    @bt_uk Why am I unable to speak to customer services. My mother is 92 and has an external phone fault that Bt cannot repair for 5 days. She has a care line unit in case she has a fall which will not work without a phone line.

    @BTCare why am I unable to speak to someone in customer services? My mother is 92 and has a phone fault. BT cannot repair for 5 days. In all this time she is without a phone and most importantly her care line emergency unit because it is connected to a phone line.

    @btsport Why do you show All Stars v Rock Stars maths challenge not in the right order? Been watching them in the intermissions of European cricket. Wht not show chronologically? May be repeats but 'til this wk I've never seen them so would have been nice to see in right order.

    @bt_uk My mother is self employed and can't connect to the internet so losing money on that, I stream gaming and can't even connect to a game server because of the terrible connection! When I do I have 1100 ping and ridiculous packet loss which makes anything unplayable.

    @daveblackiston @bt_uk I have exactly the same problem, currently on DAY 3 without a phone and 3 different lies back from BT. How long did it take to get your line live again?

    A message to all our customers we are soon losing our landline I’ve had enough of @btbusinesscare after almost 13 years a business customer they still can’t get my address right or my company name then today a letter in a thick padded envelope😱what an absolute waste of money !
