    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @btsport sort your app out.. paid for a monthly pass Saturday. Worked ok but tonight it’s down. Not why I paid £25! From other comments not unusual for this to happen. Top it all off, kept getting cut of on the online chat after waiting long periods.

    @bt_uk Hi BT, my broadband is yet again useless, I have tried to report it and you log it as a phone line fault which you received 6 days ago and no action from you. Its impossible to contact you hence the twitter message. Not a good service !

    @bt_uk Hi. I had btsport 3 on my phone but it 'stuttered' for a bit. However, all now seems ok. I was on webchat & chat person said had many complaints re same issue.

    @bt_uk @hampshirebus maybe speak to your online chat people - i have been hanging on for an hour trying to solve same problem - something wrong with NOW TV i think many people are same
