After a catalogue of errors over months the day after closing complaint @bt_uk have cut off my 83 year old parents land line for the second time in error. No phone for 10 days & now can't guarantee they can keep their number which they've had for over 45 years! @Ofcom pls help

@btbusinesscare Utterly useless service. Our line going to another number. BT say will be fixed yesterday at 4pm. Isn’t. Told 4pm today. Isn’t. Do they contact us? No.

@bt_uk I have an engineer booked to come out on Tuesday, they said it was to fix the fault which i am assuming means they will fit a phoneline into my flat
