MiltonKeynesCAB (@MK_CAB) reported@btbusinesscare IMP-161473302 - still unresolved despite being opened in first week of December. Escalated in January and still unresolved. We need a resolution , not updates advising us you're still 'working on it'. The impact on our clients isn't acceptable.

Simon (@thfcsimonm) reported@bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives ‘ look into it ‘ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

You've forced us to switch over from copper to fibre, but then you haven't made the actual switch and just thought its easier to charge us for both services. Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged £50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!

Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, it’s dangerous and a disgrace and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
