@bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

@bt_uk You keep asking me to send my stuff back. I did it a week ago. Fix it.

@bt_uk why can’t I just cancel stuff online? I don’t want a new TV deal. It’s been weeks trying to get through to you but the queues are awful.

For anyone looking for providers, @bt_uk have been the WORST for as long as we have been with them. And now, they have turned off our internet, when we are in the middle of trying to sort a house move, 3 days before Christmas and have given the line to sky?

@bt_uk I am one of those people spending Christmas alone and have just had my activation date moved for the second time to after Christmas so I will have no internet to call anyone. So thank you for that. Why do you make promises and commitments that are broken so easily.

@bt_uk daily tweet #1 asking why my parebts started the process of getting bt internet 3 weeks ago and have been told it won't be possible until January 6th. Terrible customer service. Pathetic.

@bt_uk still just ignoring the problem? Cool. WE NEED HELP.

Been without broadband for three weeks due to poor communication between @bt_uk & @plusnethelp. The worst switch over I’ve ever had. Worse as my partner and I are key workers (NHS & Local Gov). Will be making a complaint to regulator shortly.

@bt_uk Just checking before putting myself through the pain of changing providers after 30 years. Russell in your call centre said I cannot have Fibre 1 at £27.99 because I am an existing customer. Instead I pay £32. Do companies really still penalise loyalty?

@bt_uk You never told me you had broadband-only offers which would save me nearly £20 a month - Although there appear to be no actual details on the website for me to use as a comparison.
