    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @astro_timpeake I live exactly between ipswich and Colchester so not in the middle of nowhere and I get 13 down and 1.8 up. That’s the max that @bt_uk can provide. Shocking in 2022.

    @bt_uk Doesnt matter now, I'm going ahead and cancel because I'm rejoining virgin media BT have been great, zero issues but the speeds you offer in my area which is the most populated in Grimsby just isnt enough thesedays In 2022 you really should be offering more than 70mb/s

    @bt_uk any television, telephone or broadband I've now been told they are coming Friday to just set up the phone line, I've never known anything as ridiculous, I'm at home most of the week because of my disability and rely on these to keep in contact with the outside Parmstrong

    @johnmclear @bt_uk Bad news, they are going to charge £7 a month for a static IP. More bad news: BRSK use CGNAT as standard.

    If I have nowtv sport through my BT internet account, and previously had a NOWTV account that was transferred to BT.....which password do I use to sign in to the nowtv app? #BTsport #NowTV #lfc

    Hi @bt_uk I've got no broadband (whole village seems cut off) but the only way to report it on your website is by sending a text with our landline number. I have no landline nor do neighbours. Surely this is a common problem. Help

    @bt_uk That's very disappointing, as it does result in a poorer online experience and didn't happen with my previous provider (@EE which is ironically the same company now). I'm unlikely to renew with BT after my contract period if they don't support location services.
