    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @bt_uk Best way to see check if something is repaired check with customer @bt.com. Not close issue because engineers did not turn up Neighbour same issue all sorted with engineer visit Me re book for Monday because you forgot to connect Internet on pole replacement

    @Plusnet @bt_uk It's been reported on PN, BT and EE forums now but there seems to be a regional issue with your GGC cache (specifically affecting some in the North West / Wales and Midlands) When Connecting to rr5---sn-cu-cime7 and others there's a bad initcwnd that lowers speed

    @bt_uk Yet still the internet is so slow and has been for weeks Ive done all the checks and found several people in my area experiencing the same problem. It's not good enough

    @Alonso_GD Along with everything else. I have had to write to @bt_uk hard copy / snail mail because they cannot resolve issues with my #Landline digitally. However that was posted last #Wednesday 20.05.2026. Given the thousands and thousands of pounds they have extracted throughout my life?

    @HooverMouse @bt_uk I spent nearly 2 hours on the 'phone being passed,after a long wait, to one person after another, only to be told there was no problem! Been going on for days.

    @btbusinesscare I need someone to get in touch please. Really not happy with the customer service we have received. Our broadband has been off now for over 2 weeks. You have closed the fault off as complete, when nobody attended despite you promising to come to the premises.

    @BTGroup @bt_uk @BTCare Good morning, I have been trying to login to my account the last few days with the correct login information and 2FA but stuck in a continuous loop of entering the info and then telling my my session has timed out pls help! I have tried pw reset too
