    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @bt_uk My login via Safari is fine via wireless broadband. The broadband is reported slow by several contacts in this area.

    @bt_uk so Bt how is it that I got an answer from Sky within 5 mins I ordered everything within 20mins and had email confirmation when I got off the phone? But with you 45mins wait and someone puts the phone down???

    You know what really help with your viewing figures @btsport @BBL ? More adverts, I've almost managed to watch at least 6 consecutive minutes without someone screaming at me to buy a peloton bike or a wife beater burying aftershave in the desert and it's terrible

    @MarcAllera @bt_uk @EE I moved house on the 27th Nov and BT were schedule for Saturday the 28th Nov. At the 11th hour you cancelled and reset the date for today 10th Dec. Today we got service but our neighbours lost service and we got their number. I waited 5 hours for a response help!

    Luckily @bt_uk have an appointment to fix the problem their contractor caused next week. Guess I won’t work and the kids won’t homeschool for a week then....

    @bt_uk there is a new issues with my BT TV box. Whenever I try and catchup on an ITV channel or open the ITV Hub app, the box freezes and has to be restarted
