    @NeilClark66 And Sky Sports, BBC Sport, BTSport,Talksport etc won't ask these legitimate questions - Talksport actually closed Trevor Sinclair down when he did raise the question about whether there is a link between vaccination and John Fleck's collapse.

    @bt_uk Slow broadband speeds very often (lowest being 13mbps) and being charged £13 a month over the advertised price on their site.. Cant even give the courtesy of dealing with a complaint...

    @bt_uk My small business is dependant on the 4 phone lines we rent from BT. Following a repair visit from BT to fix one of our lines we now only have 2 working lines and received a call asking if BT could close the repair!! Please fix the lines we pay for! #customerexperience

    @bt_uk Just been told by one of your engineers that BT considers up to 5 failures of service per day to be acceptable. This is not the service that was sold to me. #btbroadband

    @bt_uk This must be false! I have been with bt fot a month and had no end of problems. Changed my phone number without any communication last week and not been working since. Fantastic service

    @bt_uk Hi, my WiFi has just stopped working again!? Is this an ongoing issue as it was sorted last night and has just stopped working again.

    @bt_uk Apparently we now need to start a new repair request, despite being told by the engineer that they would need to come back to finish the repair (before we realised a second line was then down too) #CustomerService

    @bt_uk We phoned you guys last Wednesday to switch to phone and broadband. With the exception of a horrid letter from our current provider (even though the contract with them is well and truly up!), we haven't heard anything from you guys. How long until we get it in writing?
