    @bt_uk I recently switched to BT, my service went 'live' yesterday, but the BT hub has not arrived yet. It was dispatched on the 14th, with no update to the tracking info since. I know there have been strikes, etc. But at what point can something be done?

    3 months of the worst customer service to renew a contract with @bt_uk & @ee, to be miss-sold contracts for just a simple renewal, what an utter joke, the time and mess about from this company it's just not worth having an business with them.

    @JoshiB92 @btsport Couldn't resist, mate. Hard agree on GSP, by the way. Never popped for drugs, never did anything bad outside the sport, avenged every loss. He's the man.

    @bt_uk Here's an odd one. Every single device in my household refuses to connect to the BT Hub via wireless, except for the Amazon Fire stick which works fine. Are there any major issues going on at the moment that could be affecting bandwidth and causing this?

    @AdamCatterall Other media outlets only wanted to jump on the UFC bandwagon when it was already hyped up. They didn't wanna help build that hype like @btsport did. First Bisping & now Edwards, both were deserving to be contenders if not winners! #realsupport

    @bt_uk No it isn’t. I text 61998 and that was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I’ve rebooted. Moved the router around. Still getting no signal on upstairs Sky Q box when it was working fine previously. All going much much slower now I’m on “super fast”. Very frustrating.

    @bt_uk internet is down due to external problem which requires an engineer. Fix booked for 3 days time. I contacted BT today asking if I can have more mobile data so I could continue to work from home, told I'd have to pay for it which I can't afford. Where's the customer care?
