@bt_uk Hi, you were to cancel the contract as per conversation with one of your employees at the door. On the phone and I quote with your colleague “we’ve ****** up, without sugar coating it”. You’ve offered a 6 month refund so why would they go to sky?

@btbusinesscare complaint IMP-11042618 6. After 3 weeks & several calls the complaint is unresolved. I'm promised someone will call but never happens. Refused access to manager. Children home without a landline and working on 4G back up. Disappointing & frustrating!

@bt_uk An absolute joke of a company! Offered my family member a service to combine her sky to BT and she didn’t have to do nothing. BT didn’t cancel her sky contract and got billed from February, and now they’ve said they aren’t refunding! JOKE!

@bt_uk my internet hasn’t been working all day any chance you are going to fix it? To make matters worse your 4G coverage is useless. The internet cut out at lunch time and was supposed to be fixed by 1930.

@bt_uk no broadband, can’t grab my online work from dropbox, I guess it’s time to chill with Netfl… oh damn :( Also, is there a way I can find out if and when full fibre will be in our area?
