    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @bt_uk Aye right. Phoned on 3 occasions to fix fault. Took 3 separate days off work and nobody turned up. Told senior person would phone and again nobody did cancelled mid contract and accepted by bt that they had failed me. Shambles of a company.

    @bt_uk Hiya, we ended up calling BT again and got some answers. Turns out there is an external problem which is due to be fixed this week. Thank you for your help :)

    @bt_uk . I only signed up because you promised to be better than Virgin and now no sport works all. Poor lad to be fair tried his best to get it going but the account won't take it and it could take a week to fix. It's not even been in a month. Total disgrace and unacceptable

    @bt_uk We’ve been customers for less than 3 weeks and you’re already increasing prices! Please could you advise on our right to cancel / cool off period?
