  @bt_uk Part 3: Is it legal to cut a customer off with no warning? She might not have had a mobile, or know how to use it. Each time she called, she was passed to Billing, then to Sales, then asked about all the details of the previous package which was all ON_LINE AND INACCESSIBLE!...
