Ali B (@just_ali_b) reported@_MissieBee @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk My parents pay over £100 monthly for Sky (no idea how - I assume because they just left it being more elderly). Their internet is terrible (only decent in one room & catch-up takes forever to download). I pay half that with Virgin Media. Looking into for them as not impressed.
-
Vaughan63 (@Vaughan63GP) reported@astro_timpeake I live exactly between ipswich and Colchester so not in the middle of nowhere and I get 13 down and 1.8 up. That’s the max that @bt_uk can provide. Shocking in 2022.
-
Kirsty (@KirstyRo1986) reported@bt_uk not sure how you think it’s acceptable to put BT Sport up from £17.99 to £29.99 a month…. After emailing to say it would be £19.99. Now being told that’s not valid! My dad has been a loyal customer for years and this is how you treat him
-
Edward J Plum (@Eddie_Plum) reported@bt_uk Sorry, but that's untrue. Websites and apps think I'm in Northern Ireland, so I get adverts for "local" services in Belfast which aren't relevant and when I want to find my nearest retailer, it's an Irish one and the one down the road is 200 miles away. It's bad service.

DAVID GILLANDERS (@MINISR) reported@bt_uk you need to get your act together poor customer relationship and no idea of products Virgin seem to have you beat
