@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk Because Openreach/BT won't install fibre here but strangely, AirBand is. As we are rural, decision made to use 'existing infrastructure ', i.e. wooden poles rather than put in underground conduit. Cheap and ugly solution.

@bt_uk Well that’s the problem - I can’t work them out. I suspect it’s to do with me moving my number to another provider?

@bt_uk Jenny this is nothing personal but I won’t if that’s ok. I’ll be on the blower tomorrow to cancel, will probably have to be the mobile because the landlines probably knackered as well...

I get so many robot sales calls on @BTCare landline & no amount of blocking works. Scammers have many BT numbers (all with STD codes - diff one each time). BT can't do anything to help. And yet... these numbers are allotted to scammers ... by BT! Bye bye landline.

@myeyemyview @Northlakesuk @bt_uk I'm sad. But I talk to them. See you gets bored first. I ask them questions about the weather !!!! Usually results in phone being put down by them. Feel better for wasting a bit more of their time. Pillock's the lot of them.
