@btsport fix the icon on bt sport 2 it has the spurs game on but it should be changed to Motherwell Celtic game. I missed the first 5 minutes because of it. Paying money for this!!!

@btsport why is the Mcgregor v Poirier fight PPV, when your service is already £25 a month? It's not a title fight and there is a big chance that none of the two will fight for the belt in their next fight. Tapper might not even fight again.

@bt_uk To be fair I’m not interested in any further token messages of apologies. I’ve spent an inordinate amount of time speaking to countless different people of the problem ! I’d suggest you read case records or as I suspect they are not maintained either

@bt_uk After an hour and an half of telephone conversations and umpteen different staff, who it would appear incapable of resolving my issue. It was at BT’s request I contact them. 90 mins of my life I won’t get back thankyou!

@bt_uk Really annoying that the BTcloud app doesn't work on PC with Windows 10. That was the reason I stuck to BT Broadband. May as well change to a more reliable provider. Whats going on?

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp @Ofcom So day 22 and still not resolved. Some progress has been made though as finally managed to talk to somebody who has taken ownership of the issue plus compensation from August has been approved. Just need it switched on now

@bt_uk Hi James, I've tried everything in the booklet. I've still got my WiFi dropping out at times. I started looking at fibre to the premises which is available in my area but apparently as an existing customer I'm not eligible?
