@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk I'm paying £58.99 a month for Halo 3 the connection is so bad its been like this for wks now I'm thinking of leaving BT it's ridiculous

@RoyalMailHelp Thank you @RoyalMail. I did what was asked of me, and so did you, thank you. I have proof of postage and your website shows the delivery being made on 31.05.22. So the issue is with @bt_uk, not either of us!

@bt_uk can you get someone to actually come and fix our internet. It works fine no issues 80% of the time. Then we spend days and or weeks suffering with like no speeds. Please this is a joke and a rip off quite frankly.

@bt_uk shockingly poor service. Three weeks notice that we are moving home. Two weeks in new home and still no broadband. Spending hours calling and having to repeat information. No satisfactory resolutions offered despite over 15 years as a broadband customer!

@bt_uk i keep getting emails for me to return a hub that i never received when i was with you.... i was out of the country when it was meant to have been delivered so @RoyalMail should have returned it after failed attempts
