@Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

@bt_uk So what do I do now? The automatic text fix thing has offered me two appointments I can’t make. It only offers option to select one of those appointments. Doesn’t offer option for what to do if they’re not suitable. I work from around 7 to 6 every day so can’t spend hours calling

Gah, @bt_uk being rubbish again. Downstream sync speed has been dropping of late, meaning download speed is now lower than the much slower package we were on before. (And you have to keep an eye on this yourself, BT won't tell you they've accidentally merged your service)

@BTCare Had the new service installed today, Wi-Fi is fine and the phone makes outgoing calls but there is no incoming traffic on it! Tel no is 01367870594 - any ideas?

@bt_uk I'm a BT mobile customer traveling in Alaska. Have been unable to use my phone for days - no signal here, even in the cities. Who is your US partner carrier for Alaska or is this a dead spot for your customers? V frustrating as I've used phone in other parts of US no probs

@bt_uk Hello. The last couple of days I have had unreliable #Wifi and #Broadband from the BT Hub. I went to reset it a moment ago and the unit is hot. The unit light has been purple for 90 mins now. Please help!

@bt_uk our phone and Internet has been down since Wed lunchtime and reported online but no response at all from BT. Please let me know how to get this sorted out it is causing big problems
