    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @bt_uk been without phone and broadband for over 24 hrs, can you help getting it fixed as a priority as it is an external fault

    @geordiegixxer @bt_uk I was the same. Mine was always dropping out. Speed only ever seemed to get better when I complained and then it was back to the minimum. I lost broadband and phone for weeks at a time. Now with Virgin, fantastic speed of 500 MB, no issues so far.

    @bt_uk On Tv ads they say only £20. And to get this refund he have to suffer for 30days. If less than 30days you don't get anything. Avoid BT it's a scam.. speeds are very poor. CS is even worse. You will end up speaking to at least 5 different reps b4 u give up.

    @bt_uk Yeah sorry, the lights blink on for a couple of seconds randomly but nothing on long term is what I meant (character limit is a problem). I’ll DM now

    @petermoreve @robhatchtv @btsport We have DAZN. Sometimes it’s great. Other times the reception is so bad as to be unwatchable.

    @bt_uk Just got them now, saying how the line from BT to my home is fine, and linked me an ebook on improving my speed, i’ve done the stuff in the booklet already and am still having an issue with speed, i’m going to check the cable going into my box, otherwise i’m lost, thanks so far:)

    @bt_uk 93 yr old mother left without landline for over a week. Only form of comms. Please fix as priority.
