@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk The issue is he has to go outside to try and get a signal, I am on Virgin and my mom is on O2 and the signals are ok, the old phone he had before the signal from EE/BT was very poor, I think you phoning would be better, I will ask him.

@bt_uk Your broadband my be decent but the BT Sports App is awful and buffers regardless of how good the broadband is, so this advert is true of the app on your own broadband

@bt_uk It is with BT, the costs for it go onto the home phone bill, it is my dad who has the issue, it's his mobile and it is connected to his home phone bill, just to be clear.

@btbusinesscare @natasha_b14 How are you getting on? Our issue started on Sept 15th and engineer not due until March 1st so if we reach 6 month I am going to bake a cake and send it to BT!
