline for a month!! Why am I paying for a service I can’t use and that is causing my 84 year old Nan to run up horrific bills as she has to ring me mobile constantly! ONE MONTH!

@bt_uk Consumer-resolutionteam Suzanne Perry tells me she has done a referral to BT Openreach response time 7 days. No copy of referral, no contact details, no idea when the 7 days run from. No confidence it was done and she closes my 'complaint'. Abandoned without resolution.

@bt_uk is annoying though he upgraded me from 4 to 10 gb but i bet i never use more than 2 gb i just more or less agreed to stop him mithering now im stuck with ee , there needs to be law when people phone for assistance you are not allowed to push sales on them

@bt_uk do you think keeping people on hold to your fraud department for 48 minutes with no human being shows your concern about banking safety? I’ve had to hang up now so will start the whole rigmarole again in the am. Not happy. It’s a bloody fraud department ffs.
