@bt_uk is there an outage in the 01303 Cheriton exchange area? We use @SkyUK and their online tool says no reported faults - hard to report when they're closed and your phone has a dial tone but makes a continuous beep when you dial the first digit!

@bt_uk I set up an account for Mobile / Broadband with BT before coming over to the UK on the 18th. It's now the 23rd and I have neither service due to ongoing Faults, and no prospect of having any service this week despite repeated calls to your technical teams. Worst Service.

@bt_uk I need to catch this when it does it ie goes off. I had major issues with bt Internet a while back which took 6 months and ended up with a new line installed to the house but the problem was the junction box at the end of the street. If it keeps doing it I'll make a log of it
