@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk whenever I chromecast any of BT Sport 4 upwards via the app to my tv I get a lot of buffering. It made the Chelsea game last night unwatchable and the Rangers game tonight is also affected. However when I cast BT Sport 1-3 there's no issue at all. Is this a known issue?

@bt_uk We are paying for a service that we can not access due to the need to reset a password that can only be done by calling. Completely unacceptable!
