I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

@bt_uk Issue is not with the suppliers. Was speaking to an engineer today and they had everything ready to go and repaired since the 7th of May. Also why am I receiving overdue bills for an account that was cancelled and never even used. This was already settled over a phonecall.

@bt_uk I have messaged the number and got a response saying the landline is okay and they sent me a booklet which is useless because those steps are always things we do when issues arise. So all that's left is your call centres based in India, don't get me started on their attitudes.

@bt_uk Absolutely AWFUL service! I've never been so appalled by a company in my life. ELEVEN people I've spoken to now and none of them had any customer care skills. Yes we need to be nice in these times but you still need to care about your customers.

@bt_uk I’ve been having issues with SONOS and my Smart Hub 2. I’m told there’s a software update that you can push to my hub to fix the problem?
