@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

  • shanedonnelly43 shane donnelly (@shanedonnelly43) reported from Dromore, Northern Ireland

@Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

@bt_uk My broadband hasn’t been working since 4pm yesterday when it randomly stopped and the LOS red light came on. I have no telephone number to be able to check if it is a general service outage in the area or a problem with my own broadband.

  • paulgreenslade_ Paul (@paulgreenslade_) reported

@bt_uk got mine in the last batch so glad i could pay a decent price :D so glad i'm a bt customer

  • ahmpreston Alex Preston (@ahmpreston) reported

@bt_uk We both work from home and this is having a meaningful financial impact. The communication from BT has been confused and inadequate. Please let us know when we can expect a working service.

  • billyogrady Billy O’Grady (@billyogrady) reported

@bt_uk I have sent a DM. Please respond as I am relying on the broadband service to work remotely at home, which as it stands, I am unable to do.

  • billyogrady Billy O’Grady (@billyogrady) reported

@bt_uk I am paying for Full Fibre 100 broadband - download speed is currently 20Mbps. Is there a network problem in my area, if so when will this be resolved?

  • irish_mufc_fan 🇮🇪☘️Ross Egan #MUFC 🇮🇪☘️ (@irish_mufc_fan) reported

@btsport is it a waste of time bringing in Ten Hag to #mufc if the hierarchy isn't right? At Ajax he has a support network and they all work off same hymn sheet. The reason previous manager hasn't worked at United is manager and hierarchy have different agendas

  • BigNonVeganDave BND For All (@BigNonVeganDave) reported

Hi @bt_uk My internet stopped working at the exact moment I moved a cable (at your request) Are you sure it's a major fault affecting the local area that can't be fixed until March 1st? Because no-one else with BT round here is reporting any problems, so that seems unlikely

  • willthechefg will (@willthechefg) reported

@btbusinesscare @Joe_inertia Joke of a company, fix the issues that customers pay for

  • TomBertie Tom Burton (@TomBertie) reported

Thank you @bt_uk for looking into this. The issue now appears to be resolved. Frustrating (and a little bizarre) that it happened but the response is appreciated

  • DC_50 Dan Coleman (@DC_50) reported

@bt_uk To be honest I’d settle for someone that can actually provide the broadband I pay for! 6 days with no connection now & you just keep moving the fix date forward every day! I assume you will be giving customers a refund for the days without service?
