  @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

  @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

  @bt_uk my phone line to my house from the telegraph pole has been damaged and is hanging down really low to the ground can you send an engineer to reattach it asap

  @btbusinesscare I can’t get through to you on any numbers to cancel. If I try contact to buy something I get through easily but then NO help when I want to cancel

  @btbusinesscare please cancel my order as you seem incapable of delivering a service and can’t even manage to transfer me to a supervisor to escalate my complaint when you change my installation yet again - that’s almost 4 weeks waiting now 🙁

  @WeAreOpenreach OR sent a text this am saying my fault had been FIXED. However, the landline is STILL dead and has been dead since March 10th. I live alone and am a pensioner. @bt_uk @Ofcom Help!

  @bt_uk Everyone's new BT fibre phoneline is going out to random less than a minute orange light outages at the moment and the internet going down with it. Here in Feltham mine has oranged lighted random times for 1 week since last Friday and did it into this Friday and on to this Sunday

  @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on
