@bt_uk oh come on. It’s nearly been 40 hours now I know you said it can take up until Friday for engineer to sort this connection problem but this is too long. I’ve been having problems for months I pay to much a month for a waste of service. I want to leave this provider 🤬

@bt_uk I have raised a complaint with you and added the mobile number you need to call me on to resolve it but yet in your trail for the existing complaint it says you will call me on my land line which you cut off when it wasn’t agreed? It’s clear what number you need to ring.
