    Generally quick to moan at poor customer service so for a change a positive post about @bt_uk. Called earlier to look at changing tariffs due to increased prices. Lloyd was helpful, cheerful and upgraded me, saving me money as well. #GoodSkliis.

    scam call on landline, my preference service is out of date & I need to upgrade. I questioned this, said I need to go to work,they told me that they were working with BT & I have to stay on the call for my security and safety of my family! @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #0203807 9277

    @bt_uk why have you cut my family and I off internet causing risk of life due to vulnerable customer when we are in contract fully paid & you were installing full fibre to our house. You are risking my wife’s life by doing this please fix asap & contact me

    @ab4scambs @bt_uk now saying 23/12 for landline. This means housebound 81yr old heart failure patient left without ANY means of contacting medical support for 14 days. BT THIS IS DISGUSTING. I would like to know who I contact if my mother dies because she can't call for help?

    @bt_uk can you explain why all of a sudden service keeps dropping out, we decided to go with #btbroadband as we thought we would get better uninterrupted service as working from home. Can’t wait to change once contract is up as service is shocking !!!
