    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    Now 53 days without broadband since @bt_uk cancelled our contract with @SkyUK and still not connected. Hours on the phone just lead to excuse after excuse. Completely and utterly useless and countless promises broken

    @bt_uk Can you help?Following local work taking place my 80 year old in-laws have been left with no landline telephone. It’s been made worse by the fact that they are receiving neighbours calls and vice versa. You can’t send an engineer until Tuesday and are charging £85. 😡😡

    @bt_uk Can some person at BT explain to your customers what BT intend to do with the disaster called cloud update. when will it be repaired and why not test it before it has been released. Seems BT are quick to charge but slow to repair

    @bt_uk Thanks. I had a call but was on hold for 38 minutes with no resolution (3 hours of calls in total now). Advisor named James said he apply a £50 credit to account which is yet to arrive and still no resolution to original issue.

    Everyone so ya self a favour an don't use @bt_uk landline or broadband they're so unreliable. 4th week of phone an internet goin off. Pootang doesn't describe how pootang they are. 4 customer service calls an 2 engineers cudnt fix it so now on to my 5th call an 3rd engineer.

    In one year, we've had 100 days of no internet with @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp. That's pretty crap right?
