@bt_uk hello, I keep on getting messages saying my ‘digital voice’ has connected today. I have no idea what that is but could it have affected the signal as the WiFi has been dreadful all day.

@btbusinesscare How are you supposed to do that when you can’t get on line! Very frustrated with your network tonight. Have lots of surveys to complete on line and the connection keeps dropping. The EE dongle we pay for to keep us always connected is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard

@btbusinesscare The point is you’re not there to help your business customers. Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

@bt_uk On the chat with support they suggested turning off(!!) "BT Web Protect". Sadly this works: which means that BT are currently blocking virtually every @Azure static site...
