    @Walker277 @btsport It took me an hour or so to get through to them, they offered me half price for 24 months. But I decided to cancel anyway

    @Walker277 @btsport Its while bad that you cant cancel online so you have to pay for the phone call that takes forever. Thinking about getting one off those funny boxes that has all channels

    Are @BT_UK actually interested in helping their customers? It seems not. Two online chats abruptly disconnected when the helpdesk assistant became, I dunno... overwhelmed maybe? Guess I'll be advising my clients to close down their BT accounts then...

    @bt_uk Kevin, I had a call from BT. I've set up a new package. I knew I'd lose some channels as soon as this went through, didn't realise ALL the Premium channels would go. I'm navigating the new package, getting used to new channels & programmes. Thanks for your help & advice. Jeanie

    @bt_uk I've been a BT broadband customer for years, registered interest in the PS5 way back in January and don't think I've seen any offers about them ever. What am I doing wrong here?
