@bt_uk Let's be completely honest here. The BT router you get absolutely will not, I repeat not, be able to punch the WiFi signal through every wall of your house. I don't know why they keep saying it. The only true way to get decent coverage is invest in a good mesh WiFi setup.

@bt_uk we've had 20+ years of problems with BT exchanges or ISP routers, regardless of ISP - not even better with BT. had to move to Virgin Media last year - it's not all plain sailing but it's been a breath of fresh air and nowhere near as agonising.

@btsport I took out a monthly pass to watch @EmiratesFACup game on Monday evening and then cancelled my renewal day or 2 after and when trying to watch any match now it doesn’t connect or freezes absolute joke u get my money but crap service 25 quid wat a rip off 😡😡😡
