@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@smooyacs @virginmedia @bt_uk They want you to log into your router to find incoming traffic from foreign IP's, find out what ISP owns it and contact them directly to tell them to stop their customer from ddosing Bit much to ask a customer to do that themselves I think lol. Good luck getting a response

Hey @bt_uk! I’ve been ghosted twice by engineers in two days after reporting poor connectivity on the 18th. Now the UNBREAKABLE Fibre 900 has been disconnected and won’t be looked until at least Tuesday. Since moving to Fibre 900 it has been non-stop problems. Shameful.

Tried to upgrade my broadband to full fibre back in December, a ******* epic saga ensues, the latest being told by @bt_uk they can't can fix their cable duct running to my house until APRIL. Five months to get carry out a simple upgrade
