@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@OpenreachHelp It’s @bt_uk honestly we had broadband and now we don’t and for some reason have to have a new line fitted which can’t be done to 31st when open reach can come do it, so you are both aware of this issue it’s been escalated with BT

Terrible service @bt_uk House move booked in midNov. Date for connect given Dec6, follow up says can’t meet date, updated to Dec16, BUT house no incorrect &cannot be amended!! They CANCEL original order. Almost 2hr call & date Jan22! Plus I heard ‘see if u can get a £ out of her

@bt_uk you guys are really rubbish (being polite). After moving house over a month ago I still don't have Internet and now offered 23rd December... Helpful for someone who lives with a person who is at risk... What do I need to do to get bloody broadband! @ThreeUK can you help?

@bt_uk Hi Lisa. But we had open reach previously. They came and fitted a master socket. Said that had done everything. When the bt engineer was suppose to arrive they never did.... Not exactly confidence boosting...

@btsport Starting a campaign to highlight dubious BT practices. Businesses are obliged to treat consumers fairly. For BT to take payments twice from me and refuse a full refund after it has been proven is unacceptable. Please RT if you agree.
