@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk i reported a fault with my phone line 05/1/23 that was due to be fixed 09/01/23 - its still not working, cant get through to a human being to discuss, no updates given... fault tracker just keeps saying will be fixed that day but hasnt been, its been over a week now?

@bt_uk how rubbish are you I’m moving house and you can’t install my WiFi for 7 weeks !!!! I’ve given you 3 week’s notice!!! I work from home !!! Contract cancellation will be happening with no penalties as you can’t provide me a service !!!

@bt_uk Apparently not raring to help me as I keep getting conflicting advice from every BT person I speak to or message. Been told my lack of internet is an area wide issue yet no one else in my town seems to be affected. Inefficient

@bt_uk has the internet gone down around Leicestershire? Hub is a pink/purple colour and I have no connectivity what so ever? Restarted hub and still saying it
