    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @bt_uk Hi Catherine. I have my land line, broadband and 5 mobile phone sims with BT. I was offered a £60 token gesture to put towards my @ThreeUK sim but when I pay BT about £1200 a year and have been customer for over 20 years i found this unexceptable.

    @bt_uk @KieHooper Yes. I had great satisfaction of canceling my bt broadband today with 14 days as it never worked from day 1. Have gone over to 3 mobile 5g which is only £10/month. Box came next day and just plus in

    @bt_uk Genuine question.. if an engineer visits to do maintenance at a home.. is it normal to get the base station/homehub reconnected and leave it to the customer to reconnect all of the discs??

    @bt_uk Why has the complaint file been closed, when we are yet to receive resolution on the billing for old address, refund and confirmation of the new billing details at correct price?

    @bt_uk Hi Sharon thanks it says resolution at 4.40 but it said the same yesterday and nothing happened - how can we be sure this will be resolved

    @sarahuntley @bt_uk We’ve literally spent months trying to sort it out. It has now been agreed by engineers that it’s a problem in our street. We just want to terminate our contract without fees so we can get fibre (which BT can’t provide here)

    @bt_uk Shocking level of service. Was promised a separate business account at home but BT couldn't do this and now want a cancellation fee!!

    @MartinSLewis we’ve had problems with our @bt_uk broadband since 16th April as in slow broadband speed and dropping connection. After at least 8 engineer visits (inc 2 no shows) we’re still in the same position. They won’t terminate our contract without fees!
