    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @btbusinesscare Does not work - reported our Business line was fine - turns out you have a Nationwide Business Broadband issue with sites having a Static public IP....you have failed to let customers know this is a problem and wasted so much time. Unprofessional and Unacceptable.

    @bt_uk Sent you the DM just looking for an update on when it’s going to be fixed. I use the WiFi for work so I can’t do anything right now and BT have been very poor for updates on what happening and when it’s being fixed

    Absolutely shocking service from an @EE representative in their Southampton store. Mis-selling their broadband package while telling me that I was at the end of my @bt_uk contract and now incurring a £50 early termination fee.
