  @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

  @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

  I recently changed my tv and bb provider from @bt_uk to @EE the system was supposed to be a straight transition withe same quality of elements but the EE system is rubbish and it is almost impossible to speak to someone to help

  @BTCare been told there is no possible resolution to a system error in YOUR company so I either pay nearly double what you quoted or leave. CEO must be proud. Customer care at its worst #donotbuy #Complaints #BTscams

  @btbusinesscare What is going on with my bt account?No Internet connection from 10pm last night,unable to even use 4 or 5g, can log into account to even see if theres a problem as it wants me to use a different email for a username,only have one email which the account is under?!
