@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk Do you think that is good service ? 3 days ? Poor service !!!! I will be cancelling my contract / BT not fit for purpose - 30 days of outages and a router exchange —- poor poor I want to escalate this to highest level
