@bt_uk 2. Charging the existing customer £450 to reconnect services that they hadn’t even asked to terminate is a scandal and caused terrible stress to our seller WfH due to the pandemic.

@bt_uk I watched it at the weekend with no issues, I’ve reverted the app to no avail, thought logging out then back in would help but now won’t let me log back in!

@simeone26 @btsport Yep exactly that. Restarted console and rebooted wifi then looked on here and realised a lot of people having the same issue
