@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk Another call and more lies. Why call me to discuss a hybrid connection - which another advisor claims doesn’t exist. Talk about clueless! Even told the issue could last up to three months! Time to contact the Ombudsman and Trading Standards.

@hackneycouncil Hi @bt_uk! Please see my Tweet above. One of your phone boxes is currently in the running for worst-kept in the country. Assuming you don't have plans to clean this up - I have an idea to turn this into a mini art gallery or book swap. Shall we chat? 👋🏼

@bt_uk No. BT is trying to bully me into getting it though, but I maintain that I live in a tiny 2 up 2 down terrace alone and shouldn’t need bells and whistles wifi to get a basic service.

@bt_uk hey folks does this hot weather create issues with broadband? I did the troubleshooting thing on your site and got a fault (and an engineer booking) but wasn't sure if the weather played a part or not
