    @bt_uk So just so i understand its ok to charge me for a speed that ive never had ok sending loads of engineers but when you cant sort my fault my only option is to cancel and have no Internet at all be warned everyone happy to take payment but not to sort your faults

    @bt_uk utterly hoodwinked by BT - connect your Now TV account they said. It’ll make everything easier they said. Lost all of my membership and charged twice the price to get it back. One month to cancel and revert
