@ruxeg @bt_uk @virginmedia yeah, i raised complaint last time I was with them, but on other property. Problem is speed with BT, they can't give more speed, and virgin seems promising 10 times more

Hey @bt_uk think you might need your sales team ready @SkyHelpTeam have had 18 hour internet blackout in Manchester. Can’t even give a guesstimate on when they’ll be back on line. Self employed people are taking a hammering and the customer service is inadequate and condescending

@bt_uk Said bye to BT after 15 years of service. Speeds inconsistent, disconnections, and failed engineer visits. And they are not the cheapest but the service has been extremely poor. 👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼
