  @btsport The coroners' inquest returned an open verdict, meaning that the cause of death was inconclusive. Why are some people involved in the cover-up? I think people in public service should be impartial and colour blind. Maybe it is their nature and can not change.

  @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk absolutely shocking service, have requested on 3 separate occasions for Wi-Fi to be installed in our home, only to be told an hour before no one from Openreach can attend & they can’t do anything to rectify any issues. Please can you help?

  @bt_uk still awaiting our TV to be connected to BT sport - days waiting for the tech team to fix! We can get it on our handheld devices but your team cannot connect our TV- bored and disappointed with this
