We’ll try to fix the issue straight away, according to the BT code of practice so @bt_uk I'm wondering why that call I was promised on Saturday hasn't happened?

@JamesStant @bt_uk I'd recommend Zen Internet, if you're looking for something new. Great customer service and very little service disruption, if any so far.

@bt_uk not happy with the service we are getting got no Internet, so can't work from home,loss of income,no engineer until Monday, no apologies or offer of compensation

@SecretInktattoo @TruroHour We went back to @bt_uk Not everyone's fave I know, but they work for us. No problems and tariff is reasonable
