@bt_uk bought bt broadband on June 11th, waited till July 8th for the router to be dispatched. It’s never worked. I’ve had 3 different excuses and 3 different engineer call outs and still no internet in august. #btbroadband #disgrace

@BTCare returned my equipment weeks ago when I closed my service. Kept proof of postage. Just had second reminder to return my kit. Can you please confirm you’ve received it. I do not want the hassle of you charging me and refunding because it takes 3 weeks to process. Thanks

@Charles_Sellers @bt_uk I’m with you. The standard is ridiculous, I couldn’t get through on a call so went on the chat to find out when a manager was calling me about my open complaint, been waiting since Wednesday! Only to have the incompetent agent close my complaint down!! FUMING!!

@staplenick @bt_uk @JohnStapletonTV Email the CEO Philip Jansen about BT’s Breech of Contract as they are charging you for a service that they are not providing. I received a phone call same evening from their executive team and they sorted the issue straight away (after months of asking)
