My internet just cut out for what I think must be the 6th or 7th time this weekend. @bt_uk doing their very best, as usual, to thwart the notion that watching TV by streaming is a viable option. I don’t know if it’s their routers that are jank, but their ‘guarantees’ mean zilch.

@JustMyFish1 @bt_uk Well it would be very stupid for the companies to be outsourcing their customer services to places like India without providing a remote like for them to log into their network and see exactly what the problem is that the customers are calling about. But I get your point.

@bt_uk Hey there, no not fixed yet. It saying I will be resolved in 80 days which is totally unacceptable considering we are ment to be work from home and cannot go to work. It will be helpful if a more realistic date of fix be given.

@bt_uk Been repeatedly experiencing periods of high latency with both wi-fi and ethernet multiple times per day. Checking network for any high usage and scanned all connected devices and cannot find anything causing the issues.
