    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @BTCare is there an issue with your Voice Over LTE? Doesn’t seem to be an option for it on my iPhone 13 Pro.

    @bt_uk having bother using bt mobile on the Isle of Man. I have enabled roaming on the phone but phone just reports no service. Any ideas appreciated.

    @bt_uk One is on wired the rest of wifi is none are working. As I said, my bf is IT he tried it all since days. The problem is from YOUR side which is why so many people report YOUR Internet down just sort the issue it’s a nationwide issue with BT…

    @bt_uk Really deflated after spending 30 minutes on poor chat service offered by BT. All i wanted was if BT could recommend a wifi extension model that is compatible with my router as the last one i bought didn’t work. I didn’t realise how pants the customer services options are

    Update from @bt_uk @BritishTelecom "The fault is still being worked on by Openreach as of 07.59 this morning. We are awaiting an update." Of course it is...and Margaret is STILL an extremely vulnerable 95 years old lady, living alone, with NO family - she's been your customer for
