@bt_uk > internet has been painfully slow for days. Reset everything. Can’t do webchat as you haven’t got enough staff apparently. Getting download speed to hub approx 2.5mb; and your test screen says that is the expected speed!! What rubbish. Should be 20mb+ atleast.

Why did I stay @virginmedia so long? Broadband patchy. Helpline unhelpful & rude. Always kept waiting on line for hour +. Won’t refund a penny. 1st day @bt_uk - they’ve agreed to match a deal, took 3 mins to answer phone, solved an issue immediately & were delightful!

@bt_uk Hi, I have just ran the diagnostics for this and it says the issue won’t be fixed until 3am? It’s been down for 8 hours already, and now a further 4. It’s already affected my working day and now it’s affecting my partners as he can’t work this tonight either.

@bt_uk just upgraded to FFTP and when I speed check I am supposed to get 121MB download speeds but Netflix is buffering. What is going on as I never had this problem with previous supplier with lower speeds.
