    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @bt_uk But why is the aerial suddenly a problem ? We havent changed anything It must be just a problem with the transmitter ?

    @bt_uk my 95 year old mother has been left with no phone for 5 WEEKS. Forced by BT to go digital but engineers and @openreach unable to solve this. She lives alone and her fall alarm is inoperable until this is fixed. We try every day to get an answer with none given. HELP!

    @BTCare what exactly is “signalling congestion” on BT TV box? Lost all my Terrestrial HD channels and had to contact you to get fixed, advisor said it was an issue with the box and signalling congestion but was unable to explain exactly what this was!

    @bt_uk in a house of 8 uni students and we’ve had no wifi for 10 days now. Our landlord informed you of this issue on the 4/09, an engineer was meant to visit on various days last week, no one turned up. We are still without wifi and have had no further updates. Please help.

    @Ofcom Thank you, I've done what I can do up to this date. It's not just the fault, it's the constant lies from @bt_uk, lies about fix dates, lies about phoning me to update me.

    @bt_uk It’s for my mum who is 85 lives alone has no other means of contacting me unless I go round to her...god forbid there is any emergency in next few days...that’s the urgency..she doesn’t use a mobile

    @bt_uk But as mentioned on your website and from the conversation I had last Sunday with one of your agents, BT was supposed to provide this with my install as I am a fibre phone customer. Because I upgraded from FTTC to FTTP, my digital voice service was eligible for the BBU unit.
