@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

Dont usually post but feel compelled. @btsport's coverage of the ashes is easily the worst thing I've ever seen (and paid for). Aussie commentary is excruciating, Matt Smith flapping about, teribble. Only upshot is Isa Guha who has been fantastic. Thanks.

@bt_uk whole street FTTP is down (checked with neighbours), north Emmbrook, Wokingham. Have reported a fault our end (red LOS light on Openreach modem). Any idea if this has been accepted as a major area fault as yet?

@bt_uk btw, is it normal for the internet to drop out for a few minutes occasionally in the first 2 weeks of the new router? I know this one isn't my poor understanding of plugs :D

@bt_uk @openreach Poor planning, complex processes and a bad supplier is not just the responsibility of the @bt_uk home movers team - they have been absolutely fantastic when speaking to them. They are stuck, just the same as us
