Mark Howell (@MarkTheSnap) reportedSo, this new digital voice from @bt_uk If the internet is down you can't use your landline. Guess what, the internet is down so we don't have a phone. We can't get a mobile signal in our area, that's why we have a landline. This is progress apparently.

Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.
