@bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

@bt_uk waited in all morning for an engineer who was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm. It's now nearly 2pm, no sign of him, nor a text/call to let us know if he's delayed. Another thing to add to the list of issues weve had with BT. 🙄

@bt_uk Virgin Media has installed fibre broadband cable outside our home some time ago with its connection point sitting ready to be connected outside the front of our house. Can BT take over and provide fibre broadband service to our house? I don't see why if it is not possible.

@bt_uk Still no service after a week!! Numerous phone calls with hours spent holding. Promised calls that never come, mini hub sent to old address!! When arrived didn’t work!! No fibre engineers available till May!! What do I have to do to get service???

@bt_uk Hi 3rd threatening email from BT received again today. Telling me to return my old hub. Everytime we call told bag will be sent for return. Nothing sent !! Getting tired of this game and poor service

@bt_uk How long should I have to wait to get an engineer to the property as the line has come down happened at midday on Wednesday, and nobody has even looked at it yet. The line only went in on the 1st Feb, no trees are down, yet the line is snapped in two. #shoddy

@bt_uk Nope. I have received no correspondence from BT at all. I called this morning to report a problem with my broadband and only then was I informed that my broadband package had in fact been cancelled

@bt_uk You may have a long wait to get through though! BT is not customer focused at all. Can wait an hour and get pushed from pillar to post.
