@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk Internet has gone down. The diagnostic bot and the troubleshooter both say that there are network issues in my area. However, the system status says no issues. I think I know which one is right - hint - not the System Status....

@bt_uk guys I wanted Friday 5 hrs for move connection- u no show. I called Saturday for one Hr- wanting to cancel contract.. was asked to give u last chance. Now waiting for a call back.. last year and this year you failed me. What next? Love to be connected for good

@btsport I’ve just waited 45mins to get through to one of your customer service reps about cancelling my subscription and she couldn’t hear me! She was called Helen, my phone wasn’t on mute and I could hear her perfectly well. She hung up. What a rubbish service

Another cancelled appointment from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk today. 8 weeks after placing order for BT full fibre, still nothing. @virginmedia not looking so bad now
