@bt_uk @CharCressweII If you cancel and change, any work that has been done stops (any work permits for access/roadworks are cancelled). Your new provider will then start all over again, leading to more delays. Your best bet is stick with this order until it’s completed.

@bt_uk Moreover, even if she did withhold her number and we had unticked that box surely that would simply mean that we didn't receive calls form withheld numbers? The problem is that her number (and no other numbers) keeps getting added to our blacklist.

@bt_uk @ChrisMaslanka I have made multiple reports to the support team about my account being banned and nothing came out of it till i got to know about Unitask_assist on Instagram through a friend. I decided to give it a try and everything came out positive, I’m sure he’ll be of help to you

Been trying to speak to a real peron at #BT all morning, we have no landline phone. All you can get is a recorded message. We are not impressed and will be going elsewhere in future. Rubbish customer service @BT @bt_uk

@bt_uk put my code in to but ps5 with extra controller. Logged in to complete purchase and it left my basket and now says my code has been used. How can I fix this to complete the purchase?

@btsport Disappointed at poor rugby coverage over the weekend. Last season coverage was a feast. Not everyone is able to get to a live match for all sorts of reasons. Poor show BT Sport

@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.
