@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk @BTCare evening. Home broadband cut out suddenly this evening. Line checks suggest no issues, router making a "clicking" noise every few minutes, constant flashing orange light. Hard reset not fixed. Fear the Smart Hub 2 has given up the ghost.

Wow @bt_uk... first you cancel our internet, then we have to spend over an hour on the phone setting it back up, and also told we have to wait weeks to be reconnected, then you double charge us, and now after waiting in a queue for over and hour you hang up on me. Thanks.

@BTCare @bt_uk possibly the worst two week’s of customer ‘service’ I’ve experienced. Please don’t ask me to DM you, I’ve done that lots. Please just check my account details and get someone who doesn’t cut me off mid call to sort it out. Thanks

@bt_uk terrible installation service today. No discussion with engineer who left without telling us. Our master socket in the (tiny) hall- how are we supposed to connect BT TV???

@BTCare I’m a highly disappointed customer who have experienced a shoddy service from BT since switching to them and need I say I regret this switching. The last straw is BT making it impossible to lodge an official complaint with their customer service .

My BT Internet has been hit & miss last few days. I've experienced far more issues since 'upgrading' to the Smart Hub 2 Halo, it isn't as reliable as the old BT Hub yet I'm paying more 😕 @bt_uk #BT
