@benwood @bt_uk @shauncollins @kestermann Also depends on CAB Justin & FTTP availability, just checked and can now get 900Mb down... do I upgrade or stick with 300Mb... 😊

@bt_uk @johnbarc86 @Scotlandteam Lots of us here have had no broadband since 18.2.22 and the only communication in this time was a letter about price increases. Can you help? Got a 15 yo trying to study for his GCSEs. You sent a data hub but we have no coverage on that network.

How come cellphone and broadband coverage in a bunker in a warzone seems more reliable than it is in many parts of the UK, @YardleyShooting? The UK telecoms cartel is still dominated by @bt_uk and needs to do better as a matter of urgency. Poor show @Ofcom.

@Chris66092274 If @bt_uk don't listen to reason. Best thing they can do is switch to sky or something and just cancel the DD very much doubt they ate worried about there credit at there age

@bt_uk Nope. I need to speak to someone over the phone as it's a complex case involving breach of contract. I still need to get someone to come out to fix the line. Please, please feed back that you need to get more people on the phones. I've been on hold *again* for 20 minutes so far.

At times, I was getting as low as 1mbps down and up (as confirmed by the My BT app). I have an engineer coming out to hopefully sort it out BUT I just want to make my current displeasure with @bt_uk known as It's seriously affecting my ability to stream

@Chris66092274 @bt_uk THIS happened to my folks too. Shame on you BT!!! Taking advantage of the very customers who have stayed with them for nearly 50 years! What a way to treat them. Hope managed to unravel this. My folks wouldn’t let me get involved.

@bt_uk Hi, I am having problems in RH20 2HL with my broadband it has been out since the storms 13 days ago. I am with infinity group but they keep saying it is your fault can you check the outage in our area please?

@Chris66092274 @bt_uk Unfortunately this is the climate we live in as I’ve had similar problems with my folks, might be worth checking their bank statements just in case nothing untoward is popping out that they might of agreed unwittingly…
