@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

@bt_uk Hi Jordan. We’ve spoken to numerous people over the past 48 hours but unfortunately no. We’ve got a priority appointment on the telephone exchange which would be great in theory but it still doesn’t help as the line has not been connected to the pole.

@bt_uk We had an engineer booked twice for a visit as no internet, no-one turned up. We have a product purchased through @SkyUK, the service is appalling. We are being told that there is an external fault by BT, but no update at all! Sky blames BT and vise versa!

@Greg_Peth We switched to @bt_uk 12-18 months ago and they’ve been dreadful. They’ve never cleared an outstanding order on the account so we have never been able to add to the package, so that has meant no HD tv the whole time. Phone them and you get passed along and told…

@bt_uk No it didn't help. I tried Firefox , Edge & Chrome all the same. Loaded the BT APP & watched the footy through that. Our Broadband cable was cut a few weeks ago & an engineer switched over to another wire , maybe something to do with that ?

@bt_uk i’ve done the fix and support texts but both have said the wifi is fine, even though we’ve been sat on 1mb or less since 10am this morning
