Got sent a teeny weeny mini hub (not used but opened) when I had landline problems by @bt_uk who have since sent a few reminders to send it back. On My BT cannot find the 'Return my kit' they seem to think is easy to do since no returns package was included.

Struggling to pay my bills because #ToryCostOfGreedCrisis and @bt_uk decide to slap a £20 charge on my account for late payment.. I can't even afford to be poor anymore. Guess I won't have broadband anymore!

@bt_uk Good morning- yes, I’ve reported the issue and spoken to an advisor at Now (they provide the service but as you know the infrastructure is BT) who tells me BT Openreach engineers don’t work at weekend even on emergency repairs. It is an external issues so nothing we can do

@bt_uk Still no digital voice signal in 90% of my house, in the parts we use, the living areas and the sleeping areas the digital voice phones are out of range. Why no repeaters or DECT signal amplifiers that work with Smart Hub 2?
