    @bt_uk i have an @EE data hub while i wait for you to install broadband but there is no service in my area. What do i do? i believe you have a guarantee for broadband and some kind of refund if this is not fulfilled?

    @bt_uk We’ve received contradictory info on the issue via Twitter, text & nothing at all on the app since Wed, this morning saying it’s fixed but it isn’t, with no further update? Waiting until Sun, 5 days since this started for an update from ‘Laura’ is unacceptable. We pay for this.

    @btsport needing help. BT sport Monthly Pass subscriber, repeatedly getting LP103 error message about having too many devices streaming. I only ever have a max 1-2 devices with BT Sport App on. Why is this continually happening? Not happy at paying £26pm & not getting the service

    @Renvoize @bt_uk I had an issue with them a few years ago and their customer service was such a disgrace that I swore I’d never use them again. Horrible company to deal with, we went ombudsman and they backed them. I was furious. Good luck

    @bt_uk WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL YOU FOR A MONTH, TOTAL WAIT TIME SO FAR 7 HOURS. YOU ARE DESPICABLE AND WE NEED TO CANCEL PIR BROADBAND, ONLY WAY TO CANCEL IS BY CALLING YOU VILE PEOPLE. HOW CAN WE CANCEL, NOW?????
