    @bt_uk again a clown service told twice today engineers would be here between 1-6pm and no show?? People wasting there time waiting for the engineer again!! Inept service disgraceful customer service and have the audacity to ask for a cancellation fee to get out of contract!

    @btsport @Plusnet @PlayStationUK Can between the three of you please sort out the BT Sport app stability. For a subscription service you should not have to restart the stream every few minutes due to buffering. No issues in any other apps or wi-fi and this is historical PS5/ATV

    @Thegeordiefaith @bt_uk I contacted them today after Downdetector showed scores of people affected in my area, while the BT site (as usual) reported no problems. The company are fundamentally dishonest. Quick enough to take our money but unwilling to acknowledge problems or fix them

    Been 5 months since @bt_uk came to "fix"my digital phone problem and couldn't. Still can only get a signal in my landline in one room. Not helpful when I have multiple sclerosis and can't run when the phone rings. £64 pm for a landline that's ****
