@bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

@bt_uk Nope.still waiting for openreach to dig/put a line to the house.countless false promises and every call handler apologises but still no Internet since 21st December.crap service

@bt_uk the service checker said there was no issues, so i reported the issue, and now the service is back on, but i wish the engineers would post any exchange work on the bt service status website

Hi @bt_uk How come we, as your loyal customers for 50 years (!!!), have landline down 2nd time in 18 months? The previous episode lasted for over a months and the current one is not going to be fixed for 5 days? nice little story for a newspaper....
