    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @bt_uk your mobile service support is non existent. No service since 26th and update will be 06/01 RIing to complain. Promised a call from a manager - Wayne at 20.18 and still no response.

    @primevideosport @alanshearer McManaman is awful as a commentator and pundit. Whoever listened to him on BTsport and thought "let's get him on board" seriously needs to give their head a wobble

    @bt_uk Thanks Scott for your response, I can confirm that after I called yesterday that I was informed of a further delay until the next ‘review date’. To resolve the issue it would be great to have an engineer assigned to complete the work.

    @bt_uk have texted 65075 twice to get my PAC code but no reply as yet. Been more than 2 hours since the first text. Is this service not available?

    @TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

    @bt_uk probably worst internet provider. Had more of a reliable connection with dial up. Can’t work from home because it’s that bad! #avoid #problems
