@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

.@bt_uk & @WeAreOpenReach - experiencing persistent low broadband speeds in the NP16 6NJ area. The BT website check says there are no issues in this area - I beg to differ. The service is persistently below the guaranteed minimum

@bt_uk Engineer has been thanks. Can't fix it. 7th housecall he's made with same problem. Said it needs to be passed @WeAreOpenreach How much longer before it's fixed? Over 48 hrs lost now due to engineer being called out 1st when info provided with initial complaint saying not just us

@bt_uk once again our BT Broadband has let us down. Trying to watch the Masters and ruined by Internet outage again. Final straw. Cancelling BT tomorrow. Unreliable and frustrating.

@bt_uk Thanks Claire. My trust level is pretty low right now. I was told last week that a complaint would be raised on my behalf with @WeAreOpenreach by BT, but no evidence of this exists on my BT record.

@BTCare I’m not going to spend a bank holiday on hold to god knows when trying to cancel a service . It should be available online to cancel, it’s the 21st century.

@BTCare hi, subscribed channels sky sports are not working. Error code IPC6007. Have restarted hub and youview box and still not working. Please can you help?
