@bt_uk Ok, but please understand my father in law suffers from Parkinson’s and is getting very frustrated with the whole issue and is venting it on family as he has no mobile and left alone needs that land line for his own reassurance

Hi @bt_uk. Our broadband has been down since yesterday and your online troubleshooting is going round in circles continually retesting the speed when trying to arrange an engineer appointment. Can I please speak to someone on the phone?

John Alastair Cook (@Jacalakie) reported
@BritishTelcom @bt_uk The reply I've received via that DM is basically "The standard lead time to repair any fault is 2 working days" It's strange BT can't see how appalling this is - 50yrs a customer, 95yrs old, no family and her phone is 'literally' her life-line! @BBCLookEast one for you maybe?
-
Kraken (@the_welder_p32) reported
@Angels35Karen @bt_uk Ask for one of those router's that has 4g built in. If the main line drops switches over to the mobile network
-
Pete Vickers (@petevick) reported
@BTCare you are pathetic. You automatically renewed BT sport on a contract without checking. Try to cancel it as the accout belongs to a 90 year old with dementia, and you want the contract paying up. @skytv were brilliant when we had to cancel.

Marc ⚒🦉 (@FrenchyWHU) reported
@alexrichards94 @btsport 4th apparently, knew nothing about it. Oh well £25 down the drain
-
Neil Procter (@ProcterNeil) reported
@bt_uk why is it that I can predict when my fibre is going to go down by checking the weather forecast? Surely a little bit rain shouldn’t mean I lose connection EVERY time?
