    Our 4th wait at home for a half day for a BT engineer. Two weeks with no Internet. 3 x 40 min hold on the telephone trying to get an answer as to why the engineer hasn't come in to fix the net. I guess it's time to move to another provider, eh @BT_uk

    @VMSportIE I bet Niall has no problem watching Games on @SkySports and in @btsport even though they exploit fans by having a monopoly on football, so we either pay them their extortionate prices or don't watch

    @TsukiWaza @bt_uk @skytv I stayed with EE as they too do the disks. The broadband speeds etc is down to infrastructure and the lack of investment there of. I had an engineer here last week and he said I am here to manage my expectations. Not to fix the speed issue. *shakes head*

    @btsportrugby @btsport Excited for this but can’t help this will be hugely bias. Not 1 Scot on the panel which means huge English Irish and Welsh bias. Should of had 1 of each nation on the panel.

    @bt_uk I was expecting to have an engineer visit today but I have no idea if anything was done. I didn't even receive a text confirmation of my appointment booking. So now I'm going to be without service for even longer.

    @bt_uk why am i being charged when you cannot offer me a service ? and then i ring up for help and advised its going to be over 30 mins but i bet you will still charge me for the service of not HAVING TV... #cancel

    @bt_uk It's always blue, only the boosters go red. Also our main issue is latency. Which every technician ignores. The latency is so bad it can range 20-3000 in seconds. It does this all day. But none of your technicians know what to do about it or spot it.

    @bt_uk I'd certainly hope that I'll be receiving a credit on my next bill for the full period that I'm going to be without service.
