@Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@SkyHelpTeam Do we get a reduced bill for the upcoming month given that we're unable to utilise the service and you haven't provided us with a way to connect to the internet? @bt_uk offer a backup service should their customers have a disruption. I assume you don't...

@bt_uk Hi, I just booked an engineer for this Wednesday for a slow connection broadband fault. Whilst on the BT app I also upgraded to Halo 3, which is being installed on 8th March. Should I keep the first appointment to fix the fault? Or cancel (as I'm getting a new service?)

Can @bt_uk hurry up and fix the broadband in my area? Cause my data isn’t working great and I heavily rely on the internet to get my work done…it’s been 18 hours now 🙃

@bt_uk hiya, your website suggests there’s no issues in our area (SW17) but our router has been blinking a pink light for hours now despite multiple resets - is there an issue in the area? We can’t get through on the phone either!

@bt_uk @EE and their subsidiary dept 'Enjoy', sorry to cancel my contract with you at BT but due to the benal way the company 'Enjoy' work's who were supposed to set up my phone twice, I was left with no alternative to cancel, they're a completely useless load of idiots serious

@bt_uk Thanks Alan although the letter clearly indicates the need to go back to BT if no solution is offered. We both agree that @YaleHomeUK have been told but as they are not offering a solution (yet) and it’s BT pulling the plug, what do you suggest…?
