@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk That's the number where I started, but it's impossible to talk to anyone. If I report any kind of problem it starts an automated bot that tests the line then sends an engineer. I *just* *need* *to* *talk* *to* *someone*!

@KateOsborneMP @RichardBurgon @bt_uk It’s only because they were caught out. If a member of the public had argued, they would not of backed down nor admitted any wrongdoing.

@bt_uk I was supposed to have an engineer come today between 1pm and 6pm and no one turned up. I appreciate it's bad weather but a courtesy call wouldn't have hurt would it. When will they be coming?

@btsport UFC. What's happened to the enhanced player on browser, where the event is broken down into chapters and you can just straight to the start of any fight.

@bt_uk Hi there, I’ve tried that but the code for Panasonic (3846) doesn’t work. The light blinks on the remote but the TV doesn’t respond no matter how long you hold it down for?

@bt_uk That answers my question. You obviously don't own the fibre network in my street. Thus you are now charging me triple the price at 5% of the new speed. My customer loyalty to BT for 11 years is now costing me money.
