@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk Same x2 ridiculous/ childish songs when put on wait/ often 30 mins +; ghanded from one dept to another; issues rarely solved after several days phoning up/ in m y experience/ VERY POOR SERVICE.!!!!

@bt_uk unbelievable response times on phone and live chat. I wantt to cancel my contract. Should I just cancel my DD and let you chase me up, rather than the other way around. They blame covid, Ukraine War for bing busy....what's the excuse now New PM?

@bt_uk So you phone and tramsfer me to the same hold queue I would have been on if I phoned you. Rather defeats the object doesn't it? Surely if someone has a complaint already you don't keep making it worse?!

@bt_uk Hi I'm sorry but you promised a call back, you didn't complete it as agreed, when you phoned with a call back you transferred me to the hold queue. If sitting in a hold queue was a solution I would have done it. Please arrange for a helpful call back to be made.
