  @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

  @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

  @bt_uk are you having broadband service issues in the Kent area? Your service checker says everything is fine & yet my broadband has been intermittent, going on & off for the last day or so. Done everything my end to fix it so assuming it's something your end.

  @ColossusNick I dunno man.. I tend to leave BTSport on and find myself switching off NXT 2/3 times a week as I’ve seen it already.. can honestly say I never watched an episode more than once until BT came along, now you can’t escape it

  My internet barely works in two of my rooms...I live in a tiny one floor flat. I have been a BT customer for 3 years now and the problem has been ongoing getting considerably worse throughout lockdown. @bt_uk

  Anyone else had a despairing experience with @btbusinesscare ? Just cancelled my installation for tomorrow without any communication nor explanation after I spent 40 minutes trying to get through. No one there seems to really give a **** that we’re trying to run a business.

  @bt_uk I have raised a complaint with your team nearly a week ago. I have had no contact from anyone at BT yet I receive a letter yesterday informing me my case is closed yet my problem hasn’t been resolved?

  Day 22 with no broadband and still @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp can't fix things. Been escalated at least 4 times and so far 6 installation dates have been missed

  @bt_uk really not happy at the moment got a problem seemingly sorted just for the same one to happen again a few weeks later and now I have to wait until Monday again for it to maybe be fixed , when I’m sure it’s not my end with the problem, very let down
