@btbusinesscare why do your staff keep lying to me ? Why does it take 5 months to get ecc charges set out. Customer care is disgraceful . How difficult must it be to speak to someone who has authority to tell me what is going on. Answer =impossible

@btbusinesscare I tried the links you sent for WhatsApp and got absolutely nowhere, BT customer service is absolutely terrible. I can't emphasise how bad your customer service is.

@BTCare @bt_uk #openreach What ever you are doing in Guildford GU4 areas, stop ******* around or fix it! Full fibre HBB has been **** all day! Constant disconnects and reconnects! It's simply not good enough!

@btbusinesscare IMP-161473302 - still unresolved despite being opened in first week of December. Escalated in January and still unresolved. We need a resolution , not updates advising us you're still 'working on it'. The impact on our clients isn't acceptable.

@btbusinesscare broadband cable has come down in the road and now several residential and business premises without broadband for 4 days. Estimated repair date moves forward on a daily basis. How long will this take? Will I receive a discount off my bill for no service?

@bt_uk @BTCare tiniest bit of snow and now internet is down, absolute scammers, scam half the country with your £40 for 50mb packages absolutely terrible company youfibre will put u out of business in a few years

@btbusinesscare Disappointing to hear you are penalising loyal customers for paying slightly late. Most of the Country, especially small businesses are struggling and yet if you are late with your bill payment, you charge loyal customers £40. Hidden in your T&C's. Terrible.....
