@bt_uk Absolute joke! Had it in basket at 8am and was stuck in delivery for 25 mins before getting error messages! Jan this year you were my most reliable company and I’d probably put you at my most favourite. By July your service became such a joke that you’re my worst!

Feels like I'm back on dial up internet, trying to hotspot off my phone. Why do @bt_uk think it's a good idea to not send out your new router till the day your new service starts? I've been disconnected from my old provider and am now stuck waiting for the postie!
