    @bt_uk please can you explain why I am still without broadband after moving house 3 weeks ago?Customer service team constantly telling me they can’t do anything without openreach contacting them.I have been able to directly contacted Openreach, so not sure why BT aren’t able to?

    @skytv I have a Sky Q box and ever since I changed to @bt_uk broadband my connection to the Sky Box continually drops. My Broadband works fine just the connection to the sky box is the only thing affected. Any ideas how to fix?

    @bt_uk been waiting since August for my phone to be fixed. Apart from being fobbed off by customer relations people I’ve had virtually no contact with the ‘team’ allegedly dealing with my issue. A pretty shabby way to deal with people. Disgusted quite frankly

    @Neill_Peel @bt_uk @BTCare It’s not neglected, it’s just more prone to damage as it’s much longer runs than towns and cities, and usually more difficult to access.

    @bt_uk I never use Freeview. It's the connection via sky boxes. No error code, just constant "you cannot watch TV at the moment due to a connection error" ( or something like that)... It's happened about 50 times since 5:30 this morning, tablet loses connection too.

    @Tonysmini @bt_uk @BTCare Thanks Tony, the most informative response for months!!!! It's just the mini boxes that have the issue, I've had to CAT5 the main box. (Luckily) I haven't got any neighbours, very rural, which is why the infrastructure gets neglected.

    @bt_uk OK ill let him know. Speed wise I think he's fine, might be more of a bandwidth issue. What's the best way for him to contact BT and resolve this?

    @bt_uk Alex, I've replied, given you my acct, you've run tests & deny an issue...the TV has shut down twice while writing this....!!!!!

    @bt_uk Absolutely disgusting service again from BT towards my parents ongoing saga. False promises over Christmas - no phone call from BT today as promised, no temporary SIM cards delivered, no broadband set up and Mum has been cut off when trying to speak to a Manager! AWFUL!!!

    @EE Hey @EE guess what? I still don’t have the @bt_uk broadband you sold me! It’s been a week since my activation date and three weeks since you talked me in to changing! And they aren’t calling me back even though I’ve raised a complaint!
