  @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

  @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

  @bt_uk Yes. I’ve just spent 1.5 hours on the phone to a BT guide, for the 4th time in the last 2 months to try and get my issue resolved. After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.

  @bt_uk After spending 5 minutes on your automated system I’ve given up, let’s hope someone sues you and may be your service will improve.

  @bt_uk I don’t really want to raise a complaint. It’s basic looking after people and that’s what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.

  @bt_uk my mother phone line has a fault and it is not working I have brought new phones and this has not changed the issue. I need help as my mum has dementia.

  How does anyone manage without a mobile phone? Our @bt_uk internet & phone are down so only way of contacting is by mobile 🙄

  @bt_uk Have finally spoken to someone this am. Despite it being a similar fault rectified by openreach in the past somewhere down the track, was told nothing BT could do & suggested I try a different b/b provider!! Only after making a massive fuss I now have an open reach appt on Mon

  @bt_uk we’ve been without broadband in Bramley, Guildford for 4 days now and customer service says it’s OpenReach “plans” to restore service by 31st of August? This is unacceptable.
